Having worked in the field for over 13 years, I believe in the importance of taking a collaborative approach with my clients to help them achieve their goals while utilizing practices from a strength-based perspective to assist them in identifying strengths that they possess to help them move in a positive direction. While focusing on offering an empathetic, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach, it makes it easy for my clients to open up to me. I am dedicated to empowering individuals to help them reconnect with themselves and others as well as find deeper self-understanding and compassion for life.
