I have extensive experience working with the LGBT+ community, and more specifically substance use and identity issues for clients identifying with that community. I utilize a humanistic approach with CBT and solution focused interventions to increase self-esteem and process underlying trauma. I am here for support and look forward to meeting you!

I creating a calm, welcoming environment for the first session. We can focus on expectations and goals while identifying some immediate concerns that can be addressed through coping skills.

I am passionate therapist that wants to be part of the change for this world. My experience is diverse and still focused on populations that are often underserved. My non-judgmental attitude has helped many clients overcome substance use issues, anxiety, trauma, depression and more.

I utilize various meditation exercises to assist clients in managing anxiety, depression and trauma related issues.
