Hello! My name is Kishla Preston and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Georgia, Alabama and Florida. I have been practicing for the past 12 years and have loved every moment of it. I have had the heart to help other since the age of 10. So much so, that, in high school, I ended up taking custody of the 2-month-old child of a family friend until he was age 2, while his mother gained stability. That being said, I have a special place in my heart for children, young adults and mothers. My personal goal for every client I meet is to make their lives a little bit better than it was before we found one another.
I’m a 30 yr old who loves staying active...whether that’s going on runs, getting outside for hikes, or spending time at home with my cat. I love to be someone who can motivate others and serve as a strong, steady anchor during difficult times. I bring that same grounded, real-life energy into my work, creating a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and easy to show up in. Through my own life experiences, I’ve learned how to cope with challenging transitions and navigate relationship struggles, which allows me to show up in a genuine and grounded way with my clients.
I’m passionate about helping young women navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and relationship struggles. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start, just showing up is enough. Together, we focus on building self-worth, setting healthy boundaries, and helping you feel more confident, grounded, and aligned in your life and relationships.
Welcome and thank you for visiting my profile. I invite you to join me for safe, relaxing, and confidential virtual therapy appointments. I am a dedicated and experienced LMFT with a successful track record of delivering impactful and effective therapy services for people (children, families, individuals, and couples) from diverse and underserved populations. I am trauma-informed and an empathetic therapist that is known for providing genuine patient care.
My experience is centered on collaborating with youth, adults, and families. During these developing years and shifting dynamics, additional care for our health is needed. I work with emotional regulation, relational rifts, enhancing communication, and acceptance of self.
With attachment focused therapy as my base, I utilize mindfulness and experiential approaches in our work together. Our conversations and therapeutic activities are guided by your experience and goals.
I have worked for nearly a decade as a private psychotherapist in Santa Cruz County, serving individuals, couples, and families, facing a variety of challenges, such as relationship issues, stress, anxiety, depression, autism, grief, and loss. Many of us just need someone to talk to who can listen without judgment and offer guidance and support. I enjoy being that person for people, working together with my clients to reach their goals.
I am a 36-year-old Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) originally from Los Angeles. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in nursing while serving in the United States Air Force, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals through medical and personal challenges. I have been practicing therapy since 2018 and am passionate about helping adults navigate life stressors, emotional difficulties, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and supportive, and I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing process.
Life can feel overwhelming when past experiences continue to show up as anxiety, stress, or emotional exhaustion. You may notice patterns that don’t make sense, feel stuck in survival mode, or carry a heaviness you can’t quite name. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and begin responding to life with more clarity and self-compassion. You don’t have to navigate difficult seasons alone—healing is possible, and support can make the path forward feel more steady and manageable.

Hi there! I am a therapist that has worked and lived on the east coast and the west coast utilizing my Florida and California license. I have worked with an array of different populations prior to becoming a therapist as I was actively involved with community health organizations, psychiatric hospitals, foster care facilities, domestic violence group homes, adult day care facilities, and crisis and text lines. Through this array of different experiences, I was given the opportunity to explore a wide array of populations and mental health disorders. I personally lost my Mother and brother to suicide and this has given me further insight into the reality of mental health situations and survival.

As human beings, our experiences are unique to us. We experience and view the world from our lens, which impacts how we perceive ourselves and others. Unfortunately, because we are all unique, people around us also develop perceptions about us which may not be an accurate representation of who we are or our true intentions. Sometimes, our perceptions lead to miscommunication and misconceptions; thereby impacting our ability to connect and develop healthy relationships. Typically, perceptions are based on our experiences and our experiences are not always favorable or pleasant. Occasionally, our experiences are traumatic and abusive. For some, trauma and abuse occur so regularly that it becomes the norm and ultimately impacts social, interpersonal, and intimate relationships.
Counseling is the process of becoming awakened to our true selves to better understand how our personal experiences influence who we are. Our personal experiences are impacted by our family of origin, racial and cultural/ethnic group, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, socioeconomic status, etc. Because many aspects of one’s life may be explored, including childhood experiences, the process of counseling may feel uncomfortable and intrusive, at times. However, it is important to trust the process and know that every counseling session will not feel good. There are times that as a client, you may feel sad or hurt and become tearful; you may be excited and feel happy; you may be confused and feel hopeless. However, know that in the end, if you trust the process, you will hopefully learn something new about yourself that you never considered. Thus, leading to fulfillment in your life in areas including your relationships and family dynamics that ultimately, enhance your self-worth.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, and long-standing patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves. My approach is grounded, direct, and compassionate. I believe therapy should feel collaborative—not clinical or judgmental.
Together, we’ll explore the patterns, beliefs, and survival strategies that may have once protected you but no longer serve you. I help clients build insight, emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and practical tools they can actually use in daily life.
I draw from trauma-informed care, mindfulness, CBT, DBT-informed skills, and parts-focused work to support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, curious, and fully human.
Hi, I’m Nancy Rodriguez, a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I was born and raised in Southeast Los Angeles, and I bring both my personal and professional experience into the way I show up with clients.
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or emotionally stuck and are looking for a space to slow things down and understand what they’re going through. I know starting therapy can feel uncertain, and my goal is to make it feel more comfortable and human from the beginning.
I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work. Having navigated significant life transitions myself, including divorce and co-parenting, I approach each client with genuine empathy and a grounded, realistic perspective. Reaching out takes courage, and I don't take that lightly.
I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating. That's why I offer every potential client a complimentary 30-minute consultation before we begin - an opportunity to get to know one another, ask anything on your mind, and determine together whether we're the right fit. There are no wrong questions and no pressure. To schedule a :30 minute no charge consultation please follow this link: https://tinyurl.com/No-Charge-Consultation
My style is warm and direct. Sessions are collaborative and active - we'll be working together toward something concrete. There is nothing more rewarding than watching a couple arrive on the other side of hard work with clarity and renewed intention, or witnessing an individual move from sadness and confusion to finding their footing and a version of themselves they feel good about.
I work exclusively via telehealth - and I believe that's a genuine advantage. There's real value in therapy that happens on your own terms. No traffic, no babysitter needed - show up as you are. It's not unusual for a little one to wander in, and those moments often give me a richer understanding of a client's world than any office could.
Outside the office I'm a mother, grandmother, and devoted companion to golden retrievers Whitney and Ginger. I'm closely connected to my 87-year-old parents, connected to communities in Marin County, North Lake Tahoe, and Bend, Oregon, and endlessly curious about the world. Licensed in California, Oregon, and Nevada.
If you're ready to take that first step, I'd love to hear from you.

I’m Dr. Saira Jhutty, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in reproductive mental health, including postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts after having a baby, and the emotional challenges of fertility treatment. I work with individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy after loss, third-party reproduction, and the complex transition into parenthood.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on self-compassion and values-based living. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Many of the people I work with feel exhausted, anxious, or unlike themselves after a baby or during fertility treatment. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to feel more like yourself again.

You Don't Have to Figure This Out Alone
Life gets hard. Really hard. And when it does, most of us try to push through on our own — until we can't anymore. I get it. I've spent my career sitting with people in their hardest moments, and I know how much it matters to feel truly heard. That's what I'm here for.
Getting older isn't easy — for you or for the people who love you. Whether you're facing a health crisis, losing your independence, or watching someone you love change before your eyes, the emotional weight can be overwhelming. I work with adults and families to help make sense of it all.
Grief is its own kind of exhaustion. It doesn't follow a schedule, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. Whether you've lost a person, a role, a relationship, or the future you planned on— your loss is real, and it deserves real time and attention.
