My primary method of practice focuses on the Client Centered Approach to treatment, one that allows for a better perspective to support my clients with challenges; in addition to over a decade of group and individual counseling experience with diverse populations.

I really liked this session. For quite some time I’ve been feeling the need to open up and the session gave me the chance to really open up on how I feel. I’ve been feeling like I have to hold stuff back, but she’s letting me know. Just say what you feel. There’s nothing wrong with that. I will definitely continue with future sessions
