I’m a therapist dedicated to helping individuals feel more grounded, empowered, and in control of their lives. I work with clients who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, and are ready to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Through a supportive, collaborative approach, I help clients build insight, develop practical tools, and rewrite unhelpful patterns—so they can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In your first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what brings you to therapy, and what you hope to change or work toward. There’s no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at your pace. I’ll ask questions to better understand your story, and together we’ll begin identifying goals and a direction for our work. It’s a collaborative, supportive space designed to help you feel comfortable and heard.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My greatest strength as a therapist is the ability to quickly create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to be honest and self-reflective. I blend practical, evidence-based approaches with deep curiosity and attunement, helping clients connect insight with real-life change. My work is collaborative and goal-oriented, but also flexible—meeting each person where they are while gently guiding them toward clarity, growth, and self-trust.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with clients who are ready to better understand themselves and make meaningful, lasting changes. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by stress or emotions, or unsure how to move forward. You’re open to reflection, willing to try new approaches, and motivated to create a more balanced, fulfilling life—with support, guidance, and practical tools along the way.

My treatment methods

Narrative

I approach therapy through a narrative lens, helping clients explore the stories they’ve been living and the meanings they’ve made of their experiences. Together, we gently separate you from the problems you’re facing, identify patterns that may no longer serve you, and uncover strengths that have been overlooked. My goal is to support you in rewriting your story in a way that feels more aligned, empowering, and reflective of who you truly are.

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

I use a solution-focused approach to help clients identify what’s already working and build on their existing strengths. Rather than staying stuck in the problem, we focus on clear, achievable goals and small, meaningful steps forward. My role is to support you in creating practical changes that lead to real progress and a greater sense of confidence and control.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify unhelpful thinking patterns, challenge them, and replace them with more balanced, realistic perspectives. This approach focuses on practical tools and strategies that support lasting change and help you feel more in control of your daily life.
