He violated my rights according to HIPPA. He voluntarily shared information about me and discussed my treatment with someone else without any authorization and then called and tried to bill me for it. Now he’s avoiding my calls and trying to get me to schedule another session so he can charge me to tell me who he divulged my private information to. He’s a con artist. If you value privacy look elsewhere.
