(she/her)
.I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. My background in both inpatient and outpatient care allows me to offer a balanced, compassionate approach that blends evidence-based treatments—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), therapy, and medication management—with a holistic, client-centered perspective. I believe that true healing happens when clients feel seen, supported, and understood. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can share your story openly and work toward meaningful change. Together, we’ll focus on building practical coping tools, strengthening resilience, and promoting lasting emotional well-being. I want you to not only find relief from symptoms but also feel empowered to thrive with a renewed sense of clarity, confidence, and balance.
Our first session is a chance for you to share your story in a comfortable, welcoming space. We’ll talk about your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we’ll set short- and long-term goals, explore the challenges you’d like to overcome, and identify actionable steps you can take right away. You’ll leave the session with a clearer understanding of your path forward and a collaborative plan for how we’ll work together.
Clients often describe my approach as warm, balanced, and effective. I combine compassionate listening with evidence-based care, drawing on both therapeutic techniques and individualized medication management when appropriate. My goal is to address the whole person—not just symptoms—so you can experience lasting relief, restored balance, and personal growth.
I work best with clients seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and stress, as well as those navigating major life transitions. I enjoy partnering with individuals who are motivated to grow, open to collaboration, and committed to achieving balance, healing, and long-term well-being.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
“I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, improve coping strategies, and change negative behavior patterns. I apply CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and thought diaries to address conditions like depression, anxiety, and adjustment issues, while empowering clients to build lasting skills for resilience and self-management.”
