Welcome! My name is Mayra Ramos and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a social worker for over 15 years and have experience in a variety of settings, including non profits, behavioral clinic, inpatient psychiatric care, telehealth counseling, and serving unaccompanied minors under ORR care. Wondering if counseling really helps? Well, I’m here to tell you that counseling doesn’t have to be complicated. It is definitely beneficial and helpful. Counseling is about building a trusting relationship with your therapist. It’s knowing that you can talk to your therapist about anything that comes to mind. You don’t have to second-guess yourself, because counseling is all about you. It’s a place where you will be understood, where you’ll be listened to, and where you will be supported. Our ultimate goal is to increase your overall well-being. I do my best to provide my clients with a safe and comforting environment where they are free to express themselves. My clients are able to explore their thoughts, current situations, address stressors, life changes, relationship conflicts, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and a multitude of issues. We can work together to set boundaries, improve relationships, increase healthy coping skills, and help you live a more joyful life.
Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.
Are you seeking a therapist who offers a safe and compassionate space for exploring your thoughts, feelings, and emotions? Are you tired of the one-size-fits- all approach to therapy and seeking a therapist who will address your unique individual needs? If so, then I may be the exact therapist for you.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas, with a Master's degree from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Over the past three years, I have been dedicated to helping adults navigate challenges related to depression and anxiety, guiding them toward becoming the best versions of themselves. In addition to being an LPC, I am also a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), allowing me to provide specialized support for individuals facing substance-related concerns.
My approach is goal oriented, emphasizing the development of healthy coping skills to assist clients in regulating emotions, managing daily life stressors, and recognizing the physical symptoms associated with emotional distress. Through personalized strategies and evidence-based techniques, I strive to empower individuals to cultivate resilience, enhance self-awareness, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
I am a LPC and Professional School Counselor with seven years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem, problem solving, goal setting, and coping with life changes. I’ve spent the majority of my counseling career working with teens and young adults. I have counseled teens from all backgrounds with a wide range of presenting issues. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialogue and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I’m here to support and empower you in that journey.
Are you experiencing feelings of hopelessness or helplessness? Have you lost a sense of meaning and purpose? Are you overwhelmed with worry and racing negative thoughts that get in the way of normal everyday activities? Have you felt a loss of love or blocks in giving and receiving love?
At Cody Parker, LPC Counseling Services, my goal is to help you realize your true potential, through challenging lies and labels that keep you down and feeling helpless or hopeless. There is and will always be hope. Let me guide you in helping yourself to challenge strongholds and negative thoughts contributing to your symptoms. Let's work together to gain control of your thoughts and accept your true value and worth.
I strive to combine the best of scientific evidence-based approaches with a faith based Christian worldview. I provides professional therapy through teletherapy services from my virtual office, reaching clients no matter where they are in Texas. I work with couples that are experiencing relational issues including adulteries/affairs, communication issues, and general strengthening of relationships. Individual issues such as anxiety, depression, impulse control issues, anger management, and trauma.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Texas and Florida) I’ve worked with Individuals, Couples, Families of various sizes, with a plethora of sessions on parenting. Nearly 20 years later, it is still a privilege to work with individuals, couples in various stages or phases of their relationship and families of all sizes.
I’m often looking for "the funny" in the moment and the world around me. I greatly enjoy sarcasm, snark, and satire. I'm fairly casual but have been told I "Clean up well", and clients have told me in the past they appreciate that I do not come across as "stuffy".
I daydream of going on cruises with my wife, occasionally think about bringing our children along. I treasure a long nap in a hammock, and I love movies. Once upon a time I even submitted a short film to the Cannes Film Festival (wasn't selected) but I did enter.
Clinically, I work with a foundation of Solution Focus and Systemic Therapy, with attributes of Narrative, Structural and/or Strategic.
*** I do not provide animal support letters or ESA documentation, disability-related paperwork, and fit for work evaluation documentation. Additionally, court-mandated evaluations, divorce or custody agreement related paperwork would be out of the scope of my practice, therefore is not something I engage in at this time.
Children and teens are my happy place! I would never ask a client to grow and change before they are ready. Through a solution-focused approach, we move at a pace that is soothing for the individual. There is no time like the present to learn how to examine your feelings and then express them in a way that will help you flourish!
You don't have to face your thoughts and emotions alone. Peace is possible, no matter your circumstances. Often, our perceptions cause more distress than reality itself—our thoughts, not our situation, can be the scariest part.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), I provide evidence-based tools proven effective in research and in my work with clients. By shifting thoughts and behaviors, we can transform your life and relationships. You don't have to remain a prisoner to unhelpful thinking—there are ways through it.
CBT helps with anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, relationship struggles, and more. I'd be honored to support you in creating meaningful change.
Reaching out for therapy takes courage, and my goal is to make the process feel approachable from the very first session. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 14 years of experience helping adults and adolescents navigate ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.
I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation built on trust, curiosity, and collaboration. Rather than simply listening or giving advice, I work alongside clients to better understand what's keeping them stuck while developing practical strategies that fit their lives. My approach integrates evidence-based therapies with compassion, humor when appropriate, and a focus on long-term growth.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with about 6 years of experience, I have worked with adults going through difficulties, such as stress, relationship issues or worries within themselves and their lives. I have also worked with those who are going through depression, anxiety or family issues. I believe through understanding and empowerment, we are capable of change and so much more.

Hello! I have been blessed to experience life through many meaningful roles, including being a daughter, wife, mother, Gigi, and friend. Each of these experiences has shaped the way I connect with others and has given me a deeper understanding of the joys, challenges, responsibilities, and transitions that people experience throughout life. I truly enjoy building genuine relationships and creating a space where people feel comfortable, valued, and heard. One of the things I love most about counseling is getting to know each person’s unique story and helping them identify their needs, goals, and strengths. Hello all, I am a Texas native. I went to college at the University of Texas at Tyler and received my Master's of Science degree in Clinical Psychology, with a sub-specialization in neuropsychology. As a professional counselor, I like to combine my practical experience of working with patients just like you with my knowledge and background of the brain and mental health. I completed my internship training and have vocational experience working in a dementia and aging clinic, in a residential childcare facility at, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, and in a clinic working with teens and adults with a variety of mental and behavioral health concerns. I am grateful for the breadth of these clinical experiences, as I feel confident working with a wide array of clients--both children and adults-- and with a variety of psychological needs.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

I work with adults, teens, and women who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are ready for deeper healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, using EMDR and other evidence-based tools to help you process past experiences and build a stronger, more confident version of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
I am an LPC offering therapy to children, teens and adults. I believe it very important to understand how our past shapes and influences our present choices. I believe we see and relate to the world the way we were shaped from an early age. Knowing who we are and how we see and perceive the world helps us understand and relate better to ourselves and others.
