Hi, I’m Victoria (she/they), a queer, neurodivergent-affirming therapist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore challenges, build resilience, and move toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling
First session
In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable and welcoming space where you feel safe to share at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’d like to work on, and any concerns or goals you have. I’ll also ask about your experiences, strengths, and what has or hasn’t worked for you in the past. This session is about getting to know each other and making sure you feel supported as we begin this journey together—no pressure, just a conversation to start where you are.
Strengths
I know that life can be overwhelming, and I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. As someone who has navigated my own challenges, I understand how important it is to have a therapist who truly listens, validates your experiences, and meets you where you’re at—without judgment or pressure. My goal is to support you in a way that feels safe and affirming, helping you build tools that actually work for you. Therapy with me is a collaborative process, and I’m here to help you figure out what works best for you, at your own pace.
Treatment methods
Eclectic
I use a mix approaches with my clients, including things like CBT, DBT, ACT, person-centered, narrative, and others. I like to adjust my approach to best meet my client's needs
