Hello! I’m Rahjanni, a licensed clinical social worker and proud Army combat veteran dedicated to serving veterans, first responders, and their families. Having lived through the unique challenges faced by these communities, I understand the importance of having a space where you feel truly seen and supported. My goal is to create a warm and straightforward environment where you can confidently explore your experiences and work toward greater mental and emotional well-being. I bring a blend of personal understanding and professional expertise to guide you in navigating life’s challenges, empowering you to move forward with resilience and hope.
I'm Patt Somasri, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and curiosity. I would like to create a welcoming, affirming space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow. Therapy to me is about collaborating, and making personalized plan to match your unique needs. Rather than believing there is one "right" way to heal, you are in control of what "right" is for you.
My therapy style is eclectic as I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), trauma-informed care, and mindfulness-based interventions. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for trauma and distressing memories.
There is a way out. Those who come to see me are often at a crossroads, frustrated at how they are trying to deal with problems and seeking workable strategies and solutions to cope. Therapy is meant to be a space to feel welcome to talk about thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are problematic. Understanding unhealthy behaviors, frustrations with life, and/or unsuccessful efforts to cope can help reveal the obstacles that may block your path to growth and desired outcomes.
I have over 15 years experience providing therapy and case management including in the areas of: Couples counseling; Anxiety issues; Medical and chronic pain issues; Phobias; Eating disorders and body image challenges; Post-residential and outpatient maintenance therapy for continued abstinence and sobriety from substance use and eating disorders; Fertility and conception issues; LGBTQ and gender concerns; and Couples counseling (without legal involvement).
I am distinguished by my training in Strengths Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral, Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Freedom "Tapping" technique, Acceptance and Commitment, Mindfulness, and Contemplative Care. I am licensed in CA, ID, VA, FL, TX, NJ, WA, and UT.
Why do we explore? So you can live a life YOU want to live!
** I do not provide forensically-focused clinical services for individuals/couples involved in active litigation, divorce proceedings, or child custody disputes, nor do I provide court-ordered evaluations or expert testimony**
Clients should know that I’m down-to-earth, non-judgmental, and a genuine person. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be real—no masks, no pressure, no shame. I bring warmth and care into the room, along with a sense of humor when it’s helpful, because healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy to be meaningful.
I’m also solution-focused and collaborative. That means we’ll spend time understanding what’s going on, but we won’t get stuck there. We’ll work together to identify practical tools, coping strategies, and small, realistic steps that can help you feel better in your day-to-day life. Above all, I care deeply about meeting you where you are and supporting you in a way that feels respectful, empowering, and aligned with your goals.
I am an advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, a passionate partner in your healing process. As a clinician, I believe strongly in meeting you where you are. Even if it is a place you have never opened the doors for another. I gained my education at New York University and have experience working in many major diverse communities across the United States. This practice experience and armed me with the humility to connect with all cultures, intersections, and identities.

I have worked with clients on a wide range of concerns including substance abuse/addiction, depression, personality disorders, relationship issues, career challenges, anxiety, ADHD, autism, domestic violence, as well as those who have experienced trauma and/or abuse.

I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.
I am a clinical social worker with experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families in school and community settings. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, stress, behavioral challenges, and life transitions. I take a strengths-based, collaborative approach, integrating CBT and solution-focused techniques to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, empowered, and capable of meaningful change always today.

Greetings! I’m Letitia, a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Georgia, and also licensed to provide therapy in Colorado and Florida. I’m passionate about helping clients discover their purpose, break through barriers that hold them back, and begin living the life they’ve always imagined.
Before becoming a counselor, I spent 12 years as an educator, which gave me a deep understanding of the academic, social, and emotional challenges that young people face. Today, I work with clients ages 10 through 35, supporting them through the pivotal transitions of adolescence, young adulthood, and early professional life.
I understand how it feels to struggle with fear, depression, anxiety, low confidence, or a lack of purpose — because I’ve been there myself. These personal experiences allow me to bring empathy, authenticity, and real-world perspective into every session.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals overcome depression, anxiety, ADHD, PMDD, phobias, PTSD, and trauma. I also work with clients coping with grief, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns, as well as those seeking clarity in college, career, and personal growth.
My therapeutic approach is integrative, compassionate, and eclectic, blending evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. I use humor, authenticity, and flexibility to create a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves while working toward lasting change.
Clients can expect a warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative environment where we’ll uncover strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and develop practical tools for emotional balance and growth. Together, we’ll create a path toward a more confident, fulfilled, and purpose-driven life.
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or weighed down by lingering sadness? Do you find yourself stuck in patterns that don't make sense, but feel hard to change? Are your relationships leaving you frustrated or emotionally drained?
If any of this sounds familiar, you're not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Florida, I work with adults of all ages to help uncover root causes, build insight, and create meaningful change.
I am an experienced and compassionate behavioral health and wellness therapist driven by an authentic desire to guide and support anyone facing challenging individual or life difficulties.
For 25 years, I have provided therapeutic mental health, addiction, relationship, family, crisis management, and wellness services for adults, couples, adolescents, children, families, aging adults, and veterans. I also provide Resilience and Success Coaching to individuals, executives, healthcare professionals, attorneys, and professional athletes.
I love working with clients who are willing and eager to engage in learning and exploration of the self to promote growth, healing, recovery, and quality of life. Serving clients of all ages, we offer a broad platform of support to make it possible to access services in a way that is safe, gentle, and compassionate. Younger children may enjoy incorporating games and puppets into care while older youth may benefit from creative activities, exploration of media, or collaborative projects. Clients of all ages may benefit from support through bibliotherapy, hypnosis, or NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming).
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing, and positive change. My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to work through life's challenges. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients explore the connections between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while building on the strengths they already possess. For those open to it, I also offer faith-based support, honoring the role that Christian values and spirituality can play in healing.
I value a collaborative approach to counseling and believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual's unique needs and experiences. Whether you are facing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you discover solutions, build resilience, and move forward with greater confidence and hope. Hello! I am Amy White, a Licensed Clinical Social Work. I received my degree from University of Texas at Arlington and have worked in the field for 11 years. I have had my private practice for five years. I strive to foster a safe environment to discuss any/all topics that will help my clients achieve an even happier and healthier life.
Life can feel heavy sometimes—and trying to hold it all together gets exhausting. If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, you’re not alone. I help adults work through anxiety, stress, trauma, and relationship challenges in a way that feels real, supportive, and actually helpful. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—we focus on what you need and what works in your day-to-day life. No pressure, no judgment—just a space to process, gain clarity, and move forward. My goal is simple: help you feel more like yourself again, but stronger, more confident, and in control.
Hi there, I’m Nathalie.
Life comes with many obstacles. The goal is to enhance one’s coping skills by focusing on one’s strengths and reflect on our emotions. We cannot change certain life events or people’s behaviors however, we can work on our social emotional intelligence and strengthen our self-esteem as part of life’s journey. There are no quick fixes to therapy as it is a process.
I help children and adults navigate life’s challenges by targeting short and long term goals with clear measurable objectives. Mental health is similar to physical health which is part of our overall health. Mental health targets our brain health which drives us. I will be your guide to bring out the gifts you already possess. We do our best with what we know as a form of protection to survive. I will provide support and a safe space to address your life’s challenges.
Sometimes navigating through life can be challenging and discouraging. Are you struggling with life-changing decisions, living with chronic illness, or not where you want to be in life? You don't have to navigate alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working with individuals and families for over 10 years. I have experience working with individuals who are dealing with infertility, pregnancy , trauma, grief/loss, major depression, and anxiety. I am trained in EMDR and use different treatment modalities that focus on my clients' needs. I do not look at therapy as one size fits all. We are all unique and have different needs, therefore treatment has to be appropriate for the individual and situation.
Reaching out for help is a big step and I am here to support you every step of the way.
