If you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of the next step, I’m here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to navigate these experiences. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Texas, with experience working in a variety of diverse environments. Through this experience I have developed a therapeutic approach that is client-centered, meaning I prioritize each individual’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. This foundation allows me to use an eclectic blend of trauma-informed care, EMDR,CBT, and REBT. Outside of work, I love to read, explore nature, and immerse myself in music in all its forms. These passions help me recharge and bring creativity and balance to my life, which I strive to share with my clients as they navigate their own journeys.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first therapy session is all about building rapport and creating a comfortable, safe space for you to begin your journey. This session is also a time for you to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process, my approach, or what to expect moving forward.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I strive to create an authentic environment where you can feel supported and empowered to explore your challenges and strengths. Together, we work on building skills related to emotional awareness, communication, stress management, resiliency, and conflict resolution. My goal is to help you uncover deeper self-awareness and develop skills that foster growth, healing, and meaningful connections.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal clients are young adults and adults who are navigating life's transitions and challenges. They might be grappling with the complexities of change, experiencing thought loops that leave them feeling stuck, or confronting unresolved trauma. Many of my clients face depression, anxiety, or difficulties in relationships—whether with themselves or others. I specialize in working with neurodivergent individuals who may struggle with emotional regulation and understanding their unique needs. Together, we explore strategies to build resilience, foster self-awareness, and create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and rooted in helping find clarity, balance, and a sense of purpose.

My treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is used to help reorganize traumatic memories. It can be used when previous traumas are interfering with daily functioning or future goals.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Used when it feels like there are blocks in life, or to gain a better understanding of the whole self.

Eclectic

I pull from various therapy methods to help therapy feel like a personalized journey.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

Utilized to help better understand how personal core beliefs about self can affect your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

Trauma Informed Care

I create a self space to explore and navigate ways to cope with previous trauma experiences. I participate in continued education to make sure I stay informed on ways to better support clients with trauma experiences.
