Hello, my name is Ritika Kaur. I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California (License #101199) providing psychotherapy services in English and Punjabi. I utilize evidence-based approaches to help individuals navigate life's challenges and find hope, healing, and well-being.
I was drawn to the mental health field by a deep desire to help others overcome adversity and lead fulfilling lives. After earning my Master's in Counseling Psychology from National University in 2011, I gained diverse experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, and providing evidence-based services before becoming licensed in California in 2017.
Hello, my name is David Fallon and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been licensed for about 20 years. I've worked with all kinds of individuals. I started by working with kids with behavior issues. Mostly I have worked with serious mental illness on the streets serving unhoused individuals. And I have worked with people seeking help in a one on one therapy situation. The first session will be for us to get to know each other and see if this is a good fit. I will be asking a lot of questions. Feel free to ask me any questions that come up as well. I will tell you a little bit about how I work. In the early stages, I basically follow your lead. You tell me what you want to work on, and I ask questions to understand the problem. Together we figure out ways of dealing with these problems. Sometimes it takes more than one or two or even a dozen tries to find the right things that work for you. This process is a journey, and I am here to help guide you through it. I can make recommendations, but it is up to you what you want to do and what works for you. Sometimes difficult thoughts are feelings will come up. Do not be afraid to express them when they do as the more genuine and honest you are, the more I will understand what you are dealing with. That being said, always take things at your own pace. Never feel rushed or forced to say anything you are not ready to say.
I am a dedicated professional who works tirelessly to meet the needs of my clients. With a focus on relationships and exploring options, I strive to deliver exceptional service in all aspects of my work. My goal is to build strong, long-lasting relationships based on trust and mutual respect. I like to explore the history of an issue and its relationship to you.

Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist offering therapy to individuals.
I am passionate about reducing the stigma around therapy and creating a supportive space for healing, exploration, and growth. As a grounded therapist I seek to help clients navigate life’s challenges with insight, clarity, and accountability.
With over 15 years of clinical experience that spans diverse settings, including community mental health, high-crisis inpatient care, and residential programs for foster youth. I have supported individuals and families facing anxiety, depression, blended family dynamics, neurodivergence, and significant life transitions such as loss, incarceration, or shifting roles within family structure.
Hey there! I'm a young clinician that enjoys aiding clients through major and minor life transitions. I prefer a interactive, conversational style that allows for free flowing rapport building and client comfort through the treatment process. I know that counseling/therapy is not an easy situation to put oneself in, but if I can ease it in any way possible, that is the goal, so that we can focus on what most matters to you.
I am supportive, understanding, validating, open-minded, flexible, non-judgemental, kind, empowering, compassionate, hopeful, encouraging, (sometimes) humorous, and LGBTQ+ affirming. I look to you as the expert of your situation and will collaborate with you in developing goals that work so that you can overcome roadblocks and achieve better mental health! I have a deep devotion to the field of mental health, and due to my own life-story decided to become a therapist at a very young age. I hope to be able to help you break-through any blockages and achieve your life's goals.
I am a licensed therapist with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I know that life happens, and we are all human, and as such, that is how I approach my treatment. I believe connection and shared experiences can be the most beneficial tool in therapy. I am passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their emotions, build resilience, and create meaningful change.
I am a straight-forward but empathic therapist, who also appreciates the same from her clients. I also believe in the social work mission of starting where the client is, so sessions are based upon that analogy. I have experience in many areas, including hospital, foster care, group homes, forensics, Veterans, home health, etc. I received my Masters of Social Science Administration from Case Western Reserve Univerity, and my Doctorate of Psychology from California Southern University. Although I have a doctorate degree, my scope of practice does not fall under psychological testing, pharmacological practices, nor community services. I only do individual therapy so if you need case management (such as letters), family/couples therapy, psychologicial testing, or medication, please refer to those licensed or practicing in those areas of expertise.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns and personal goals. My counseling style is eclectic, engaging and interactive. I believe that every person deserves to have someone that they can talk with, gain insight from and connect with that will not interfere with their daily living. I like to create personal and professional goals with individuals based on their interests, opinions, and skills not based on other people's opinions of them. I often will use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Therapy with a humanistic and solution focused approach.
I am an LCSW from CA. I am a rarity, as I was born and raised in Los Angeles and have lived all over southern California. I have also traveled throughout the state and known how the state is unique.
I have experience working with the military, Veterans, and their families. I also have experience working with families and children of all ages. I have experienced working with mental health, chronic pain and cancer.
If you need therapy for court, I may not be a good fit for you. I will not be providing session notes to the court on your behalf. Also depending on what the nature of court is/why you need treatment, may not go beyond the initial assessment/first visit. If I do not feel comfortable with the reason, nature of court or any of anything along those lines; I will not be moving forward. I feel that I need to be direct with this as I have already provided previously "if you are seeking services for court; I would NOT be able to help with that. Please find another provider." Yet I am still receiving these referrals; therefore I am being direct about this and what expectations are.
My journey to mental healthcare
I did a lot of volunteer work and held a few AmeriCorps positions (America's version of PeaceCorps). I fell in love with helping people and I was told in order to achieve this, I would need to go back to school and complete my MSW.
HI, I am Pat Moriarty. I have been in practice from many years and enjoy seeing clients grow and make the changes in their lives they desire. I have extensive experience with grief therapy, health care issues, and life transitions. I help people understand what and why they are experiencing certain feelings and help alleviate discomfort. I look forward to meeting new people everyday .
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) committed to supporting clients on their healing journeys and specialize in trauma recovery as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC). My additional credentials—Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD), Dialectical Behavior Therapy Clinician (C-DBT), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP)—enable me to guide individuals in understanding the roots of emotional pain and in building greater resilience.
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful, and the lessons carried over into graduate school, where I earned dual master's degrees in social work and public administration. I completed internships at a domestic abuse shelter, a short-term residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health services facility. I took specialized trauma-informed care courses, as well as other coursework in the field.
My professional experience includes work at a non-profit organization supporting survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault, serving as a psychotherapist and behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges, and supervising social workers at county behavioral health agencies. I have also managed case management teams of social workers and nurses assisting individuals with catastrophic illnesses, and led project teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and public health nurses in response to infectious disease outbreaks. I remain deeply passionate about helping clients improve and heal from psychological, emotional, and other forms of abuse, mental injuries, and challenges; providing support in these areas has proven to be crucial, as they can affect every facet of human existence.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of California since 2015. I have worked in the social service field for over 15 years as a social worker, clinician and in administration. I enjoy giving, sharing, working in the community, and connecting individuals to essential resources and empowering them towards growth, progress and self-sufficiency.
My hope and objectives are to inspire others to keep going despite life’s challenges and difficult experiences. Considering personal experiences with setbacks and health challenges, obtaining an education and becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker was not destined for me, however, it became obtainable and has been a great achievement. My all-time driven mottos are: "If I can, you can” and "carpe diem" seize the day as tomorrow is not promised. Therefore, I strive to reach back and help others thrive and live life full out.
I am inspired by the teachings of Brene Brown who states …” we can have courage or we can have comfort, but we cannot have both…courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.” And I remain motivated by the late great Maya Angelou as she declares, “Still I Rise” …. “What you’re supposed to do when you don’t like a thing is change it. If you can’t change it, change the way you think about it” [and] “nothing will work unless you do.”

Exhausted by the way you think about yourself? We are often (if not always) our own worst enemies. Whether this pattern has caused you problems with guilt, shame, anxiety, depression, addiction or you name it - the starting point is generally the same. When we embark on the project of therapy you will be asked to put your painful thoughts and feelings into words. As the process unfolds, the strength and fervor used to overthink and condemn yourself will become accessible to use productively in reaching your goals.
I have been in practice for 30 years. I believe that everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I am committed to being your partner in this process. Together, we can work towards understanding the factors that contribute to your current feelings or challenges and identify actionable steps to help you move forward. Your comfort and well-being are my priorities, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Let’s explore how we can work together to enhance your quality of life and achieve your goals.
I really love being a therapist, and it’s so rewarding to support people on their journeys of self-discovery. In many ways, I get to give back the same kind of support that therapy gave me. Over time, I’ve come to see that things like anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or struggles in relationships and careers often show up when something’s off in the mind-body-spirit connection.
I’ve been through my own path of growth and transformation, and along the way, I picked up some powerful tools that I truly believe can help you find more healing, love, peace, and purpose in your life. In my work, I lean into attachment theory and also explore the deeper, more spiritual aspects of what it means to be human.
I wholeheartedly believe it’s my role as a therapist to assist you in realizing, accessing and cultivating the internal and external resources that you already possess. Stress, conflict, and pain are those given aspects of life. I'll support you in healing, reconnecting and making empowering choices to achieve peace and feel more joy on a daily basis. Together, we will create a safe space for vulnerability and strength; both are needed for change. Our sessions will allow you to move through stuck points in your mind, relationships and environment. My approach is empathic, direct, emotionally supportive and solutions focused.

Many people live with anxiety without realizing how deeply it affects their relationships, decision-making, and overall quality of life. Depression is not always obvious or dramatic; it often shows up as fatigue, irritability, disconnection, or a loss of motivation. It is one of the most common and misunderstood struggles people face today, yet it is also highly treatable. With the right support, individuals can regain clarity, emotional balance, and a stronger sense of control over their lives.
Greetings. I am an experienced, enthusiastic therapist who truly believes in our ability to heal. We can increase and build upon your capacity for joy and meaningful relationships with self and others by creating a safe space together in which to work.
I am here to serve you by learning about your individual needs, experiences, beliefs and goals as the basis of our work together. I am eager to help you to discover what works for you and assist you in letting go of what has not worked in the past. I think we oftentimes listen more to what we say to ourselves than what others say to us yet many times that voice within us are old tapes from the past. Let's take a compassionate view together to create the changes you seek in your life.
