Before I worked as a counselor I worked as a technical writer and software tester, and then as a caseworker in social services. I have also been a studio engineer with much work in audio and video editing and got to spend a year on the film festival circuit for a documentary I made about being an independent musician. All of those experiences I feel are helpful in working with clients from different backgrounds and perhaps in understanding that most of us want to find something meaningful in this life and often feel that we still don't know what our real calling.

Hello. Thank you for considering me! You are, above all things, a human being and to be human is a wild experience. I think most of us are doing the best we can with what we have to work with, and you should be proud of yourself for your willingness to learn more. I see therapy as a process that organically unfolds towards deeper understanding and acceptance of who we are and what life is; from here we can shift how we relate to ourselves and life. My approach is grounded in humanistic, dynamic and holistic therapies. I often focus on the impacts of previous experiences, particularly childhood as early experiences set the foundation we use to navigate our lives.

I’m Dr. Eunice Joo, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps individuals and couples gain deeper clarity about their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns. My goal is to help people understand the underlying beliefs and assumptions that often shape their reactions, conflicts, and life decisions. When these patterns become clearer, people are better able to make healthier and more meaningful choices for their lives. As an immigrant myself, I understand the unique cultural challenges that many people experience while living between different cultures and value systems. The process of navigating identity, expectations, and belonging can often create confusion, inner conflict, and emotional stress. In my work, I help clients sort through these experiences so they can develop a clearer sense of identity, regain confidence in their values, and learn how to engage with different cultures without losing their own sense of self. My counseling approach focuses on identifying distorted thinking patterns and emotional triggers that may keep people stuck in cycles of confusion, self-doubt, or relational conflict. By helping clients recognize these patterns, I support them in expanding their psychological perspective and developing practical ways to respond more thoughtfully rather than react impulsively. For clients who value faith, I also offer Christian counseling that integrates biblical wisdom, prayer, and personal faith reflection with sound psychological insight. My goal is to help people experience healing, restore their sense of dignity and purpose, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples. My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy. I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility. Welcome! I’m Marianne, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Taking the step to start therapy can feel empowering, confusing, or a bit scary all at once. I want you to know that I have a lot of deep empathy for people going through hard times because I have been there myself. I am a Colorado and South Carolina Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience working with: individuals in the midst of grief and other major phase-of-life transitions like divorce, job loss, legal challenges, etc.; teenagers who are struggling with a variety of mental health challenges; couples and families that are struggling to find common ground; and fractured families prior to, during, and after divorce. Building strong families, even through divorce or custody battles, incarceration, or other prolonged periods of estrangement, is a particular area of focus for me. I offer reintegration therapy services for parents and children who have experienced short- and long-term separation or alienation. I love working with families who want to find a way to function better post-divorce. In addition, I spent a decade working for the Alzheimer's Association, which included counseling individuals and families who were facing a diagnosis of dementia. Prior to venturing into the counseling field, I ran a non-profit that operated a 100-bed homeless shelter, a family transitional housing program, and an eight-unit supportive housing project for Veterans. I have a heart for working with military veterans and their families -- having 22 years of service in the US Air Force myself. I served on Active Duty for 6 years, and after a break in service, completed another 16 years as a Reservist. My spouse served alongside me, with each of us deploying twice. Our son is currently serving as well. Therefore, I have been the deployed service member, the spouse left to manage things back home, and the mom watching her "baby" deploy to far-off places. There is almost no part of military service I do not understand through first-hand experience.

You're exhausted, wondering if anyone is going to reach your teenage son with ADHD. I was that kid and found my way through. Your son is struggling the same way I did. ADHD, too much homework, too little interest, too many people telling him to just try harder. I didn't get real support until the end of high school. Treatment changed the trajectory of my life. I went from community college to the University of Florida, then to a Master of Social Work from Florida State. My bachelor's was in Education Sciences with a specialization in Educational Psychology, which means I understand how ADHD plays out in a classroom, where so much of your son's pain probably lives. School is hard enough for these kids already, which is why I see clients in the evenings and on weekends. Therapy shouldn't add to what school is already taking from him.

Hi, I’m Angela. I understand that reaching out for support is often the hardest part of the journey, especially when you feel life is heavy or uncertain. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are, whether you are navigating the complexities of recovery, the weight of grief, or the shifting transitions of midlife. Since 2016, I have focused my career on supporting adults through the challenges of substance use, working across all levels of care, including detox, residential, and medication-assisted treatment. As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addiction Counselor, I have invested significant additional education and clinical hours specifically in the field of addiction. I believe it is important to work with a therapist who focuses on these patterns, as alcohol and substance use rarely exist in isolation. They are often intertwined with anxiety, codependency, trauma, and relationship stress. In our sessions, we will explore how these challenges impact one another and work toward your specific goals for change, whether that involves moderation or choosing abstinence. I am also passionate about supporting women navigating the challenges of perimenopause and menopause. This stage of life frequently brings a surge of symptoms such as irritability, brain fog, and anxiety where you might find yourself drinking more than you intended just to get through the day. I offer a nonjudgmental space to address these symptoms, helping you develop healthier ways to cope so you can feel like yourself again. My practice is built on a foundation of grace, respect, and the belief in the inherent dignity of every individual. I provide a supportive environment where we can work through the messiness together to build a life that aligns with your true values and goals.

Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, overthinking, performance pressure, trauma, or feeling like their mind never fully turns off. I help high-functioning adults who want more than temporary coping—they want to understand why they feel stuck and create lasting change. My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I integrate evidence-based therapies including EMDR, CBT, I-CBT, ACT, and neuroscience-informed approaches to help clients identify patterns, process difficult experiences, and build new ways of responding. Clients often come to me for anxiety, racing thoughts, perfectionism, workplace stress, burnout, performance anxiety, social anxiety, and experiences that continue to impact confidence, relationships, or emotional well-being. Together, we focus on helping you feel calmer, more confident, and more like yourself again.

Counseling is a second career for me. I am a Desert Storm era Navy veteran and spent twenty years in the business world as a successful sales manager. I have over thirty years of personal recovery experience and bring many tools to our sessions. I have done my own personal grief, anger, trauma and family of origin work so I can hold space for whatever your healing and recovery may require. I show up as my authentic self and tend to be very direct. If you are willing to do the painful work that healing requires, I may be a good choice as therapist for you. With both my own personal struggles with addiction and mental health challenges, I have empathy and respect for those willing to do the hard work of making changes.

I am a mental health therapist dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, and the stressors that come with everyday responsibilities. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are — without judgment. My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in helping you build practical tools you can use in your daily life. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that helps identify how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. Together, we work to recognize unhelpful thought patterns, build healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, sustainable change. I also understand that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor treatment to each person’s unique experiences, needs, and goals. As a first-generation Latina, I have a deep appreciation for how culture, family expectations, and lived experiences shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. I strive to create a space where cultural identity is respected and understood, and where clients can openly explore how these influences impact their mental health and relationships. My goal is to help you feel empowered, supported, and equipped with tools that help you move toward the life you want. Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and I am honored to be part of that journey with you. Please note that I do not provide treatment for eating disorders, substance use disorders (including alcohol), or any court-mandated cases. Please note that I do not fill out FMLA paperwork, ESA paperwork, or any other legal documents unless 6 months of consistent therapy has been received. There is a separate fee for paperwork outside of the copay.
