I am a solution focused professional. I like for us to take care of the current issue at hand and then go backwards into what might be some of the thinking patterns that brought you to the current situation. I believe we all have the answer within, and I am here to help you find it. I believe we are all made up of mind, body and spirit. The goal is to get these 3 aligned for optimum results. As people, we should be working on one of these at all times, improving and growing who we are as people.

Hi, I’m Jennifer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with teens and adults who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply ready for something in their life to change. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as you are without feeling judged or pressured to have everything figured out. My style is warm, kind, and grounded. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people and hearing their stories. I want to understand the whole you, not just the struggles that brought you to therapy. I’ll listen, ask questions, and offer support and guidance while we work together to figure out what feels most helpful for you. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. What works well for one person may not work for another, so I’m comfortable with a little trial and error. We’ll talk about what is working, what isn’t, and adjust along the way. I want therapy to feel like something we are doing together, with your needs, goals, strengths, and experiences guiding our work. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in our sessions. You don’t have to come in knowing exactly what to say or where to start. We can figure that out together. My hope is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and understood while helping you recognize your strengths, learn more about yourself, and make meaningful changes in your life.

I have been in the psychology field for over 20 years now. I love what I do and helping every client become successful. The relationship between the client(s) and myself is important in achieving the goals we set together. How our past experiences have influenced our current lives is a key issue. I feel that support systems in our daily lives are important to examine. The issues of separation, loss, freedom, dependence and independence are crucial to examine as one leaves home and parental influences. I work with individuals, couples, teens and families. Every session is different because every client is different, as are their problems. I'll encourage you to talk and explore, in a structured way, your feelings and experiences. Whatever the technique or clinical approach, psychotherapy is not a magical cure, it is a process to help you find the capacity for improvement within yourself. Psychotherapy aims to help you gain insight into your difficulties or distress and enable you to find more appropriate ways of coping or bring about changes in your thinking and behavior. Psychotherapy involves exploring feelings, beliefs, thoughts and events, sometimes from childhood, in a structured way to help you do it safely. I have a website that has 16 courses on it for you to do self paced sessions. I also have book I wrote on that website. If you are interested in taking a look, just copy and paste the link into your search bar. Here is the website: https://amber-bersi-mft.mykajabi.com/

Sessions focus on building trust, strengthening emotional awareness, and supporting individuals in finding their own voice while feeling respected, heard, and guided – not corrected or pushed. Over time, you’ll notice you become steadier, more confident, and clearer about what you want and need. Reactions soften, communication improves, and people feel better about their decisions. Hi, I'm Dr. Cohen. Life changes, relationship concerns, stress, anxiety, depression, and difficulty setting boundaries can leave you feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next. I believe you are the expert on yourself, and my role is to provide guidance and support as we work toward greater understanding, positive change, and personal growth. I work hard to create an environment where you can feel comfortable, heard, and accepted. Our work may involve talking through a difficult experience, addressing a specific concern, looking at situations from a new perspective, or finding healthier ways to respond to challenges. My approach combines warmth and acceptance with practical problem-solving. I value building strong relationships with my clients and want therapy to feel both supportive and useful. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping people make meaningful changes, reach their goals, and feel more content in their lives. I have 30 years of experience as a clinical psychologist. I earned my bachelor's degree at UCLA and my Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University, before going on to build a rewarding career in Arizona.

Over my time as a therapist I have grown very passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma, specifically in childhood. I help individuals identify patterns in their lives that likely developed in childhood to cope with stress. I work with individuals to tap into their inner child and truly understand what they need to do to heal. I have a specialty in Juvenile and Adolescent disorders from Grand Canyon University. I take a unique and compassionate, yet direct approach to therapy, and strongly believe in meeting my clients where they are. Healing is not linear. One of my favorite sayings is "Progress over perfection". Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more. I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting. I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family. Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words. I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.

Hi, my name is Vienna Aslanian, and I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since the beginning of 2017. I chose to become a therapist after practicing in the field of social work with children and families. Witnessing the trauma and the way that trauma impacted those individual lives caused me to develop an interest in and concern for individuals struggling with PTSD and childhood trauma. Seeing the intergenerational struggles and hearing people's personal stories on the matter made me interested in the field of therapy. I have always enjoyed listening to people's stories and making a genuine connection with someone. I believe in the healing power of therapy and the importance of the therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of active listening and supportive guidance. I believe in the importance of empathy and nonjudgment; I value making you feel cared about and understood. I hold myself to high expectations regarding reliability and consistency in order to provide the best support and care possible. I attend training regularly on the best and most effective practices/therapeutic modalities.

I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.

Hello, I have been a therapist for my whole life, or so it would seem. I feel as though I have always been a good listener and have been there for friends, family and people that need somebody to listen. I have learned a lot about what people have gone through, from working with adults in jail and/or teens trying to understand themselves. Life is complicated, maybe you just need somebody to listen.
