Hey, I'm Robyn. I've been a therapist for over 15 years, and one thing I've learned is that life can be complicated. Sometimes you know exactly what the problem is and just don't know what to do about it. Other times, you just know you're tired of feeling the way you feel. I work with people dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, difficult relationships, narcissistic abuses and concerns around gender identity. I am a down-to-earth therapist. You don't have to come in knowing what to say or having everything figured out. We'll start where you are and go from there.

Hi there, I'm Sharon, and I'm passionate about helping individuals rediscover their inner child and embark on a journey of healing the wounds from their past. As a compassionate and creative soul, I offer a unique approach to processing and addressing emotions. Through my work, I aim to provide a safe and nurturing space for you to explore your feelings, particularly those affected by addiction and co-dependency. I firmly believe that art, not in the traditional sense but as a personal expression of one's emotions, holds the key to authenticity and self-discovery. My focus is on the process rather than performance, making it a soulful and liberating experience I call "soul art." As part of my commitment to excellence, I am currently pursuing my certification in Creative Journaling Expressive Arts with the CJEAItm. This additional training allows me to integrate journaling and expressive art techniques into our sessions, offering you a dynamic and creative approach to healing and personal growth. If you're ready to embark on a transformative journey, exploring your emotions through the creative lens, I'm here to support and guide you every step of the way. Let's work together to nurture your inner child and empower you to lead a more fulfilling life.

I have 12 years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults and adults. In addition to working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, etc., I have broader experience working with children of divorce, trauma, grief and LGBTQAI+ populations. We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts. A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!

Hello! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, based in South Florida. I believe the families and communities we grow up in shape nearly everything about who we become — how we love, how we trust, how we cope, and how we show up for the people who matter most to us. I have a deep appreciation for the richness and complexity that culture, identity, and lived experience bring into the therapy room. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and I have a particular heart for first-generation individuals and families who are often holding the weight of two worlds — honoring where they came from while finding their footing in where they are. My specialty is working with individuals, couples, and families navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, and the lasting effects of early experiences. Whether you are carrying something you have never said out loud, working through a relationship that feels stuck, or simply sensing that something needs to shift — you have found a space where you are welcome exactly as you are.

Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become? When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece. I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing: The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue Feeling completely disconnected from your own body We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it. You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again. Please Note: I believe healing burnout starts with modeling it. I deliberately limit my client slots so I can show up with total clinical presence, depth, and intention—giving you a calm, grounded space to slow down and heal.

Clients find that I genuinely like people from all walks of life, I am non-judgmental, and I am an excellent listener. Hey there! I’m Craig Lampkin, and I’m thrilled to be a native New Yorker. I became a marriage and family therapist because I’m passionate about hearing people’s stories and helping them through their journeys. My journey started at the Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts in NYC, which really adds a creative flair to my therapy sessions. I love incorporating visual cues along with a variety of therapeutic approaches to keep our time together engaging and fun! We’ll team up to explore new coping strategies, decision-making skills, and problem-solving techniques that can help you thrive in life. In my practice, I use different therapeutic modalities as key tools to support your growth in thinking, emotions, and physical abilities while reducing any troublesome behaviors. I tailor these methods to fit your unique needs. For instance, Cognitive Therapy helps in shifting negative thought patterns, while Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) combines thoughts and actions to tackle various psychological challenges. If you’re dealing with trauma, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Therapy can provide a safe space to process those experiences. Narrative Therapy is all about empowering you to rewrite your life story, whereas Structural Therapy focuses on enhancing family dynamics to mend conflicts. With Strategic Therapy, we’ll employ specific strategies to tackle problems, and Solution-Focused Therapy will help us zero in on your goals and strengths for positive outcomes. Together, these approaches work wonderfully to boost your well-being and personal growth. Let’s embark on this journey together!

Hi there — I’m Jayne’, and I’m so glad you’re here! As a Licensed Professional Counselor serving Georgia and Florida, I specialize in working with those 28 and up who are high‑achievers, couples and individuals who feel deeply driven in their professional lives—yet somehow disconnected or stuck in their relationships, their sense of self, or the way they move through life. You might recognize yourself if you’ve excelled in your career or set high standards for yourself, but find that your closest relationships — whether intimate, professional, or internal — aren’t feeling as connected, grounded, or fulfilling as you’d hoped. Maybe you desire genuine and fulfilling personal connections, yet you sense that fear or an inability to be vulnerable, relational habits, past trauma or unspoken patterns are quietly shaping how you engage with others or even how you show up for yourself. In our work together, you’ll find a safe, thought-provoking, judgment‑free space to explore all of that paired with exercises and tools to connect more intentionally with others. I bring a blend of thoughtful challenge and genuine support — we’ll honor your drive and successes, while gently opening up the deeper layers of your relational world: your attachment style, your inner voice, your relational patterns, your leadership role or identity and your emotional safety. Whether you’re an individual longing to bring your hard‑won success into a more connected, authentic life or a couple seeking more alignment and connection — I’m here to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you long to be. You don’t have to settle for high achievement and relational dissatisfaction. There’s another way — one where your strengths become bridges to deeper connection, not barriers. Thank you for taking this step on the journey toward greater intimacy, presence and relational ease.

Hello, I’m A.J., a Licensed Master Level Social Worker from the U.P. of Michigan. Faith, Family, and Fellowship are things that I strive to live for daily. My faith is very important to me. I am involved in Men’s Ministry inside and outside of my church. Haggai 2:9 is a verse that is close to my family's heart: “The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house, says the Lord Almighty, in this place I will grant peace, declares the Lord Almighty.” My goal and prayer is that I can help individuals move into a better place than they were when therapy first began. My wife and I have three boys and one grandson. Our family enjoys spending time outside on our 20-acre property “Creation Acres” or getting away camping. My boys and I enjoy spending time in the woods or on the lake. I graduated from Ferris State University in 2018 with my Master’s Degree in Social Work after attending Lake Superior State University completing Criminal Justice / Public Safety Emphasis Bachelor’s Degree and a Paramedic Technology Associate’s Degree in 2008. I have experience working directly with law enforcement as a dispatcher and working in the public safety field as a fire fighter and as an EMT. I currently work for the Michigan Department of Corrections as a mental health specialist. Prior to this career, I worked for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services as a foster care case manager and a juvenile justice / juvenile delinquency case manager. I look forward to working with you during your journey. NOTICE – Due to my current position with the Michigan Department of Corrections, I am unable to accept referrals or work with anyone on parole or probation.

I am an eternal optimist with a heartfelt passion for caring for others, something that has been part of who I am for as long as I can remember. I feel deeply honored to walk alongside people as they learn to cope, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Supporting clients in regulating their nervous systems and building effective coping strategies is not just my work, but my greatest joy. You don't need to have it all figured out before you begin — that's okay. I know that first step can feel like the hardest one to take. All you need is the willingness to take it. I help adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, trauma, chronic health conditions, pain, or major life changes reconnect with themselves and feel more in control of their lives. I began my social work career in 2006 in medical social work, hospice, and home health, supporting individuals and families through chronic illness, serious health concerns, loss, and difficult transitions. These experiences shaped my understanding of the deep connection between physical health and emotional well-being. I became a mental health provider because I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, supported, and empowered. I'm passionate about helping people regain a sense of themselves, find hope, and develop tools to move forward through trauma, stress, and difficult circumstances. Sometimes life simply becomes too much, and it's okay to say, "This is hard," and ask for help. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist, and EMDRIA Approved Consultant-in-Training. I primarily work with adults navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, pain, medical trauma, and traumatic experiences. My approach is integrative and individualized, drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, clinical hypnosis, IFS-informed and parts-based approaches, Ego State Therapy, Imaginal Nurturing, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), tailored to each client's needs and goals. I believe wellness is holistic — we don't get sick one way, and we don't get well one way. Mental and physical health are deeply connected, and I'm here to support your whole-person well-being through counseling, so you can get back to being you and enjoy life again.

I fell in love with psychological studies in high school. Becoming a therapist has fulfilled my curiosity about human existence and my quest for happiness. I used therapy to overcome my own struggle with fears, shame, and self-doubt, which has affirmed my faith in the helping profession. I have learned through training and personal experiences that all human beings have the same basic quests in life and that we all deserve a chance to develop our unique potential, contribute uniquely to the tapestry of life, and be happy. I have also learned that human growth can only lead to spiritual development and discovery. My growth in understanding the common threads of humanity helps me treat my clients with respect and compassion. I have had extensive training in CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused, and insight-oriented therapies. My inclination is to use an integrated approach that meets clients where they are and helps propel them forward to achieve their objectives.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I have several years of experience treating individuals, families, and adolescents using a holistic, empathic, and trauma-informed approach. Watching friends and family struggle with mental health and substance abuse issues fueled my passion for helping those who struggle with these difficulties from a place of understanding, patience, and empathy. I received a BA in psychology first, which led to obtaining a substance abuse certificate. I gained experience working with families and individuals and, after some time, I was ready to further my education and obtained a Master of Social Work. This helped me expand my clinical skills and learn more targeted therapy modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, DBT, psychoanalytical care, and art therapy. I found these approaches are a great synthesis of neuroscience, trauma, and creativity.

Change is hard, but when it’s needed, you feel it. Marital strain, career dissatisfaction, or lingering pain from the past can leave you feeling stuck, even when you know something has to shift. Taking those first steps toward change can feel daunting, but you don’t have to do it alone. Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to gain clarity, process emotions, and reconnect with your sense of purpose. Healing becomes possible when you have an empathetic and attuned witness to your story; someone who helps you uncover insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and find new ways forward. I’ve worked in a variety of settings as a counselor, educator, and clinical supervisor, and I’m passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, emotioanlly-focused, practical, and rooted in respect for each person’s unique journey. If you’re ready to do the inner work; to feel more grounded, balanced, connected, and fulfilled- therapy can help you get there. Prioritize yourself. This is your moment for growth.

Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. I'm a short-term, solution-oriented therapist that focuses on identifying and relieving on mild-to-moderate mental health symptoms, likely related to newer onset life stressors: family and relationship issues, school and work, grief and loss, medical diagnoses, etc. Though I would love to serve all that are seeking mental health therapy, it's important that I remain within my scope of competence and scope of practice. Therefore, I'm ethically unable to accept clients seeking long-term/maintenance care or specialized interventions (e.g., trauma, OCD, etc.). My approach to therapy tends to resonate best with clients who are moderately motivated to truly seek out solutions to their issues and symptoms, and are willing to do the work- both in session, and out- to achieve the results desired. We collaborate to identify the issues, and put in the actual work to make change for resolution. Though I am a clinician that utilizes evidence-based practices and interventions, I would definitely say I'm also a bit of a life coach!
