Hello, and welcome! My name is LaToya Davis, M.A., LMHC, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida with over 16 years of experience providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adolescents and adults.
I specialize in helping individuals navigate a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use and addiction, stress management, life transitions, self-esteem, relationship challenges, parenting concerns, and emotional wellness. My goal is to help clients gain insight into the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while developing practical tools to create lasting, meaningful change.
I believe that every person deserves a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences. Building a strong therapeutic relationship founded on trust, empathy, and respect is one of my highest priorities. I strive to meet each client where they are in their journey, recognizing that healing looks different for everyone and that meaningful growth occurs at an individual pace.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and strengths-based. Together, we will identify your unique strengths, increase self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward achieving the goals that matter most to you. Whether you are struggling with overwhelming emotions, recovering from difficult life experiences, working through relationship concerns, or simply seeking greater balance and personal growth, I am committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

Helping you develop, achieve and maintain a sense of control, balance and momentum in your life...in a sustainable sense (meaning that it lasts), is my passion. I try to do this by providing an environment where you can feel seen, supported and challenged constructively.
You are no stranger to pressure, but when stress, anxiety, or self-doubt start running the show, it’s time to take back control. I help people like you break free from the mental roadblocks that are holding you back, whether it’s overthinking, burnout, or performance anxiety.
Together, we’ll identify the root of your challenges and create a game plan that works for your mind and body. My approach is holistic, blending mental performance strategies with mindfulness to help you build resilience, confidence, and a stronger connection with yourself.
I’m here to guide, challenge, and support you every step of the way.
You are not alone and here is a safe space!
Greetings! I am Roosevelt Badger, LCSW, and I am passionate about helping individuals, and families enhance their lives and achieve meaningful recovery! I believe in using person-centered approaches and evidence-based interventions to provide the support you need in a way that feels tailored and effective for you. I continue to adopt innovative strategies and implement the latest therapeutic approaches to deliver treatment. I strongly believe that the therapeutic relationship should be free of judgment and meet you exactly where you are in your journey. My goal is to help you heal, grow, and reach your full potential!
I am glad you are considering embarking on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery with me. In my counseling practice, I believe that everyone has the potential to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life. Whether you are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, or transitions in your life, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
My approach to counseling is rooted in empathy, understanding, and collaboration. I offer a safe and compassionate environment where you can freely express your thoughts and feelings without judgment. My goal is to empower you to explore your experiences, gain insight into your emotions, and develop practical strategies to navigate life's challenges.
I utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and strength-based approaches, among others. This allows me to tailor services to meet your unique needs and preferences, ensuring that you receive the best possible care. I also offer select holidays and weekend sessions to those busy 9-5ers!
Your journey is important to me, and I recognize that seeking help is a significant step toward positive change. I am here to listen, guide, and offer support as you work toward achieving your goals and enhancing your well-being.
I’m a direct, honest therapist who believes real change happens when we stop pretending things are fine. I work especially well with individuals who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, over-functioning, or putting others’ needs before their own. I help clients develop healthier boundaries, strengthen self-worth, and create relationships that feel more balanced and authentic. I understand the tug-of-war between wanting relief and wanting control — and how exhausting it is to live in that space.
I also get how hard it is to find balance in a world that moves too fast and demands too much. If you’re tired of surface-level fixes, quick advice, or being told what you should do, we’ll probably work well together. I’m not a quick-fix or band-aid therapist. My goal is to help you slow things down, get honest, and reconnect with your truth — not the version of you shaped by pressure, expectations, or survival mode.

Welcome! I know how hard it can be to reach out for support. If you're here, I want you to know that you're not alone and you don't have to figure everything out by yourself. I'm someone who believes in the power of feeling seen, heard, and understood. I believe that therapy should feel like a real conversation where you can breathe, think, and be real, not a clinical checklist. I believe you deserve a space where you don't have to pretend, perform, or be "put together". Therapy with me is about helping you feel safe enough to be your real, unfiltered self. The parts that feel strong and the parts that feel messy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida and for over 6 years I've helped adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. A lot of the people that I work with are tired of wearing masks- the "strong one", the "fun one", the "reliable one". Underneath, they feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb, or disconnected from who they used to be. I help create a space where you can take those masks off without fear. You don't have to know the right words. You don't have to have everything figured out. You just have to show up as you are. Together, we'll work through what you're carrying and build tools that feel realistic and fit your real life. If you're tired of pretending and ready for a space where you can just be real, I'd love to support you.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what you're experiencing without feeling judged, rushed, or pressured to have everything figured out.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, burnout, and difficulties with self-esteem. My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. We won't just talk about what's happening in your life; we'll work to understand the patterns keeping you stuck and develop tools to help you move forward.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I bring a systems-oriented perspective to individual therapy. I help clients explore how their relationships, upbringing, experiences, and beliefs influence the way they see themselves and interact with others.
Whether you're struggling to establish boundaries, feeling disconnected from yourself, processing a difficult relationship, or simply tired of carrying everything alone, our work will focus on helping you build emotional clarity, confidence, and healthier ways of navigating life.
*Currently accepting new clients for individual therapy only. Couples and family therapy are not offered through this platform. *

Hi, I'm Katie, a Licensed Clinical Social.
Helping and supporting others has been a driving factor in my life; therefore, I began my career as a teacher. My education and experience in the classroom greatly influenced me; however, I saw how difficult it is to learn when one is struggling with many emotional and mental health needs. While in graduate school, I transitioned to working with families in more of a case management role. During that time, I started noticing how the adults I worked with were often struggling and had not received the help they needed. After completing graduate school, I began working in an inpatient hospital that treats mental health and chemical dependency. After several years working with patients individually and facilitating group therapy, I transitioned to managing an intensive outpatient mental health program for senior adults. In this role, I facilitated group therapy and met with patients individually at times. I greatly enjoyed getting to know my clients and cheering alongside them as they made progress. While I value group therapy, I recognize that it is not the right fit for everyone. Therefore, I have set up a private practice to meet the needs of individuals in ways I was unable to do in previous roles. I believe change is possible and that each person has strengths and life experiences that they can draw upon to help themselves move forward. My passion is helping clients utilize what they already have, learn additional tools for coping, and develop healthier ways of thinking.
I am a highly skilled and compassionate therapist known for delivering deep and transformative results. With a deep understanding of human behavior and a personalized approach. I help clients break through barriers and achieve lasting change. Clients often describe sessions as both empowering and life-changing. If you are ready to feel truly heard and supported, you are in the best hands.
I am a warm and caring therapist who feels truly honored to walk alongside people on their journey toward healing and growth. My own diverse life experiences have shaped how I connect with and understand others, allowing me to offer genuine empathy and support. Over the years, I have been blessed to work in many different settings, including medical facilities, schools, and private practice, giving me a deep appreciation for the many ways life can impact our mental and emotional well-being. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work toward positive change. It is my privilege to be part of your journey and to help you discover the strength and resilience you already carry within you.

Hi, I'm Taylor. I'm so glad you're here. It’s no small thing making the decision to sign up to talk to a stranger about the overwhelming and very often draining circumstances that you’re in. I want to highlight how much being on this site, and looking through profiles is such a significant step toward your mental health goals.
Anxiety and improving self image are at the core of my work. I focus on helping clients develop flexible thinking and self-compassion — practical tools that help you step away from self-criticism and patterns that keep life feeling heavy. The goal of this work isn't about becoming a perfect version of yourself. It's about learning to navigate life's challenges with greater flexibility, confidence, and self-understanding.
I'm so glad you're here!

Just book a session and show up. Leap and the net will appear!
A little more about me: I'm a Minnesota native currently living in Florida. I spend a lot of my time as a sports mom on the sidelines at soccer and volleyball games, watching professional hockey (especially the MN Wild!), and being hopelessly bad at gardening in Florida.
