Hello and Welcome! Hola y Bienvenido! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish). In life, many of us experience a series of events either positive or negative. Such events impact us the way we respond to life circumstances, the way we view ourselves, and the world around us. I want to help you overcome the trauma and help you regain back your strength and power. Through our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to heal from your past and/or current stressors that are affecting you. We will work towards identifying triggers, self-insight work, self-awareness, acquiring healthy coping skills, and decreasing symptoms. I specialized in working with tweens/adolescents, adults, and older adults from all different backgrounds, many of whom have experienced various traumas in their lives. Whatever your needs may be or reasons for seeking therapy, I am here for you.
I feel my primary responsibility as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to foster a calm, safe and trusting environment with all clients through a warm and non-judgmental relationship. Therapy is a “we” program. My former career tracks in communication and education gives me the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and cultures with empathy and support to help you meet your goals.
As a private practice and community mental health therapist, I was able to experience working clinically with children, youth, adults and couples. I use an individually tailored approach to therapy matching the needs of each client in the present moment.
Hi, I’m Linn.
If you’ve found your way here, you might be carrying stress, loss, or uncertainty, and you’re ready for things to feel different. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and clear tools for real, lasting change.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who blends evidence-based practices with mindful, soulful presence. I integrate approaches that help you calm your nervous system, understand your emotions, and reconnect with your natural capacity for healing. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative, rooted in deep respect for your individual journey.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s happening on the surface and beneath it, exploring the patterns, beliefs, and emotions that shape how you relate to yourself and others. I often draw from mindfulness, body-based awareness, and Internal Family Systems to help you find steadiness and clarity from the inside out.
I support teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and grief, including the complex grief that follows suicide loss. My approach is both practical and deeply human: together, we’ll work toward relief in the present while cultivating resilience, purpose, and meaning for the future.
Most of all, therapy with me is a safe, non-judgmental space where all parts of you are welcome. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it’s about remembering who you are and discovering new ways to live from that truth.
If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk with you.
I’ve had the honor of working closely with children, families, and individuals healing from various forms of trauma and impacts of mental health from a cultural lens. Along the way, I’ve gained a deep understanding of the many different ways family life can shape us, sometimes in unexpected or challenging ways. I’ve worked in a variety of roles and settings, as a Director, Clinical Supervisor, across government agencies, to private and mental health centers, which has helped me see each person’s story from many angles.
My approach is compassionate yet direct, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. Whether you’re looking for support for yourself, your family, or your relationships, I’m here to walk alongside you with kindness and respect. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
Do you want a better day tomorrow than you had yesterday? Do you worry about things you have no control over? Do you ask, “Is this all there is to my life?” What happened to your dreams, your goals, your “someday I’ll be…I’ll do…, I’ll have…”?

Balancing work, personal responsibilities, relationships, and health can feel like an uphill battle! Don't even get me started on the never ending laundry basket, the appointments you haven't made yet, and the to-do list that is lost somewhere in the notebook you can't find. You might feel isolated and like no one else seems to be struggling the way you are. You might doubt that your experience is even real and have thoughts like, "maybe I am just lazy!" Maybe your relationships are suffering because your loved ones don't understand why you show up inconsistently. Maybe your self-esteem is low because you can't understand why you have been able to function really well in some areas or in some stages of life, but right now you are really struggling. Maybe you are really afraid to open up to a therapist because you have had a string of very invalidating experiences with doctors, therapists, and others you were hoping would help you.
I'm Kim. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker, trauma therapist, ADHDer, mom, serial hobbiest, and corgi lover. I am neurodiversity affirming and a safe therapist for gender and sexuality diverse folks. I have lots of experience working with people who are struggling with PTSD/C-PTSD, ADHD, parenting issues, chronic pain, and life transitions. I am all too familiar with the gifted-kid to anxious-adult pipeline. I understand that for some people, really hard things may come easily and really basic things may be very hard. I love working with people who are tired of repeating the same old cycles and are ready to make a change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of California. I have over 20 years of experience in the field of social services and have been licensed as a clinician for over 13 years. I have worked with youth, adults and families, primarily facing significant trauma or major life transitions, such as the addition to a family by birth, adoption, fostering, blending of families or relative care.
As an American Family Therapist, I work from a systemic perspective, focusing on the entire family unit rather than just the individual. My goal is to help families uncover and understand deep-rooted patterns and issues that interfere with healthy communication and connection. Through this process, I support each member in developing more effective ways of relating, resolving conflict, and fostering emotional safety with the family system. I primarily use Dialectical Behavior Therapy and view my work through that lens. This means focusing on mindfulness, expanding tolerance for discomfort, increasing effectiveness in relationships and strengthening emotional regulation. When challenges arise in therapy, I often find that the root of the issue can be addressed through one of these core areas. For clients struggling with post-traumatic stress injuries-particularly common in military populations-I also incorporate Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help them reframe and work through trauma-related beliefs. My approach is structured, evidence-based, and tailored to the needs of each individual or family.
I have been providing mental health services since 2003. Throughout my career I have worked communities large and small and have provided services to client of all ages and clinical presentations. I have worked with Foster Youth struggling with attachment all the way to helping Older Adults find purpose and meaning. I specialize in trauma, particularly that which occurs in the context of the relationship. I enjoy working with couples and individuals struggling in relationships. I like to focus on promoting healthy connections with others and how to ensure this creates a lasting structure to manage life's challenges. In addition to this I encourage areas of strength to ensure our life has purpose.

I'm Kristen & I've spent decades helping others navigate through the difficult times in their life. It's been one of the pleasures of my work, watching individuals flourish into the healthiest adult versions of themselves. It was my own personal traumas and difficulties experienced earlier in life that originally set me on this path of whole person wellness and personal recovery. As a result, I integrate biological, psychological and spiritual components in my work with clients, at which ever level they are comfortable with.

I apply a compassionate and non-judgmental stance to help my clients feel safe when sharing their stories and starting their therapeutic journey.

I believe that therapy can heal, but I also know that telling a stranger about your deepest pain can be a strange feeling. Perhaps you've been feeling sad, depressed or worried, and hopeless that anything in your life can change. Or maybe you aren't sure what you would even want help with. You know you feel bad, but if someone were to ask you "How can I help?", you aren't sure what you would say.
These problems can feel permanent and unsolvable. After all, something feels broken and unfixable, so how could you not feel that it takes all the energy you have just to get up in the morning and go about your day? Depression or anxiety can also feel isolating, as if nobody else could possibly understand. You may have even received advice from people who you feel mean well but can't understand what you're going through.
Depression and anxiety are not permanent or unfixable, and therapy can help. Imagine feeling peace of mind, and excited about life and its possibilities. It starts by learning about you and going at your pace. As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with over 16 years experience working with adults and teens, I've seen therapy work, and I feel lucky that I get to be part of that journey for others.
I work with people navigating substance use, trauma, anxiety, and grief. My focus is helping you find clarity and relief when life feels overwhelming. I offer a compassionate, strength-based approach that draws from diverse modalities to support your mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Together we'll explore what works best for you as you navigate life transitions, trauma, anxiety, adoption, and grief. I have been licensed for 13 years. In this journey, I have 5 years of experience working with individuals navigating substance use, 22 years working with foster children, and I am a mommy to an angel baby.
I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you feel heard and understood.
My name is Megan. Not therapist Megan. I am an authentic individual who strives to really help people in meeting them where they are at and helping them in their journey of life.
In session I am typically empathetic, compassionate, psychoeducational, and solution oriented to help aide people in obtaining their goals. Most important to me is the relationship built in therapy based on the foundation of non-judgment.

LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
Hi, I’m Loc. If life feels heavy right now—stress, anxiety, low mood, relationship strain, or burnout—you don’t have to sort through it alone.
I help clients manage anxiety and depression, prevent burnout, and create practical changes that bring them back to balance. Together we’ll identify what’s not working, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and build tools you can use in real life—not just in session.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but it’s a meaningful step. You deserve a supportive, judgment-free space to breathe, heal, and grow. If you’re ready, I’d be happy to work with you.
Greetings! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I graduated from San Francisco State University with an M.S. in Counseling Psychology. I have recently been certified by the Cognitive Behavioral Institute to offer ERPT (Exposure Response Prevention Therapy for OCD). I have over 20 years of experience working with a very diverse range of folks (women, men, the LGBTQ community, those living with HIV,People of Color, those dealing with substance issues). I enjoy working with people who are seeking a caring, compassionate, understanding person who listens and offers a hand up while they battle back against depression and anxiety. I also enjoy supporting people who are struggling with OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder) and employ a powerful tool (Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy) that is clinically shown to greatly reduce OCD symptoms.
I believe deeply in the power of connection, healing, and human resilience. I’ve spent over 20 years walking alongside children, adults, and families through some of life’s hardest seasons. My practice is built on compassion, honesty, and the belief that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported.
What drives me most is the belief that when people feel truly seen, supported, and valued, meaningful change becomes possible. I’ve witnessed incredible strength in the face of hardship—and I’m continually inspired by the courage it takes to show up and do the work. This field allows me to combine compassion with purpose, evidence-based care with intuition, and clinical skill with humanity. It’s sacred work, and I’m grateful every day to be doing it.
My approach is collaborative and integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thought patterns, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) to identify strengths, build on what’s already working, and create small, meaningful steps toward change. I also incorporate mindfulness and trauma-informed care to support healing at your pace.
My ideal client is someone who needs help reaching their highest potential and decrease emotional suffering. They should be ready and willing to begin receiving guidance on how to reach their peak. I believe in self-determination and that individuals can find solutions with the right support.
I offer a person centered approach that relies on the client's self-determination. I am experienced working those with dual diagnosis, mood disorders, and anxiety compassionately to help them manage symptoms.
Please feel free to reach out to me if you have more questions. I am always willing to answer questions to make sure my services are a good fit.
Chronic pain can feel like an unending alarm that you can’t turn off - something that demands your attention no matter how hard you try to ignore it. I understand that struggle deeply, because I experienced it myself. After years of searching for relief, Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) helped me overcome chronic pain and reclaim my life. Now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.
PRT helps the brain unlearn pain responses by addressing the neural pathways that keep pain signals active, even after the body has healed. Together, we’ll work to retrain your brain’s response to pain, reduce fear, and restore your confidence in your body. In 15 sessions or less, clients often begin to experience meaningful relief and renewed hope.
Whether your pain is linked to a medical diagnosis or seems unexplainable, there is a path forward. You’ve tried so many things already and it’s time for something that truly focuses on the mind-body connection and lasting change.
In 15 sessions or less, let me offer hope, and a way out. You have been ignored, gaslighted, and drained of your cash over many years of unsuccessful remedies for your pain. Pain Reprocessing Therapy targets learned neural pathways in the brain, and reverses them. If you have a diagnosed or suspected mental health condition, PRT is still effective.
Taking the first step toward therapy is an act of courage and I commend you for being here. Life can feel overwhelming, especially when we’re just trying to meet our basic needs while navigating stress, anxiety, or emotional pian. I understand how difficult it can be to find balance and prioritize your mental health, especially when each day can feel so different. Some days are filled with hope, while others feel nearly impossible. My role as your therapist is not to offer a perfect life, but to help you develop the tools and resilience to face life’s challenges with confidence and self-compassion. I provide a safe and supportive space to explore feelings such as depression, anxiety, hopelessness, or emotional fatigue. My goal is to walk alongside you through your healing process wherever that journey takes us.
I specialize in working with a wide range of clients, including children, adults, older adults, veterans, military families and individuals receiving short-term therapy thought Employee Assistance Programs ( EAPs). I use an integrative, personalized approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual brings unique experiences, needs and goals. My work draws from a psychodynamic foundation and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Techniques and a deep understanding of intergenerational trauma.
Change can be both empowering and unsettling, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together we will uncover what’s been holding you back and move toward the life you want to live. If you are ready to begin this journey, I invite you to reach out today.
I provide evidence-based psychotherapy for individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, mood-related concerns, or life transitions. I understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I strive to offer a warm, respectful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, beginning with a comprehensive assessment to better understand your experiences, strengths, and needs. Together, we work to identify meaningful goals and develop a plan that supports lasting and positive change.
I bring extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood dysregulation. I began providing therapeutic services in 2009 in a school-based setting, supporting students through mental health interventions as part of their IEP services. Since 2018, I have worked in private practice with adolescents and adults, using evidence-based approaches such as Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients build practical skills and greater emotional balance.
At this time, my telehealth practice is available for clients age 16 and older, as younger children often benefit most from in-person treatment.
I hold a Master’s degree from California State University, Long Beach, and completed my supervised clinical training through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My work focuses on building insight, strengthening coping skills, and applying evidence-based strategies to support improved functioning and overall well-being.
Please note: I do not provide psychological assessments, disability evaluations, or documentation for emotional support animals. I also do not participate in court-related cases, including custody or other legal matters.
