My vision in life is to help people understand and be changed by the fact that they are precious, valuable, and loved. What we believe about ourselves shapes the thoughts we have and the decisions we make, so my goal is always to start with identity since everything flows from that. When we learn how God truly views us, we have the ability to gain renewed perspective and tools for how to deal with the anxiety, depression, and other turmoil life brings.

Hi there! I’m really glad you’re here and I want to thank you for taking the time to show up for yourself. In a world that tells us to keep pushing through, choosing to pause and care for yourself really matters. My name is Sarah and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I’m California born and raised and currently preparing for a move to Colorado. Outside of being a therapist, I’m an animal lover, enjoy the outdoors, and feel most at peace near any body of water. I also believe in doing my own inner work and that therapy can be helpful for everyone at different points in life. I’ve been practicing therapy since 2020 and working in the helping field since 2017. I help clients break out of patterns that keep them stuck and reconnect with themselves. My approach is warm, supportive, and attuned. I often bring in self-compassion and help clients look at things from a different perspective. Together we’ll explore what’s been keeping you stuck and find ways to slow racing thoughts and feel more present. Change is possible and you deserve to feel like yourself.

If you're in your 40s or 50s and feel like you no longer recognize yourself, you're not imagining it. Anxiety that seems to come out of nowhere, a shorter fuse, brain fog, poor sleep, low mood, and feeling like you've lost your spark are all common in perimenopause and menopause. Too often, women are told it's "just stress" or that they should push through. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience and a Certified Menopause Coach. I specialize in working with women in midlife who are navigating the emotional and mental health side of this transition, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD symptoms that often surface or intensify during these years. In our work together, you'll have a space where your experience is taken seriously. I'll help you understand what's happening, build practical tools for managing mood, stress, and focus, and reconnect with who you are and what you want from this next chapter. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches and tailor them to you. Midlife can be more than something to get through. With the right support, it can be a time of clarity, confidence, and renewal. I'd be honored to help you thrive in it.

Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) based in sunny southern California, living with my partner, of many years, John, and our three cats, three dogs, and tortoise, who by the way, is currently hibernating...and don't we all wish we could do that at times? I have many years of experience working with individuals, and with a varied range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and relationship challenges. I have worked in a variety of clinical settings with many ethnic populations. My style is down-to-earth, relatable, at times, direct, and always with a touch of humor. I love what I do and consider it an honor to help you resolve whatever it might be that is holding you back. I look forward to working with you! By the way, a former client recently said: "I am so grateful to have worked with you, you are truly gifted, and I have learned so much!"

Hi, I'm Kaytee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has worked in a variety of setting including homeless encampments, maximum security county jail, behavioral health court, and one on one therapy. Across all of these settings I have found the human experience, at its core, to be universal. I have also found that a large percentage of human suffering comes from the meaning or story we take away from experiences and how we use this an information to self-evaluate and decide how we think and feel.

Hi! Welcome to my practice! I offer therapy as a calm, supportive space where you can slow down and feel genuinely heard. With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals move through anxiety, depression, hurt, and major life transitions. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical—focused on helping you feel grounded and capable of meaningful change. I use evidence‑based approaches like DBT, CBT, and Problem‑Solving Therapy to build resilience, strengthen coping skills, and support personal growth. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, understand patterns that no longer serve you, and practice tools that help you move forward with clarity and confidence. Therapy with me is welcoming and human. You don’t need to have the perfect words or a polished story—just a willingness to show up as you are. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling supported, understood, and more connected to your own strength.

Hi, I’m Angie. Are you ready to make some positive changes that will improve your life? Maybe you’re suffering from depression, or anxiety is imposing limitations on how you live your life. Your journey and the life experience that led you here can be complicated, multidimensional, and diverse. I received my Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Master’s of Science in Marriage Family Child Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I am also a semester from graduating with my second Master’s of Science degree in Psychology. Throughout college, I was able to represent Fresno State University as a member of the collegiate rodeo team. This was extremely special to me, as the Central Valley has been my home since the day I was born. I grew up in a small town called Lemoore, California on my family’s 100-acre cattle ranch, which was home to my family, my cousins, uncles, aunts, and grandmother and grandfather. I have been with my college sweetheart for six years now and have been married for a little over a year. With this said, I can relate to the complexity of family dynamics and interpersonal relationships, as well as the effect that they can have on our lives. My passion lies in supporting individuals because I believe that each individual has their own integral part of the human experience. Each individual is unique, bringing their own set of morals, beliefs, triggers, traumas, and more. In my role as a therapist, my objective is to assist every individual in crafting the best possible life path for themselves.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience providing individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, and major life transitions. I am deeply committed to helping clients heal emotionally, build resilience, and reconnect with their sense of worth and purpose. My passion for this work is rooted in lived experience. Moving to Nigeria at the age of six, losing my father at twelve, and later experiencing the loss of my newborn taught me firsthand about grief, strength, and the importance of compassionate support. These experiences shaped both who I am and how I show up as a therapist—with empathy, cultural sensitivity, and a deep respect for each client’s journey. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients move from feeling overwhelmed or stuck toward clarity, emotional balance, and meaningful personal growth.

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported without judgment. I work with individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and the challenges that life can sometimes bring. My goal is to create a space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through and feel safe exploring your thoughts and feelings. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a person-centered style, which means we work together to better understand your experiences while also building practical tools to help you cope, grow, and move forward. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you as a person. I also have experience working with military members and veterans, and I recognize the unique experiences and stressors that can come with military life and transitions. I strive to offer a respectful and supportive environment where clients can process their experiences and work toward healing at their own pace. Above all, I believe everyone deserves a place where they feel heard, valued, and supported as they work toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, transparent, and down to earth approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged or like you have to say the “right” thing. I’m genuine and interactive in sessions, and I use humor when appropriate because therapy can address difficult things while still feeling human and relatable. I work with individuals and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment, or patterns that seem to keep repeating. One of my strengths as a therapist is helping clients recognize those patterns and understand not only what they are doing, but why they may be doing it. Together, we look at where those patterns came from, how they may have helped you at one point, and whether they are still serving you today. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I’m not the type of therapist who will simply sit back and nod for an hour. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer another perspective, challenge you when it may be helpful, and celebrate the progress you make along the way. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and IFS concepts depending on your individual needs. Whether you’re trying to build healthier relationships, strengthen boundaries, better understand yourself, navigate a difficult transition, or finally break a pattern you’re tired of repeating, my goal is to help you develop greater insight and make changes that actually feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.

My practice centers on supporting women, with specialty care for adolescents. Many of the women I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or major life transitions, and shifts in relationships, home, work, or family can leave them feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected. I help clients understand what keeps them stuck, build practical coping skills, and move toward healing and resilience. I bring particular depth to trauma, grief, life transitions, and experiences connected to the child welfare system, including foster care and family disruption. As an Arabic-speaking therapist, I understand how much language and cultural connection matter in the healing process. My approach is warm, person-centered, and tailored to you, creating a space where you feel genuinely seen and heard, free from judgment. Whether you are carrying unresolved grief, managing anxiety or depression, or facing a major life change, I am here to walk alongside you. Do you feel stuck in some part of your life and want to feel more confident, at ease, and connected? I am here to help you to break through anxiety, symptoms of depression, personal and generational trauma, and other challenges you might be encountering that make it hard to be true to yourself or cause relationship issues. In therapy, we will work collaboratively to help you reach your goals. Hello! I’m Sandra V. Chávez, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Psychological Assistant with the California Board of Psychology. I’m passionate about helping individuals grow both personally and emotionally through client-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies. As a first-generation Latina, I learned ambition, tenacity, and determination from my parents. My educational journey includes dual bachelor’s degrees in Liberal Arts and Sciences and Psychology, as well as a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I’m currently on the path to becoming a licensed psychologist. Before entering the mental health field, I worked as a nurse and briefly attended medical school in Southern California. That experience deepened my interest in understanding the brain, human development, and the impact of environmental factors on behavior. I specialize in supporting clients through mood disorders, life transitions, and self-empowerment challenges. My strengths lie in helping individuals develop emotional intelligence, identify, and understand their emotions. I believe therapy should be tailored to each person’s unique needs, which is why I use an integrative, eclectic approach that draws from evidence-based methods and holistic practices, including mindfulness and positive psychology. I also enjoy working with individuals who incorporate their faith into their mental health journey. For those open to incorporating their faith as a tool for healing, I create a safe, welcoming space where spirituality and therapy work hand in hand. I can provide sessions in Spanish for those who seek therapy in their native language. Above all, I value building a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to offer a non-judgmental environment where your thoughts and emotions are respected and where real progress can be made. Together, we’ll explore strategies, assignments, and tools that help you overcome life’s hurdles and achieve lasting personal growth and fulfillment. Let’s begin this journey together!

I am a holistic psychotherapist who supports women in transition for a variety of reasons. Sometimes it is anxiety that will not settle, worry about a child, a marriage that feels strained, grief, or a body that keeps asking for attention. Sometimes they want a more holistic perspective, or they may have tried medication and felt blunted by it, no longer feeling much, including joy. Others are struggling with emotion in a way that is new for them, overwhelmed and crying more often, and they need a place that can meet that without rushing them past it. We start with whatever brought you through the door. Spirituality is welcome here. It is part of how I listen, and part of how I live. For some women a loss opens that door. For others it is a health scare, an emergency, or a season where the life they have been living suddenly feels too small. Sometimes the spiritual questions come later, once the room feels safe enough to tell the truth. You do not have to arrive with those questions. I meet you where you are. I hold this work with honor, respect, reverence, and care for all of life and for all paths. I am here to hold space for your journey, not to hand you mine. In our sessions we stay grounded in the day you are actually living, the work, the family, the next thing that needs you, and we also leave room for meaning, for soul, and for the questions that sit underneath the symptoms. I would be honored to see whether we are a fit. I offer telehealth in California, Massachusetts, and Arizona.

My Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles included a specialization in the Psychology of Trauma, which informs my practice. I work with individuals of all ages as they navigate challenges such as substance use and addiction, relationship and family struggles, trauma—both past and present—workplace stress, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, and other difficulties. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where your experiences are met with respect and understanding.

My goal is to help guide those that have lost their way, to help them build or rebuild the relationship with themselves that will allow them to make better choices. To help change negative thoughts to positive and to learn that they deserve to walk through the journey of life happy, fulfilled, and with their head held high. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over three decades of experience in mental health and clinical experience. I draw from 63 years of my own life experience as a gay man, educational (MSW from the University of Connecticut) and practical knowledge. Thus I understand what it’s like to be marginalized, and feel different like you don’t belong. I use a compassionate, non- judgmental, understanding, strength based approach by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person, body, mind, and spirit. I can help one understand who they are? where they've been? and how they can move forward in their life.

Nice to meet you! I'm glad to cross paths with you as you're thinking about taking the next steps towards your own mental health journey. Seeking and asking for help can be one of the most difficult parts but I hope to help make that journey a bit easier for you. I have been a therapist for the past 5 years helping both children and adults, however, am now wanting to focus on supporting people navigating life transitions (school, work, relationships), depression, self-esteem, loneliness, as well as men's issues. I hope that I can be someone to help you with whatever it is that you may be going through and know that you don't have to do it alone. Asking for help is the strongest and most courageous thing we can do.

I have been privileged being a therapist for over 40 years. I have worked as a probation officer, child protection worker and directer of various treatment programs. I have also been in therapy which gives me a perspective of the the value of therapy as both a client and therapist. I enjoy working with folks in the recovery community, first responders and those who had traumatic childhoods. I respect the courage it takes to ask for help. I treat your courage with honor and dignity.
