Hi! Hola! I am Diego and I am a therapist (Licensed Clinical Social Worker). I have been a clinician for about two and a half years, and have been in the social services field for nearly a decade. I have helped many folks, from diverse backgrounds and ages, to overcome the toughest challenges in their lives. In our first session, we will explore what brings you to therapy. Remember, you are in charge and we will be moving at your own pace! You are the in the driver's seat, and I am a humble passenger that will help you navigate the road that lies ahead. We will create a specific treatment plan that is attuned to your unique goals!

Having worked with many people over the years, I have developed a great sense of compassion and understanding. Without compassion, we cannot understand the suffering of others. And without understanding the suffering of others, we cannot be useful helpers! I offer you a safe, compassionate space for you to fully explore your vulnerabilities.

I have been utilizing CBT psychotherapy for 3 years. Using a CBT approach, we will collaborate together to identify your main concerns and set goals! We will learn about the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. This will help you understand how your thoughts and beliefs can influence your emotions and actions.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy
