First session
Our first session is for both you and I to see if we are a good fit together. We will start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
Strengths
Understanding and love are at the center of my practice of psychotherapy. I work with the heart. Life is an amazing and rewarding experience that often stimulates powerful, challenging stressors. Therapy provides strategies and tools for addressing these unique situations. I am client-centered, enthusiastic and hopeful. Ideal clients
I believe in you. Most people share with me they like having a therapist that sees them for who are today and can help them create a vision and path for where they want to go and help them develop tools to become the person they have always dreamed of being. Therapy is hard work, and having a therapist not judge an “alternative” lifestyle, should you have one, truly helps. The last thing you need to be worried about is my judgment of you.
