They seek relief from patterns - sometimes chronic and severe, sometimes only subtly troublesome - of painful emotions, negative self-talk and thoughts, rumination, relationship instability and self sabotaging behaviors.

I am passionate about using evidence-based therapy and inspired by witnessing the transformation and growth possible through both behavioral and psychodynamic modalities. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and utilize a DBT framework in most of my sessions.
