Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I also am licensed in the states of Alabama, Florida, and South Carolina. I help individuals struggling with stress, family dynamics, and life transitions become the best versions of themselves. I also provide couples counseling to those who are struggling with communication, trust, and intimacy. Many people enjoy coming to me to address spirituality and faith matters.
I am a compassionate and client-centered therapist who is dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges related to depression, anxiety, and trauma. My approach to therapy is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practices that empower clients to better understand their experiences, build resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I integrate several therapeutic modalities in my work, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and mindfulness-based approaches. Through these methods, I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful or “stuck” beliefs related to past experiences, strengthen personal motivation for growth, and develop greater awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in the present moment.
My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and supported as they explore difficult emotions and experiences. Together, we work to develop practical coping skills, improve emotional regulation, and cultivate healthier perspectives that support long-term well-being.
I particularly enjoy working with individuals who are navigating trauma, stress, life transitions, and mood or anxiety-related concerns. Whether you are seeking to process past experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, or build new coping strategies, therapy can be a powerful step toward healing and personal growth.
Hello, I'm Emily! I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist and I have 10 years experience in the therapy field. I enjoy working with individuals coping with a range of challenges, including substance use, anxiety and related disorders and trauma. I have a wide range of experience with various mental health challenges as well as working with those of multiple different backgrounds.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.
I founded Chaos Therapy around a simple but radical idea: life is chaotic, the goal isn't to eliminate the chaos from our existence but to find order within it. My approach is integrative and intentionally anarchistic; there's no rigid script or one-size-fits most protocol. Our sessions are collaborative, adaptive, and real.
I'm not your typical therapist, and that's by design. With over 20 years in social services, I've worked alongside people in some of the most demanding, complex, and often overlooked corners of human experience, in-patient and in-home therapy, homeless outreach, academic research, and private practice. That breadth isn't just my resume, it's shaped how I think about healing.
If you've been told you're too much, too complicated, too sensitive, too far gone, then you are exactly who I built my practice for.
As a licensed clinical social worker in Mississippi and Alabama, I have a passion for helping individuals of all backgrounds and populations reach their full potential. With a strength-based approach, I focus on meeting my clients where they are, creating a safe and comfortable environment for them to explore their goals.
I specialize in helping clients identify their unique strengths, often uncovering qualities they may not have realized were sources of resilience. By combining motivational interviewing with cognitive structuring exercises, I support clients in challenging negative thought patterns and building on their innate abilities to overcome obstacles.
Through this collaborative process, I find joy in watching clients gain confidence and move toward achieving their life goals. My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the potential for growth, and my goal is to empower individuals to tap into their inner strengths to navigate life's challenges.
I know how lonely it feels when emotions are overwhelming, relationships are tough, or family conflict leaves you stuck. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can truly be yourself.
Whether you want to build self-esteem, practice being assertive, navigate relationship issues, or deal with feeling misunderstood, I am here to help. I warmly welcome people from all backgrounds, including the LGBTQ+ community, neurodivergent individuals, and anyone who has struggled to find a therapist they can relate to.
We will work as a team to build stronger connections, break painful cycles, and create practical tools so you can live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
I'm Dr. Daniel and I'm glad you found me. I have a passion to help people from all walks of life. My wife is from Pakistan and we lived internationally for over eight years in Fiji. Together we can sort through the issues of life that seem to be weighing you down. I have over 30 years of experience serving as an Ordained Christian Minister, and over 20 years as a Chaplain and Pastoral Counselor. Additionally, I have 8 years of service as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Psychotherapist. I'm nationally board certified, I have an earned Doctor of Ministry, and working towards a PhD in Counseling and Psychological Studies.
My name is Jennifer. I live in Birmingham, Alabama. In 2021, I completed by PhD from Walden University in Counselor Education and Supervision. My dissertation was on Emotional Support Animals and their utilization.
I have over 17 years experience in the counseling field ranging from residential settings, agency counseling, online counseling, in-office counseling, acute settings, and outpatient settings. I have worked with a vast variety of clients ranging from children (age 4) to older adults. I have experience working with individuals experiencing issues with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, family issues, relationship issues, career issues, mood disorders, substance abuse, anger management, and other serious mental illnesses.

I returned to school after getting married and having children, so I’m no stranger to balancing responsibilities, relationships, and stress. Relationships, physical health, work, responsibilities, values, and spiritual concerns can all influence how we experience and respond to life's challenges.
My goal is to help you develop greater insight, build resilience, improve your emotional and relational well-being, and make meaningful changes that carry into everyday life. I would be honored to be invited into your story.

I have lived experience with mental health personally.

Since 2019, I’ve offered telehealth services alongside in-person sessions, ensuring clients receive quality care—wherever they are.

You appear calm and put together on the outside, internally you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You've been doing everything you can to keep things together so no one notices how much you're struggling, but lately it feels harder to manage. You're doing your best to hold on, yet you worry that one more stressful situation could push you past your limit.
You continue to smile, show up, and tell yourself you're okay, even when deep down you know you're not. Because you look “fine” to others, people may not realize how heavy things have become for you. You often minimize your own pain by comparing yourself to others, convincing yourself that you should just be grateful because “others have it worse.” As a result, prioritizing your emotional well-being can feel selfish or undeserved.
If this describes you, and you are ready to stop overthinking, you are no longer willing to put your own needs on the backburner, you are ready to silence the inner critic, work on your personal and/or professional relationships, and you want to stop just going through the motions, we should talk.
I have the credentials that every other therapist has earned, representing the commitment of a competent practitioner. However, its important to note that my caring coupled with my competence makes me who I am.
I am a person of faith, wife (retired military veteran) mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I've navigated many seasons of life overcoming grief and loss, divorce, careers, the sandwich generation (caring for aging parents and small children), financial challenges, and blending a family. All the makings for stress, anxiety, and depression. During these and other dark seasons, it was the professional help holding my hand through the darkness until I could see the light again. Let's walk together to the light.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, or challenges with managing emotions. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting change. Because I believe healing begins with a strong foundation, I focus on building a genuine, supportive relationship with every client.
My style is eclectic, and I strive to individualize treatment for each client. I utilize techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
Together, we will explore your strengths, work through challenges, and create space for growth and new beginnings. If you’re ready for a fresh start, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your healing journey.
Welcome! I'm Kianna McIntosh, LICSW, a licensed therapist and ADHD coach. Using Brainspotting as my main therapy, I help adults who appear high-functioning on the outside but feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or emotionally exhausted beneath the surface. Many of my clients struggle with ADHD, anxiety, overthinking, low self-esteem, or relationship patterns that leave them feeling misunderstood, stuck, or unsure of themselves.
I specialize in working with adults navigating ADHD, attachment wounds, emotional overwhelm, and relational challenges. Whether you're struggling with focus and follow-through, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling trapped in the same relationship cycles, therapy can help you better understand what is driving those patterns.
Together, we'll explore how your emotions, life experiences, and nervous system responses influence the way you think, cope, and connect with others. My approach focuses on emotional regulation, self-awareness, and building a stronger sense of safety and trust within yourself and your relationships.
