New to Grow
Hi! I am Laura Smith, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I am a compassionate and supportive therapist dedicated to helping adults and seniors navigate life's challenges with hope, healing and emotional wellness. I've worked in medical settings, including providing support to individuals living with end-stage renal disease and undergoing dialysis. My work spans multiple environments, where I focus on meeting the client where they are.
Our first session will include introductions and a conversation about what therapy looks like and what you can expect. We'll explore your background and current challenges, and begin creating a plan for moving forward. In future sessions, we'll continue working together to clarify where you want to be and support you in getting there.
My greatest strengths are being compassionate, empowering and creating a space where you can feel supported.
