Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. Texas. Oregon, Pennsylvania and Iowa; I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in Colorado. I have over 15 years of experience counseling individuals, couples, and groups. I have a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since 2010, my studies and career have focused on identifying underlying problems contributing to substance use and problematic behaviors. I find that trauma is typically the most common underlying issue that contributes to anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship problems and a lack of self-esteem.
I specialize in the treatment of trauma using several approaches: Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT): Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); and Polyvagal therapy.

Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
Hi, I’m Brandy Brodnax, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship stress, and major life transitions. Hi, I'm Shantara, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNHS), and the founder of TEA Time Therapeutic Services LLC.
I believe healing begins when we understand the connection between our Thoughts, Emotions, and Actions (T.E.A.). My goal is to provide a warm, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, challenged, and empowered to grow.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and tailored to your unique needs. Using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, and Motivational Interviewing, I'll help you build healthy coping skills, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a CMNHS, I also recognize the connection between mental and physical health, incorporating a holistic perspective when it supports your goals.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, or life transitions, I'm here to walk alongside you as you learn to pour back into your life.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and LPC-Supervisor with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s challenges and transitions. I bring a warm, authentic presence to the therapy space and strive to create a relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration.

Hi, I’m Manisha Sharma, a licensed therapist specializing in anxiety, depression, and building effective coping skills. I combine strength-based approaches with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you break free from overwhelming thoughts, manage daily stressors, and tap into your inner resilience. My goal is to guide you toward practical strategies, renewed confidence, and lasting emotional well-being—so you can navigate life’s challenges with greater ease and hope.
You’re trying your best—but fear, anxiety, or overthinking keeps getting in the way. You're feeling weighted down, bottling up emotions & ignoring those empty feelings. You're feeling blocked, stuck, and numb. You're consumed with worry, overthinking, & your mind is racing with a rollercoaster of emotions. You're starting to drift further & further away from your family and friends. You're exhausted from all the worry, panic, and anxiety. You can't sleep & your head hurts from the overthinking about all the "things" you need to do or can't do. When you do sleep, you wake up feeling tired, in a bad mood, and dreading the day. Fear sets in that you're about to lose everything, even the people closest in your life. You're trying so hard but fear sets in, and then frustration 'this is not the life I want!' You just want to have peace, be happy, and able to relax again. Here's where I come in - I'm here to help.
Here's where I come in. I’m Tammy Brooks LMFT, a Solution Focused Brief Therapy Certified Level 3 Practitioner. I help adults find joy, connection, & peace again by using an approach is different than therapy with endless talk, rehashing pain & no real lasting change. Instead, we'll focus on want to achieve in therapy and talk about that version of yourself despite the problems you are facing.

I’ve found working with the unconscious, especially through dreams, more than anything, helps gain the insight and understanding necessary to heal quickly, permanently and remove the blocks that get in the way of a happier, more successful life. You can’t fix anything until you make it conscious. A wholistic approach that addresses the body, mind and spirit works very well to reveal the fullness of who you are.

Nobody comes to therapy because they need someone to tell them to “think positive.” They come because they’re tired. Tired of anxiety calling the shots. Tired of repeating the same relationship patterns. Tired of carrying things they were never meant to carry alone.
Life is complicated enough. Understanding yourself shouldn’t be. My job is to help you make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface and give you practical tools you can actually use long after our sessions end.
No two people are the same, so no two sessions are either. We focus on what you need most that day while never losing sight of where you’re trying to go. Some days we’ll process. Some days I’ll challenge you. Some days we’ll laugh because life has a weird sense of humor. Every session has one goal: helping you move forward.
If you’re looking for a therapist who’s engaged, honest, down-to-earth, and willing to have real conversations, I think you’ll feel right at home here.

Hello, I'm Deborah Anderson. I've been a therapist for 20+ years. I went back to school following a medical retirement from the automotive industry. Due to being a non traditional student, I think I fell into what I was meant to do all along! My own personal life journey adds to the unique quality I bring to the therapeutic relationship.
Working together once you realize your inner power, both therapist and client collaborate on cultivating that inner strength. For example, I've worked with individuals dealing with self-harm, formerly referred to as cutters/self-mutilation. Also, I worked with SI/HI, depression, anxiety, people with AH/VH/TH and paranoia, addictions, relationship issues, trauma/abuse, grief, eating disorders, sleep disorders, self-esteem, Bipolar, coping with life changes, attachment issues, body image, developing healthy boundaries. Counseling is a collaborative process, "Working together for a better tomorrow."
Healing and growth look different for everyone, and I believe your path should reflect that. You don't have to go through change alone. I believe therapy is collaborative, and that ultimately creative solutions are found in a safe space and working together. Sometimes we simply run up against something external or internal that we simply can't power through, or figure out, on our own. Using evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, we work together to build lasting coping strategies, improve communication skills, and create meaningful, sustainable change in your life.
I specialize in working with adults facing substance use problems, addiction, and a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression and anxiety, chronic stress, divorce, and Trauma. Welcome! I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed therapist specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, OCD, and healthcare worker stress/burnout. At this time, due to caseload, I am only accepting new patients who present with one of the aforementioned areas of concerns.
I have extensive experience across many levels of care (from inpatient to residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient settings) so I’m comfortable supporting patients with different levels of severity and complexity. I’ve also spent years working in utilization management, which means I understand insurance systems well and can help you navigate them as part of treatment.
I hold an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas State University and a B.S. in Economics & Management Science from MIT.
Hello there,
Life is hard sometimes. With so many demands, expectations, and challenges, sometimes it feels like you are a needle in a haystack, trying to find a way out. It gets pretty discouraging when all of your efforts seem stagnant. If you can relate to this, then you have come to the right place.
I help those who are tired of dealing with the same cycle of disappointments find a solution that brings joy, fulfillment, healing, and hope.
Whether it's depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or just feeling overwhelmed, together we can identify problem areas and develop specific solutions to getting you to a place of happiness within yourself. I utilize an individual approach that is tailored to your needs. I also integrate evidence-based practices along with meditation, mindfulness, and narrative techniques to help you change unhelpful perspectives and develop a stronger relationship with yourself and others.
Seeking therapy can feel scary. I am here to help. I am here to walk along this journey with you and to provide you with a safe, non-judging space for you to heal and talk safely. I am looking forward to our working together.
