Hello. I am a licensed clinical social worker. The past nine years I have provided counseling services to adults. I have experience working with clients, experiencing chronic illness, terminal diagnosis, adjustment disorder, anxiety, substance abuse, homelessness and depression. The support I provide to my clients has allowed them to overcome challenging transitions in their lives, as well as adversity. My clients have demonstrated after achieving goals, the ability to cope with life stressors and tragedies, in a healthier manner and the ability to navigate life challenges effectively.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, and then proceed to specific challenges you are facing. This information will allow us to then develop individualized goals.

I have utilized ACT therapy in my practice for the last seven years. I utilize act therapy to help clients focus on the present moment and accept thoughts and feelings without judgment. clients dealing with stress, regulation, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse have achieved desired outcomes with this mindful therapy approach.
I’ve utilize CBT in my practice for the last nine years. I utilize CBT with clients by guiding them with connecting the interaction between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Clients are then able to change their thinking patterns and live happier and calmer lives.
I have provided grief therapy for the last seven years. My approach to grief therapy is to assist clients with coping with the physical, emotional, and spiritual loss.
