Are you going through changes and adjustments that have been challenging? Is it causing you to feel unmanageable anxiety or depression? I support individuals with navigating through life's challenges and adjustment while empowering them through this journey and individuation process that is life. I am passionate about the therapeutic work we will do in sessions and enjoy mixing conversation, with depth therapy to activate deeper awareness around your challenges and increase your confidence in your true sense of self and help you find your inner bling! I will meet you with compassion, empathy and openness. Let us collaborate on your self-care journey!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Our first session will consist of brief introductions, getting to know you, why you are coming to therapy, what support you are looking for and myself being available to answer any questions you may have regarding therapy or for me.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I enjoy working with an array of unique individuals and utilize evidence-based tools, along with a person-centered approach. I work with an array of individuals from children, families and youth to adults.
