Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. I received my Master's from the University of Southern California (USC) and have over 13 years of experience treating children and adults through sudden life changes, trauma, psychosis, anxiety, and mood disorders.
Our first session will focus on exploring any questions or concerns you may have regarding my experience and therapeutic approach. We will also explore concerns or life events that have contributed to your interest in seeking individual therapeutic services.
Having worked in the field for over 13 years, I believe in the importance of taking a collaborative approach with my clients to help them achieve their goals while utilizing practices from a strength-based perspective to assist them in identifying strengths that they possess to help them move in a positive direction. While focusing on offering an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, it makes it easy for my clients to open up to me. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to help them reconnect with themselves and others as well as find deeper self-understanding and compassion for life.
