Hello, I'm Thomas Stuart, a LPC and LAC who provides treatment to clients struggling with mental health, substance use, work, or career issues in Colorado. I employ a client-centered and solution-focused approach and have 18 years experience in the mental health fields. I also specialize in topics and issues related to mental health and working, ranging from career development to managing boundaries and balancing work with personal wellness later in the career.
I've operated this practice individually part time since 2018 and full time since 2022. In addition to 1:1 counseling, I also sometimes write articles on subjects of work and mental wellness, and offer workplace interventions for various problems employers have.
I am Grant Marylander, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Grief Counselor, and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional practicing in Boulder, Colorado. My path to this work was not a straight one. I spent more than thirty years as an attorney before a close friend's terminal diagnosis changed everything. Sitting with him at the end of his life, I knew this was where I belonged, not in a courtroom, but in the hardest and most human moments people face. That conviction led me through palliative care, hospice grief counseling, and community mental health before I founded Share Your Grief.
I work with two groups of people who, in my experience, often have more in common than they might expect. The first are individuals navigating grief, not only the loss of a loved one, but any loss that has quietly unmade a life: a diagnosis, a divorce, a career, an identity. The second are high-functioning professionals whose outward success masks an internal exhaustion driven by anxiety, perfectionism, and the relentless pressure to be more and do better.
What I offer both groups is the same thing: a space where nothing they feel is too much, and a clinically grounded approach that goes beyond surface-level coping to address what is actually underneath.
The impact I hope to have is not simply symptom relief. It is transformation: helping clients move from surviving their pain to understanding it, and from understanding it to carrying it with greater ease, self-compassion, and clarity about what they value most. Grief and anxiety have a way of stripping life down to what matters. My job is to help you find your footing in that stripped-down place and rebuild from there.

Hello! I'm Amanda, a licensed mental health counselor and behavior therapist serving Florida and Colorado via telehealth. In 2025, I founded Undivided Heart Mental Health, a practice centered around evidence-based and client-centered care that supports both teens and adults individually as they practice effective behavior change and mindfulness along with providing parent coaching for families with children currently managing mental health challenges.
I’m Will. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from The Ohio State University and my master’s in Clinical Psychology from University of Denver. I see therapy as a space where we can slow things down, sit with what’s really happening underneath the surface, and better understand the patterns, emotions, and protective responses shaping your experience. I’m here to help hold and explore feelings with you, not judge or push them away.
We can resist to acknowledge certain emotions because of a lot of things; shame, “shoulds,” self-judgment. beliefs we’ve absorbed from others. But mostly because its just becomes a reflex established in childhood that kept us safe. Feelings do not have to be objectively true or rational (the amygdala tends not to care about that) to deserve our attention and empathy . When we slow down enough to acknowledge and hold space for them, emotions can return to their original purpose: giving us information about our needs, wants, boundaries, and experiences instead of quietly driving behaviors underneath our awareness.
I won’t lie — this work can feel challenging and even awkward at first. Most of us were never taught how to truly sit with ourselves. But in my experience, this kind of work creates deeper and more lasting nervous system change than only relying on coping skills to manage emotions. Your emotions and feeling are who you are, when the are free to be expressed and acknowledged my clients find parts of themselves that were previously thought to be loss.

Hi! I'm Katie, a licensed professional counselor in Colorado. I enjoy working with people to overcome trauma and other challenges in life; to encourage growth, and realize their strengths. I'm David Rothman, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) offering telehealth therapy for adults and couples throughout Colorado. I work with clients facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions, using a warm, collaborative, attachment-focused approach centered on creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected.
I believe meaningful therapy starts with a strong therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll explore the experiences, emotions, beliefs, and relational patterns contributing to your distress — not just to reduce symptoms, but to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself and create change that lasts.
My work draws on several evidence-based and insight-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychodynamic therapy. Depending on your goals, we might focus on building practical coping strategies, shifting unhelpful thought and behavior patterns, understanding how past experiences shape the present, or strengthening emotional connection and communication in your relationships.
For couples, I help partners uncover the emotional patterns beneath conflict and disconnection. By building greater emotional awareness, improving communication, and fostering a deeper sense of security, couples can move toward a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Are you tired? Wishing you could do more but are not sure how? My focus is with teens and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life changes, and nonstructural chronic pain. Your mental health can be debilitating. It can keep you from reaching your goals, enjoying the things you love, and from the things that you need. If you are reading this, you are not ready to give up. Call, email, or schedule your first session and take the road towards recovery.
My background in public schools and private practice has allowed me to support clients across many stages of life and experiences. I use a variety of evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to your individual needs. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where you feel heard and empowered to make changes at your own pace.
All sessions are conducted remotely, allowing you to participate from the comfort and privacy of your own space. In our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from the process, then work together to create a plan that feels realistic and encouraging. If you’re ready to begin I’d be glad to connect with you.

You may look like you’re holding it all together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck internally. Many of my clients are high-achieving adults, athletes, young professionals, and adolescents navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, burnout, addiction recovery, identity shifts, and relationship stress.
As a former Division I athlete and immigrant, I understand the pressure of performance, major life transitions, and the challenge of balancing expectations while trying to stay connected to yourself. Therapy with me is honest, collaborative, and focused on meaningful change, not just surface-level coping.
I use evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma-informed care, somatic approaches, and relapse prevention strategies to help clients build emotional regulation, healthier patterns, resilience, and long-term healing.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults from diverse backgrounds and strive to create a space that feels supportive, culturally aware, and judgment-free. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, perfectionism, recovery, trauma, or simply feeling emotionally stuck, we’ll work together to better understand your patterns and create practical, sustainable change. Healing is not about becoming someone different it’s about reconnecting with yourself in a healthier, more grounded way.
I work best with high-achieving adults who are used to being the strong, capable person others rely on but feel exhausted from constantly pushing through. Many of my clients once felt active, motivated, and confident, but stress, caregiving, work, parenting, or major life transitions have left them overwhelmed and disconnected from themselves.
You may struggle with anxiety, burnout, low energy, perfectionism, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling guilty when you rest. Even when you are accomplishing a great deal, your inner critic may continue telling you that you are not doing enough.
As someone who values movement, the outdoors, personal growth, and the connection between physical and emotional health, I understand the importance of reconnecting with the parts of yourself that stress has pushed aside. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, compassionate, and direct, with room for honesty and humor.
Together, we will quiet self-criticism, establish healthier boundaries, and develop realistic strategies that fit your life. Therapy is not about pushing harder. It is about finding your ground, reconnecting with yourself, and moving toward your next summit with greater balance, confidence, and self-trust.

At the heart of my work, I believe each individual has the capacity for change and growth. My role is to help individuals reconnect with that part to create a grounded, supportive space where they can feel understood, regain a sense of control, and move toward the changes that matter most to them.
I believe that everyone has inherent strength. While I can be direct and to the point, I understand that this conversation is about your life, not mine. I also believe in the power of laughter and that everyone is capable of leading their best life.

Hi, I’m Demetria Agharese, and I help people who are tired of feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or disconnected from themselves find their way forward.
My ideal clients are adults who may look like they have it all together on the outside but are quietly struggling on the inside. You may be the person everyone depends on while privately battling anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, self-doubt, burnout, relationship difficulties, or the pressure to constantly “hold it all together.”
Maybe your mind won’t shut off. You overthink every decision, question your feelings, replay conversations, worry about what might happen, or feel trapped by thoughts you wish you could turn off. Maybe you’re navigating a breakup, divorce, major life transition, low self-esteem, or simply wondering, “How did I lose myself?”
You don’t have to continue living that way.
I offer a warm, genuine, culturally responsive, and judgment-free space where you can put down the weight you’ve been carrying and talk openly about what’s really happening. I don’t believe therapy should feel like sitting across from someone who simply checks boxes on a diagnosis list. I believe you deserve to feel heard, understood, challenged when needed, and supported throughout the process.
Using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ERP, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, behavioral strategies, and mindfulness, I help clients break unhelpful cycles, face fears, manage difficult emotions, build confidence, establish healthier boundaries, and become less controlled by anxiety and uncertainty.
Most importantly, therapy with me is collaborative. I’m not here to tell you who you should be. I’m here to help you discover who you are, understand what matters to you, and develop the confidence to live accordingly.
If you’re ready to stop simply surviving and start creating a life that feels more peaceful, authentic, confident, and meaningful, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
I am Tara, a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a solid academic foundation in Communication and Social Work. I've worked with all types of people from across the globe. My therapeutic ethos revolves around empowering individuals through life's transitions, fostering growth, and igniting personal revolutions through psychotherapy. It is incredibly important to me that each person I meet walks away feeling heard and that they are one step closer to their life goal.
With over 16 years of professional experience, I am committed to helping others find ways to be their best. I want you to be successful. Because of that, I work hard to find out where you're stuck in life and how to help you feel better. I am licensed in Colorado and Texas. I completed my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Adams State College in Colorado where I enjoyed living in the San Luis Valley, taking day hikes on the weekends and enjoying the majestic mountain views.
Hello, I'm Anthony. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling and Human Services, with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, and hold a Bachelor's in Psychology. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Crisis Prevention Intervention, and serve as a Crisis Intervention Trainer. My journey in mental health has equipped me with the skills to support diverse populations dealing with complex issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, self-care, relational issues, family issues, parenting, goal achievement, and persistent mental illness.
Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working as a child protection therapist assisting families in the judicial system, and as a mobile crisis clinician and crisis program supervisor throughout rural Colorado. In my private practice, I've worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, utilizing an eclectic style of therapy that blends life experience with established theory. My approach is rooted in creating a safe, respectful, and dignified environment where you can feel supported while being encouraged and challenged to grow toward your goals.
I have a strong passion for mental health and helping others. My goal is to provide an environment characterized by safety, respect, dignity, and support while also encouraging and challenging people to keep growing toward their goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, or need support as a military veteran, I'm here to help.
If you're ready to take the next step in your journey, I invite you to reach out. Together, we can work towards achieving your goals and improving your well-being.
