Hi, my name is Stephanie Moore, I graduated from Texas Woman's University with a Master's in Counseling and Development. I have experience working with children, young adults, and adults. I believe in meeting people where they are. My primary treatment modality is Person-Centered therapy. There are also times I utilize the Cognitive Behavioral therapy modality. I have worked with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Depression, Autism, and Schizoaffective Disorder. As well as experience helping others process through their childhood traumas. I believe in a collaborative approach to helping clients be able to reach their goals.
I know it can feel overwhelming to scroll through profile after profile, hoping to find someone who feels like the right fit. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t believe in trying to squeeze people into neat little boxes. Over nearly 25 years of working with children, teens, adults, and families, I’ve learned that no two stories are alike, and no two people need the same thing.
I believe therapy begins with relationship. I also believe you know your own story best, even if you’re still learning to understand it. That’s why I see my role as a guide who listens, asks good questions, and, when it’s helpful, helps you look at your story from a different perspective. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and work toward a life that better reflects what matters most to you.
Hi, I am Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 10+ years’ experience working with children, adolescents and adults. I provide individual, family, and marriage counseling. I take an eclectic approach when working with teens and adults, to ensure the interventions are tailored to fit the unique needs of each of client. I am able to incorporate Christian counseling into my therapy sessions for clients who seek faith based services.
I obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology and Masters Certificate as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from The University of Texas Pan American (now known as The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley).

Who am I a compassionate person, empathetic and ready to partner with individuals who need help to improve their quality of life. I began this career journey more than 20 years ago with a natural instinct to learn, grow and make a difference in individuals' life. I thrive on using person centered approaches to empower individuals' growth while using evidenced based techniques for healing.
Hi there! I would like to first commend you on taking the first step towards living a life that includes your most authentic self. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am afforded the opportunity to help guide you on that journey. My goal is to help you achieve your best self through a way that is comfortable for you. Through meaningful conversations, that goal can certainly be achieved!
Hi there! I’m a licensed therapist practicing in Massachusetts as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), in New Hampshire as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), and in Texas as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a concentration in Global Mental Health from William James College in Boston, MA.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating family, relationship, and career stress, as well as burnout. My goal is to empower you to become the best version of yourself by creating a safe, collaborative space where you can heal, grow, and thrive.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Identifying and reshaping unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): Helping you build psychological flexibility, clarify your values, and take meaningful action, even in the face of difficult emotions.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy: Cultivating present-moment awareness and non-judgmental acceptance of thoughts and feelings.
Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT): Focusing on your strengths and achievable goals.
Person-Centered Therapy: Providing empathy, unconditional positive regard, and support for self-discovery.
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): Deepening understanding of emotional responses, especially in relationships.
Psychoeducation: Equipping you with knowledge and tools to better manage your mental health.
These approaches allow me to address a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll work toward building resilience, clarity, and a stronger sense of self.
Hi! I am a licensed mental health therapist, currently practicing in 5 states (NJ, NC, FL, GA and TX).
I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling and Psychology from LaSalle University, over 10 years ago.
My goal is to give you the tools needed to stop surviving, and start living an authentic life. In a safe and secure place, we will face the past, heal it and bring you to become the best version of yourself.
I am a licensed clinical social worker supporting children, adults, couples, and families through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship strain, ADHD, mood disorders, and the emotional impact of chronic or complex medical issues. I offer telehealth care and am licensed in Missouri, Texas, and New Jersey.
I am warm, steady, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel safe and collaborative, not stiff or clinical for its own sake. My work is practical and client-centered: we use what helps you most, including evidence-based therapy, family and school-based skills, 12-step support when addiction is part of the picture, and biblical counseling if that is your preference.
My experience includes schools, hospitals, emergency rooms, homes, inpatient and outpatient programs, and community crisis work. I have built programs, supervised students and staff, and trained youth volunteers for a suicide hotline. Those settings showed me how quickly life can change, and how much strength people can find when they are not facing it alone.
I am especially committed to clients who feel dismissed by systems—healthcare, housing, or the justice system—and I stay with the work until there is a clearer, more stable path forward.
Hi, I’m Mali.
I work with adult women who want to heal from trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship challenges. If you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions, build coping skills, and create meaningful change. I also support clients experiencing suicidal thoughts.
I hold two master’s degrees—one in Clinical Psychology from Iran and one in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Houston-Clear Lake—and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in Texas. My approach is evidence-based and trauma-informed, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), DBT, and somatic strategies such as grounding and breathwork to help clients regulate emotions and process difficult experiences.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes healing begins the moment you feel truly seen. My work is warm, steady, and culturally attuned, shaped by the stories people carry and the resilience they often don’t recognize in themselves. I help clients slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been silenced by stress, trauma, or expectation. In our work together, we explore your inner world with curiosity and compassion, using neuroscience‑informed tools to support clarity, regulation, and meaningful change.
Hi, I’m a Bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) with over 10 years of experience helping people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply unsure of where to begin. As a first-generation professional, I understand how family, culture, expectations, and life experiences can shape the way we see ourselves and navigate the world. I strive to create a space where all parts of your story are welcomed, respected, and understood. I earned my Master’s in Rehabilitation Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP) and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, career concerns, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside.
Therapy doesn’t have to be another place where you feel pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to provide a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and talk honestly without judgment or pressure. Together, we’ll explore what may be keeping you stuck, recognize patterns that are no longer serving you, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, clear, and in control of your life. I offer therapy in both English and Spanish because feeling understood in the language that feels most natural to you matters. Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español porque sentirte comprendido(a) en el idioma que te resulta más natural también importa.

Hi there, I'm Brian.
Do you miss feeling on track and working towards your goals? Are you not connecting with those you felt close to, such as your best friends, significant other, or family? Do things just feel a bit off and you need some guidance to get back to being "you"?
I meet the client in their environment and empower them to help themselves. A holistic approach to therapy is used, pulling from several different therapeutic beliefs. Every client is different and unique, and therefore the approach to healing follows this same path. We'll discuss your goals up front to know which to direction to work towards, and help you discover new things about your healing and coping along the way.
Every person's struggle matters. Therapy is not about gauging whether someone is weak or strong, but building on their already existing strengths to help them find healthy ways to help themselves. Therapy is about discovery. Regardless of your reason for reaching out, I'll help you find the right track. You already have the tools to help yourself, let's work together to find out what they are. I look forward to speaking with you.

Do you feel like you've lost your way, your purpose and identity,
or just need to get back on track? Hello! My name is Erie, and I'd love to help you.
Social workers typically have an interesting life story and personal experiences with tragedy that tug at our heartstrings. I am no different. At times, I wonder "how is it that I have survived these mountains and valleys?" Despite personal tragedy, loss, and despair, influential people have served as beacons of hope throughout the years in my life.
Along with my re-creation of self through school, internships, and certifications, I have learned one basic human tenant that would be my guiding light through the most challenging of times: people need people. I realize that this sounds a bit rudimentary, but this is the cornerstone of social work and the secret to my success in beating the statistical odds that accompany a survivor of childhood abuse, drug addiction and alcoholism, military combat trauma, and the loss of a child.
So, the question stands: why am I here and what do I want? I simply want to pay it forward as many have done for me. I would have never expected to be where I am or doing what I'm doing. I personally believe that there is hope and light in the most desperate, dark places and recesses of the human soul. For that reason, I bet on the underdog, society's undeserving, and those with whom all other plans have failed.
I find that my reward and inner satisfaction comes with doing for others when all else has failed and all others have given up. For this reason, I will keep doing for others, because they are worth it.
Hi my name is Diana Lozano and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas and I am here to listen with an open mind, acceptance, respect, and without judgement. HI. I am a caring and supportive therapist with many years of experience. I’ve spent years working with trauma clients who suffered from abuse - emotional, physical, spiritual, and sexual and also neglect, I’ve worked with PTSD survivors, people suffering with depression or anxiety, and people just wanting to be the best versions of themselves. Hi, I'm Mirna! I'm a bilingual LMFT. Graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy. My clinical experience includes working with couples, families, teens, and children. I use a family systemic approach, and EMDR to offer a personalized approach to each client. I also have experience working with individuals that have experienced trauma-related events such as childhood trauma, domestic violence or sexual assault. With compassion and understanding, I will join you in your unique journey.
I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist working with individuals, couples, and families. I work collaboratively with clients of all ages to develop a deeper understanding of themselves and of their problems. I provide a space to identify, analyze, and challenge any negative patterns that impact your life. I help clients to challenge limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from being their most authentic self.
I’ve been a therapist for nearly 20 years, and my style is conversational, engaged, and direct. I won’t just sit quietly and nod—I’ll ask questions, share what I’m noticing, and help you consider perspectives you may not have thought about before.
I work primarily with adults dealing with anxiety, relationship and interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem and identity concerns, and major life or career transitions. I’m especially well suited for people who are thoughtful and self-aware but still find themselves repeating patterns like people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, fear of rejection, conflict avoidance, overthinking, or taking responsibility for other people’s feelings. I also have extensive experience working with LGBTQ+ adults.
I’m a good fit if you want to understand not only what’s happening in your life, but why certain patterns keep happening. We’ll look at your relationships and circumstances while also being curious about your own assumptions, reactions, and choices—and what you actually have the power to change.
My approach is integrative, insight-oriented, and practical, drawing from cognitive-behavioral, dialectical-behavioral, relational, and other evidence-based approaches. I tailor therapy to the person rather than trying to fit everyone into the same model.
If this sounds like the kind of therapy you’re looking for, bring what’s happening in your life right now and we’ll start there. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s going on, identify what you want to change, and begin figuring out how to get there.
Hi, I’m Destinee, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, New York, and Florida, dedicated to helping you navigate life’s challenges with honesty, warmth, and a little bit of humor when needed. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just not like yourself, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space where we can unpack what’s holding you back and work toward real, lasting change.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). My general approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy. Additionally, I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My practice has been focused on helping clients deal with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, the LGBTQ+ community, and PTSD. I also have an extensive background in substance use disorder. I work primarily with adults over the age of 18, and selected teens.
I work with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, and grief. My approach is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you will feel truly heard and supported, while also gently challenging you toward growth, healing, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you. You're in charge and I am here to guide and support you on this journey.
