Hello,
If you’re on this website I want to applaud you for your bravery and courage to seek services.
I believe our earliest relationships shape how we understand ourselves, connect with others, and cope with emotional challenges.
In therapy, I help clients explore how early relational experiences influence present-day patterns in relationships, self-worth, and emotional regulation. Rather than focusing on “what’s wrong,” we work to understand what once helped you adapt and how those strategies may no longer be serving you.
I take a relational, attachment-informed approach, using the therapeutic relationship as a safe, supportive space to build insight, foster emotional growth, and create meaningful, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years clinical experience working with children, families and adults across a variety of settings including outpatient mental health, school based, crisis intervention, inpatient psychiatric facilities, large non-profit, and private practice. My goal is to assist my clients to feel comfortable in reducing their symptoms and helping them to be their optimal selves. For example, I focus on issues such as emotional regulation, relationship struggles, and coping with change. I use evidence-based approaches to support clients in creating lasting growth and positive change.

Saundre has over 15 years of professional counseling experience working in shelters, schools, and mental health clinics. She received a master’s degree in social work from Howard University with a focus on Black mental health and community healing.
Growing up in East Oakland, in a single-parent household quickly taught Saundre about the importance of her own mental health care. Personally experiencing the effects of misogyny, classism and racism pushed her to create safe and humanizing spaces for Black Women to begin their healing journey.
During the pandemic she courageously opened her private practice Queens N' Therapy®, which is specifically tailored to meet the mental health needs of Black Women.

Therapy can help you feel more grounded, more connected, and more at ease in your daily life. My approach is warm, collaborative, and attuned to your nervous system. I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. As a provider, my greatest strengths lie in my deep empathy, active listening, and a commitment to mindful curiosity. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and I strive to create a safe, supportive space where your unique story can be truly heard and valued. Rather than simply diagnosing a problem, I listen for the 'hidden' stories of your strengths and values that often get overshadowed. My approach to active listening is about more than just understanding; it’s about standing alongside you to deconstruct the challenges you face and uncover the skills you already possess. Together, we will collaborate to rewrite the narratives that no longer serve you, fostering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and the reclamation of your personal agency.

Hello ,
I am a licensed social worker based in Ohio. And I also am licensed in California. I have been practicing for close to 40 years, so have a great deal of professional and life experience, that I can apply to my work with clients. I am motivated to help adults of any age, move forward with their lives. And also there to help clients develop healthy skills that they can utilize, to become their "best selves." My approach is SHORT TERM/SOLUTION FOCUSED. I also see myself as a LIFE COACH for many of my clients. I am a regular practitioner of yoga and meditation and enjoy bringing elements of these practices into my work as well. I also love animals and enjoy hiking and biking in nature.
*I DO NOT WORK with clients who have HIGH RISK CONCERNS, such as recent suicidality, recent psychiatric hospitalization, domestic violence or substance abuse issues. Since I feel clients managing these issues, are better served seeing providers in a traditional office setting and more wrap around services. Clients who book with me presenting with these high risk concerns will be referred out by me to other providers or more appropriate resources.
Therapy is a place where you can show up as you are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, understood enough to explore difficult experiences, and supported enough to create meaningful change.
My name is Arakel Aristakessian, MS, LPCC, NCC, CCMHC, a licensed therapist with experience in community mental health, higher education counseling, and rehabilitation settings. I earned my bachelor's degrees in Social Welfare and Spanish Language & Literature from UC Berkeley and my Master of Science in Counseling, with emphases in College Counseling/Student Services and Clinical Counseling, from California State University, Northridge. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, identity development, family conflict, and major life transitions.
As a first-generation American of Armenian immigrants, I understand how culture, family expectations, and identity can shape the way we experience ourselves and our relationships. I provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Armenian, and strive to offer care that is culturally responsive, affirming, and tailored to each person's unique experiences.
My communication style is warm, respectful, and collaborative. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding the deeper patterns behind our thoughts, emotions, and relationships. My role isn't to judge your past or tell you who you should become, but to help you better understand yourself with curiosity and compassion so that shame loses its power and lasting growth becomes possible.
I am a life long meditator who raised a family of three with my husband of 43 years. I returned to school as an adult, so I offer the hope and skill of a complicated life lived and obstacles overcome. I can help you define your problems, give them a voice, and find solutions to support the life you choose. I believe that whatever your challenges are, you can find a better way to cope. I can witness and guide you through it, if you are ready to look at yourself and your life honestly. Change can be fast or slow, but change we must in order to thrive.
I’m so glad you’re here.
My name is Sierra, and I am a California-based licensed Psychologist with over 10 years of clinical experience supporting adults as they navigate life's challenges. My passion is helping people not only understand themselves more deeply, but also make lasting positive changes.
I take a holistic approach to therapy that supports the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. This often includes strategies such as nervous system education, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic healing, and when helpful, collaboration with integrative providers like nutritionists. I also draw from additional evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy, while paying close attention to how stress or trauma may show up in the body.
In our work together, we’ll create a personalized plan that blends insight, practical tools, and meaningful action. My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly seen and supported, and where therapy becomes not just about coping with challenges, but about moving toward the life you most want to live.
Do you often feel missed by the people in your life? When you look forward does it sometimes feel impossible to experience something new?
As an Authentic Relating Facilitator, Nonviolent Communication Practitioner, and Licensed Therapist, I have a deep desire to attune to you and your world. Together we can illuminate the patterns and roads blocks that you have been experiencing. You need to know where you are to get to where you want to go. We can build a map to get you there.
Once we have a map of where we are headed, we will practice the skills needed to get to your desired life. Some of the skills we will use to navigate the terrain are mindfulness, somatic and mind-body practices, written word exploration, feelings and needs awareness, and vision/goals work.
Ready to take the journey? Schedule a free consultation to answer any questions you may have. You know the way, and I’d be honored to accompany you.
I have worked in private practice and the school systems providing Educationally Related Mental Health Services (ERMHS) for almost 25 years. During this time I founded a small business where my team and I provide these mental health services individually and in groups on-site to school districts all over Sonoma County, CA. I love working with children k-12 and their families. I have worked in non-public schools, public schools, and privately with at-risk youth and their families. This has been my passion my whole career.
I have been married to my lovely wife for 20 years, together for 27 years and we have two beautiful children. Our son is 16 and our daughter is 13. I enjoy all things outdoors. I surfed competitively in my youth and I love mountain biking, snowboarding and anything that has to do with water, but my main love is spending time with my family.
My name is Diana Tavares. I am a patient and empathic Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am passionate about creating a sacred and safe space during the therapeutic process for you to feel confident in your ability to create positive changes in your life. I believe that everyone is deserving of a loving relationship with themselves, the world, and those around them. In our work together, my hope is that we create a new toolbox of coping mechanisms and break personal and generational patterns that no longer serve to enhance the quality of your life and for you to live more aligned and at peace.
