I’m a national board-certified and multi-state Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in psychology and over 20 years of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, grief, and life transitions. I believe therapy should be a safe, collaborative space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to grow.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal and thrive. I use evidence-based treatment methods tailored to each client’s needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, mindfulness, solution-focused techniques, and person-centered therapy. When requested, I integrate Christian faith into therapy to support healing, provide spiritual perspective, and align emotional work with personal values.
I work well with clients who are ready to explore emotional patterns, past experiences, or stressors that may be keeping them stuck. Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety, processing trauma, grieving a loss, or seeking deeper self-understanding, I aim to meet you where you are and walk with you at a pace that feels right.
My clinical work is informed by ongoing professional development, national conference training, and active membership in the American Counseling Association, the American Psychological Association, and The National Society of Leadership and Success.
I strive to offer a thoughtful, affirming space where you can build insight, resilience, and a grounded sense of self. Therapy with me is a partnership — one that honors your voice, your goals, and your capacity for meaningful change.
Do you struggle with trust? Intimacy? The fear of being rejected? Anxiety, anger, guilt, shame, sadness, self-sabotaging behaviors, substance abuse? These are all common responses to abandonment, trauma, and sexual abuse. There is hope. You can heal. I am living proof that therapy works. I will provide you a safe space built on trust, compassion, reassurance, and optimism based on evidenced-based practice theories and interventions. My goal is to partner with you capitalizing on your strengths to create insights to the why's and how's of your life. Together we can create new healthier thinking patterns and behaviors so you can have the life you have always wanted and deserve.

Hi, I’m Ebonie. I’ve been a therapist for 14 years, and my style is down-to-earth, compassionate, and real. My goal is to create a safe, honest space where you can finally resolve the issues that are weighing you down. I don’t just sit back and nod — I’m engaged, I ask meaningful questions, and I help you get to the heart of what’s really going on.
Every client is unique, and I adapt my approach to fit your needs. Whether you’re working through anxiety, healing from trauma, facing a life transition, or simply feeling stuck, I’ll bring both practical tools and proven methods to support your growth. Above all, I show up consistently and authentically, and I never take your trust for granted.
One approach I use is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing). It’s a highly researched therapy that helps people process painful memories so they no longer feel as overwhelming. With gentle tools like eye movements or tapping, your brain can reprocess old experiences in a healthier way. The memory doesn’t disappear, but the emotional weight it carries often does.
EMDR has been shown to help with trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and more. We always go at your pace, and I’ll walk with you step by step. Book an appointment today.

I’m deeply committed to making behavioral health care accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds. It means so much when clients tell me that our sessions are their safe space. I’m grateful to be able help bridge gaps for communities that have often been marginalized or hesitant to seek support.
Outside of my work, I’m a wife and mom of two amazing kids. I love horror movies, eating potstickers and dumplings, and going to concerts whenever I can. Top concerts I've been to have to be My Chemical Romance, Ramon Ayala, Chappel Roan, and RBD (Rebelde).

I’m a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes that feeling safe, understood, and genuinely supported is the foundation for meaningful change. With over 15 years of experience across schools, hospitals, crisis settings, and community-based care, I’ve had the privilege of working with people at many different stages of life—from teens navigating overwhelming emotions to adults facing complex life challenges.
My background as both a counselor and school social worker has given me a deep understanding of how early experiences, family dynamics, and life transitions shape who we are. I’ve supported students and families through anxiety, emotional struggles, and difficult situations, and I carry that same patience, empathy, and advocacy into my work with all clients.
I’ve also worked in high-intensity environments—including crisis settings, alongside law enforcement, in hospitals, and with veterans, survivors of trauma and domestic violence, and individuals in eating disorder treatment. Because of this, I’m comfortable supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin.
In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. I balance practical tools and coping strategies with deeper exploration, helping you not only manage what you’re going through, but also understand it. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you—whether you’re looking for structure, insight, or simply a place to feel heard.
Reaching out for therapy can be hard, but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more confident, and more in control of your life.
