Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinal Social Worker(LCSW) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Fordham University and have been in the mental health field for 12 years. I help women and mothers struggling depression , anxiety , postpartum , stress, burn out, being overwhelmed, establishing boundaries and time managements. I women regain control over their lives by learning strategies to cope with the demands of life life and parenting that contribute to high levels of stress, depression , anxiety and burn out.

My style is caring and not judgmental; I utilize Cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and Brief Cognitive hypnosis to guide you in the process of learning new skills to manage your thoughts, emotions and behavior.
