You can know that something needs to change and still feel unsure where to begin. Maybe you're overthinking everything, putting pressure on yourself to get it right, carrying experiences you've never fully processed, or trying to find your footing in a season of life that has changed you. Sometimes, even when things look fine from the outside, they can feel very different on the inside.
I want therapy to be a place where you can let your guard down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and feel understood without having to explain away your feelings. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I draw from evidence-based approaches to help you understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build coping skills, and create meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.
I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Trinity University and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Saint Mary's University, both in San Antonio. My therapeutic style is warm, relational, experiential, and direct. I use humor to help clients relax and feel at home where I can. One of the first skills I teach a new client is nervous system regulation. This is a gift that will pay dividends in the future. Somatic approaches are a nice place to start and helps clients to build skills in sitting with the hard moments, slowing down when needed, cultivating curiosity, and deepening their emotional experiences. I encourage self-compassion and self-love as explorations we can make slowly and together, and over time, clients find that this can become comfortable and even joy-inducing. I believe we’re called to grow and change when the strategies that once helped us survive and adapt start causing us problems. This doesn't mean we are broken or need fixing, not at all. In fact, it is those very skills that got you here, and we celebrate that. We might consider safe and tiny ways we can help move beyond old patterns of shame, guilt, people-pleasing, and self-judgment... and into a more authentic life that is a more rewarding, exciting, and consistent way of being who you want to be. Together we aim for more authenticity, more self-forgiveness and and self-acceptance as we work towards the life YOU want.

Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and I graduated from Texas A &M University-Commerce with my Master's in Counseling. I have about 10 years of experience assisting children, adolescents and young adults struggling with anything from anxiety and depression to coping with symptoms of trauma. I have helped children and families in both private and educational settings.
Trauma hurts. It can be sudden, life-altering and overwhelming, or chronic, subtle and nearly unnoticeable, but either way it can change the way we think about others, the world, and unfortunately, ourselves. Dealing with the aftermath—changes in our relationships, lashing out toward self or others, feeling nothing and/or everything all at once—is sometimes as hard as the initial event, especially when society, friends and family and our own minds tell us to “just get over it.” Worse, sometimes we aren’t even sure where the trauma came from in the first place, leaving us confused and even feeling hopeless. If you could just “get over it,” you would, but sometimes the brain simply cannot process traumatic events without help, and this is why trauma therapy exists. :)
I'm an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in Texas. I've been in practice for nearly 15 years and have been doing EMDR therapy for 13 of those. I specialize in helping teens and adults process trauma of all kinds. My goal is to help my clients gain the skills needed to process and adapt to traumatic memories, and then allow them to do so in a safe environment. I teach them how to build boundaries and follow through, and to treat themselves with self-compassion rather than judgment and harsh expectations.
Trauma doesn’t have to ruin (or run) your life. If you’re hurting, please know I’d be happy to help in any way I can.

Starting therapy can feel like a daunting step, but once you connect with a therapist, your healing journey can truly begin. A key component of my approach is establishing rapport with clients, creating a space where they feel comfortable addressing challenging and painful subjects. I believe that the strength of the therapeutic relationship is one of the most crucial elements in helping individuals thrive in therapy and reach their goals.
My name is Vincent Egbuchulam, and I am a licensed professional counselor with over five years of experience in the mental health field. I address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, teen issues, anger and stress management, life transitions, aggression, and ADHD. In addition, I am a retired board-certified Special Education teacher with 15 years of experience.
My counseling approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). CBT involves helping clients learn and practice new skills, develop healthier thinking patterns, and adopt more effective coping strategies. I may assign homework to reinforce the skills we work on during sessions, as I believe that applying these techniques in your daily life enhances their effectiveness. SFBT operates on the principle that individuals are competent and capable of finding solutions to improve their lives. In our sessions, you will have the opportunity to describe your challenges, set personal goals, and provide feedback. Occasionally, I may incorporate other techniques, such as role-playing, if they are beneficial for your progress.
I am committed to supporting those who seek to enhance their emotional well-being. During our initial visit, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and outline what you hope to achieve from our sessions. The first session typically lasts about an hour. You can expect a highly professional, objective, nonjudgmental, and confidential experience.

That experience continues to shape my approach today—I focus on helping clients build insight, develop tools they can actually use, and feel more confident navigating their relationships and daily lives.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy slowing things down and staying grounded through gardening, crocheting, and camping. I’m also a big reader—especially when it comes to romance novels. Family is a central part of my life, and I value the many roles I hold as a wife, mother, stepmother, and grandmother. Raising both boys and girls—including twins—has given me a wide range of life experiences that help me connect with clients from all kinds of backgrounds.

I received my masters degree from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC and my law degree from Washburn University in Topeka, KS. I started Pink Rose Therapy to help women reach their full potential. Hi there, I'm Parag.
You were not put here on this earth to suffer. You deserve to live your life with happiness and peace of mind. Mental illness and addiction can rob anyone of these precious gifts. When you turn to family and friends for support, often they don't know what to say or how to help. You can end up feeling very alone in the world.
No one wants to develop mental illness or addictions. You didn't do anything wrong. Feeling emotionally numb, mentally overwhelmed, or having thoughts like "I just don't want to be on this earth anymore" are not things that people willingly choose for themselves. They are illnesses. We often get sick through no fault of our own. Just like some people get diabetes or heart disease, some people get mental illness.
Working over five years in an inpatient psychiatric hospital, I have helped patients overcome symptoms of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, phobias, relationship problems, and self-esteem issues. My approach is to get to know you as a person and work on addressing what is really going on with your mind and your life right now.
I know getting therapy can be scary, but I will do everything I can to help you feel heard, understood, and genuinely cared for. Give yourself a chance to have peace of mind again.
## Hello & Welcome!
I provide therapy for individuals and families navigating life's challenges, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, major life transitions, and periods of uncertainty. My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself while working toward meaningful change.
I believe therapy is more than simply talking about what's going on in your life. It's an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore patterns that may be holding you back, and develop practical tools to navigate challenges with greater confidence. Together, we'll focus on building emotional awareness, strengthening coping skills, improving relationships, and creating healthier ways of responding to life's stressors.
I understand that no two people have the same experiences or goals, which is why I tailor our work to what matters most to you. Whether you're working through past experiences, navigating challenges in the present, or looking to make positive changes for the future, my goal is to help you turn insight into meaningful progress in your everyday life.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something different, you don't have to figure it all out on your own. I'm here to meet you where you are and support you as you move toward a healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling life.

I currently provide psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and phase‑of‑life transitions.
Hi, I’m Alison Lee, a Licensed Professional Counselor passionate about helping adults and adolescents work through anxiety, depression, trauma, mood concerns, stress, and difficult life transitions. I work with clients who may feel overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where they feel comfortable being themselves.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, TF-CBT and other trauma-informed approaches to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping skills, and build lasting change. My goal is to help clients feel more confident, emotionally balanced, and empowered in their daily lives and relationships.

I truly look forward to the opportunity of working together and hope we will talk soon. You are not alone.
Part of what led me to become a therapist was my own experience of how difficult it can be to find meaningful, accessible support when you need it. Navigating my own mental health journey helped me recognize the importance of having someone who truly listens, understands, and shows up consistently. I became a therapist because I wanted to be that person for others, to help ensure people don’t feel alone or unsupported when they’re seeking help. Throughout my life, a wide range of personal and professional experiences have shaped who I am today and strengthened my ability to genuinely connect with others.
I worked in a community mental health agency, where I gained extensive experience across multiple areas of mental health. Although the work was demanding, I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to serve individuals in various capacities and settings. That experience helped shape my clinical foundation and reinforced my commitment to this field. Along the way, I have learned to embrace my own neurodivergence and mental health experiences and use them as sources of insight, self-awareness, and strength.
I am a mother of three children, and my experiences as a parent have deeply shaped my understanding of resilience, advocacy, and emotional complexity. My oldest child is also neurodivergent and lives with complex congenital heart disease, which has required multiple heart surgeries. These experiences, along with navigating remarriage and a second journey through IVF, have given me a profound appreciation for uncertainty, grief, hope, and perseverance. They have also strengthened my capacity to sit with others through difficult, vulnerable, and emotionally layered experiences. I share this to give you a sense of who I am and how I approach therapy, and to reflect the values of presence, compassion, and authenticity that guide my work with clients.
