Hi, I’m Cyndi Oberdan, and if you’re reading my page, I can tell that no matter what you are going through right now, you have COURAGE. Maybe you don’t feel brave, but it takes COURAGE to ask for help, and Courage to venture “into the unknown.”
I would be honored to journey with you on this new adventure of yours.
I have been serving people for over 15 years. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in 2006 from the University of Florida in Recreational Therapy. Later, in 2013, I earned my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University.
Over the last 15 years, I have had the privilege to work in a variety of settings. I started off working with individuals diagnosed with a developmental or intellectual disability and their families. I had the privilege of running a family respite program, and later the honor to manage a Community Habilitation program where I assisted individuals ages 13 to 60+ with achieving their goals. (These goals varied from basic life skills, to enhancing academic skills, to developing coping skills, all while increasing socialization and connection). Later I worked in Child Welfare, as a Child Protective Investigator; investigating allegations of abuse/neglect and ensuring child safety. I have also worked with families, assisting them with getting to the root of their issues while strengthening the family unit. Lastly, I have worked as a medical social worker, both in the hospital and in the outpatient Clinics, as well as in the Emergency Department. I provide crisis intervention, case management, and counseling services; assisting patients with trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and socioeconomic barriers.
I use an eclectic approach to meet the needs of each individual client. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness.

Hello there, my name is Mariana, and I am here to help you reach your goals. Working in the Mental health, and substance use field for the past 14 years has taught me healing does not necessarily come from one path. Based on the positive outcomes and feedback with those I have treated, I use an integrative healthcare approach, I assess the whole person including body, mind, and spirit in the context of community, considering lifestyle and habits; I work by looking at the whole person, not just symptoms. This leads us to being able to identify and to work on the challenges experienced through a lifetime.
I believe that wellbeing is a general state of "contentment" with life and the way things are. In this state of contentment, we experience a sense of balance and connection to a purpose. In my practice I explore with you the main areas of wellbeing and the blockages that have been impeding you to reach your best. I see therapy as a teamwork between you and me in where you share your own experiences and I provide my clinical expertise to implement an individualized plan that works for you.
I can provide therapy in Spanish or English. I work mainly using tele therapy in the state of Florida. I am a psychologist in Colombia, South America, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I provide a space where you don’t have to mask to be heard.

Hello! I am an experienced, licensed psychologist who has helped many individuals, couples, and families to navigate various life transitions. I enjoy serving clients who are willing to assess their value systems to determine if their values are still consistent with who they want to be. We will use a holistic approach using our body, mind, and spirit in a safe and compassionate space to grow and get back to peace and balance. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, and I provide therapy exclusively through telehealth for adults and teens. My goal is to offer a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can explore what’s been weighing on you and begin to make sense of your experiences in a meaningful way.
Over the years, I’ve helped clients work through a wide range of challenges, including ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, grief, communication, and major life transitions. I also work with people who feel stuck, unmotivated, or uncertain about their direction in life—those moments when questions about meaning, regret, or identity start to surface.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I believe therapy is not about “fixing” you—it’s about understanding yourself more fully, finding what works for you, and building a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I value creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can speak freely and be met with genuine empathy and respect. Whether you’re looking to process painful experiences, manage difficult emotions, or gain clarity about your next steps, I’m here to help you navigate that process at your own pace.
All sessions are held online for your comfort, privacy, and convenience—making it easier to access support wherever you are in Florida.
I am a bilingual mental health counselor with a background in Clinical Psychology and specialized training in trauma-informed care, cultural competency, and stress management. I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, offering a warm, direct, and collaborative approach that supports clients through anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational challenges. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals and couples build healthier, more connected relationships. Over the past 12 years, I’ve supported clients in breaking destructive patterns, improving communication, and creating relationships rooted in respect and understanding.
I believe that when relationships struggle, it’s often because of conflicting expectations, unmet needs, or repeated behaviors that no longer serve us. My role is to help you recognize these patterns and choose new ways of communicating that create connection instead of conflict. I use a holistic approach that considers the mind, body, and spirit, helping you grow not just in your relationships, but as a whole person.
👋 Hi, I’m Don Patton, I’m a licensed mental health therapist specializing in substance use, co-occurring mental health conditions, and the patterns that keep people stuck despite wanting to change. My background is primarily in residential treatment, where I’ve worked closely with individuals in early recovery navigating high risk transitions, emotional instability, and repeated relapse cycles.
That experience has shaped how I approach therapy. I’ve seen firsthand that insight alone is not enough. Many of the people I work with are intelligent, self-aware, and capable, but continue to struggle when it comes to applying that awareness in real-life situations. My work is focused on closing that gap.
I tend to be direct, structured, and practical in session. I will challenge thinking patterns that are keeping you stuck; while also helping you build tools that are realistic and usable outside of therapy. At the same time, I understand that change requires trust, consistency, and a space where you can be honest without judgment.
My goal is not just to help you understand yourself better, it’s to help you create measurable, sustainable change in how you think, respond, and move forward.
I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps individuals work through anxiety, past trauma, and relationship challenges. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and insight-oriented. I help clients understand patterns, heal emotional wounds, and build more fulfilling connections with themselves and others. My goal is to support lasting, meaningful change from the inside out. Reach out and lets get started!
I am doctoral-trained therapist who integrates evidenced based clinical practices in ways that can meet your unique needs/challenges. For instance, I will utilize your strengths, resources and culture in order to explore problems from multiple vantage points. And, I will develop a treatment plan that incorporates co-existing issues. Whether you are experiencing family problems, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or another issue, I will facilitate conversations where solutions to the problem become more accessible and visible: I believe my clients have the capacity and agency to take actions that are right for them.
These are times of uncertainty and challenges for many people. Each person, relationship and family is impacted differently. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, children and families; hence, I am prepared to offer you or your family comprehensive and holistic recommendations.
This can be that first step toward an experience where the destination will be determined by each of you. If this speaks to you, I invite you to contact me and schedule a consultation.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, burned out, or emotionally exhausted from constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. If you’re caring for an aging parent, spouse, or another loved one, you don’t have to carry that stress alone.
My name is Clint, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Florida and Alabama. I specialize in supporting caregivers of older adults and individuals with disabilities who may be struggling with burnout, anxiety, guilt, stress, or feeling emotionally drained.
As a former primary caregiver for my father, I understand firsthand the emotional and practical challenges caregiving can bring. Balancing medical appointments, family responsibilities, work demands, and the emotional weight of supporting a loved one can leave little time to care for yourself. Since 2011, I’ve worked alongside caregivers and families to help reduce burnout, build healthier boundaries, improve coping skills, and create more balance in daily life.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and focused on practical tools you can use outside of sessions. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, and supportive therapy to help clients manage stress, navigate difficult emotions, and reconnect with their own well-being.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. The first session is simply an opportunity for us to talk about what’s been weighing on you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit — with no pressure or expectations.
If you’re ready for support, I’d be honored to work alongside you.
I have over 25 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse world. I recently retired from the Department of Defense and I'm ready to build a caseload. I have a lot of personal and professional experience with coping and overcoming obstacles. I can help you explore the things that are holding you down and help you make changes or accept the things that you can not change.
Sevilay Yumusak is a compassionate, client-centered therapist dedicated to supporting adolescents and adults on their journey toward healing and growth. I help women heal and find direction through faith in Jesus Christ, using practical therapeutic tools and biblical insight. If you feel stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself or God, you are not alone. Together, we work toward clarity, peace, emotional healing, stronger faith, and a deeper sense of purpose in daily life with hope. I look forward to meeting you soon!
Hello, I am Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I received my Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology at Troy University. I work with many clients who are struggling with a multitude of stressors, setbacks, and limiting self-beliefs. Years of experience working with these individuals along with my own life experience has provided me with the skill set needed to help my clients see light at the end of the tunnel.
Hey there ! I completed graduate course work in Human Development and Psychology at Harvard University, focusing primarily on challenges faced by the LGBTQ community, in relationships and in society as a whole. I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health from Cambridge College in Cambridge Massachusetts. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Master Certified Addiction Professional (MCAP) in the State of Florida, practicing as a psychotherapist for over 15 years.
While I have been trained in many different styles and “theories,” my helping approach is fairly straight forward and draws on many different traditions: In my view, there is no doubt that what we have experienced in the past shapes who we are and how we see ourselves, others and the world. Therapy is a process of connecting the dots between where we have been and how those experiences influence our thinking and behavior today. Often, our past experiences have us thinking and acting in ways that are irrational and self-defeating, causing problems in all areas of our lives. I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and unconditionally supportive space for folks to share who they are and what they have been through. I partner with them in taking what we might call a “therapeutic microscope” to the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that accompany the circumstances of their lives, supporting them in reinforcing what works and finding alternatives to what does not.
Hi there! I am dual licensed in Florida as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Masters from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida and have been practicing for 13 years. I tend to work with older adolescents and adults in living more authentic lives and being the best version of themselves. I am compassionate, but also honest and direct. I guarantee I will challenge you, but you will feel and know that it comes from a place of genuine care and a desire for you to live your best, most fulfilled, and healthiest life.
Hi, I’m Abby, and I love supporting individuals who seem to have it all together on the outside, yet internally are navigating anxiety, overwhelm, stress, or a sense of disconnection. Many of the clients I work with are high-functioning and successful in different areas of life, but beneath the surface they may feel stuck in overthinking, people-pleasing, self-doubt, or patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is warm, intentional, and deeply personalized. I believe therapy is about more than learning coping skills—it’s about understanding yourself on a deeper level and creating meaningful, lasting change. Together, we’ll explore the underlying patterns shaping your experiences and work toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and self-understanding.
I have specialized training in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, and other evidence-based approaches. I view symptoms like anxiety not as something “wrong” with you, but as meaningful signals that deserve curiosity and compassion. I strive to help clients develop a healthier and more connected relationship with themselves.
Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and supportive while still allowing space for deeper healing and growth.

Hello! I’m Tara Melvin Jr (she/her/hers), a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the therapist behind Clio Pathways LLC. You may be feeling stuck, anxious, or unsure of who you are during a life transition. Past experiences or trauma may keep resurfacing or you may be exploring your identity. You are looking for therapy that meets your needs, where someone sees you as a whole person and helps you feel understood and capable of moving forward. I aim to make therapy practical, collaborative, and focused on what actually helps you.
I provide telehealth therapy for adults and couples. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and identity exploration. I teach skills for boundary setting, assertive communication, and emotion regulation. I work with poly and LGBTQ+ clients and marginalized groups. My eclectic, integrative approach draws from evidence-based therapies.
Life can feel confusing or overwhelming and our sessions can help you make sense of it. I provide honest, collaborative support. I can help you explore your identity, process experiences, and develop skills to move forward. If this feels like a fit, let's coordinate for an intake session.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist passionate about helping adults navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, overthinking, relationship stress, and life transitions. I’ve worked in diverse clinical settings with individuals from many different backgrounds, which has helped me develop a flexible, down-to-earth approach to therapy that meets people where they are. I believe therapy should feel supportive, real, and collaborative — not intimidating or overly clinical. Many adults grew up in environments where emotions were minimized, dismissed, or discouraged. In adulthood, this often shows up as overthinking, difficulty expressing emotions in relationships, shutting down during conflict, anxiety in intimacy, low self-worth, and patterns of emotionally unhealthy relationships. In my work, I specialize in helping adults gently recognize and understand these emotional patterns without judgment or pressure to “fix everything at once.” Instead, we focus on building awareness, slowing things down, and creating space to respond differently over time. My goal is to help you feel more grounded in yourself, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in how you navigate your emotional world.
I have been in practice for over 25 years with a PhD and an MS degree as a Florida Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I taught at St. Thomas University in Miami as an adjunct professor for several years. I have worked in Mental Health facilities, and I practiced as a sole provider for over 20 years. I use an eclectic approach with solution-focused, cognitive behavioral and experiential modalities. I work with children (over 10 years old), adolescents, and adults. I assist clients with coping skills and improving their communication with others.
