I support adults who are looking to build on their strengths, develop new resources, and create meaningful, lasting change in their lives. My approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and person-centered, which means we work together to identify what matters most to you and create a plan that aligns with your goals and values.
Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming, especially when emotions become difficult to manage or relationships feel strained. In therapy, I provide a supportive space where you can better understand your experiences, strengthen your sense of self, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting with others. I believe that each client is the expert on their own life, and my role is to help guide, support, and empower you throughout the process. I am continually learning and expanding my clinical skills so I can bring effective, evidence-based approaches into our work together. My therapeutic style incorporates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EMDR to help clients build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward positive change. Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy teaching dance, working out, and baking treats to share with friends and family. These activities help me stay connected, balanced, and energized, and I bring that same enthusiasm and commitment into my work with clients.
I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward greater well-being and self-understanding. As a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas and Tennessee, I believe in creating a safe, compassionate space where you feel truly heard and understood. My goal is to partner with you, helping you find resilience and uncover strengths as we work together through life’s challenges. Every person’s journey is unique, and I’m committed to offering care that is as individual as you are. You know your life better than anyone, and my role is to walk alongside you, bringing tools, perspective, and genuine support as we work through whatever you're facing. I don't see myself as the expert in the room — you are.
I’m Kevin White, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and US Army Chaplain based at Fort Meade. I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate life's "perfect storms" using evidence-based tools like EMDR, EFT, and ACT. Are you stuck in an endless loop in your life and feel there is no way out? Your self-esteem is shot, dealing with insecurities, and anxious about what to do next in your life. You turn to drinking, overeating, the internet, or binge watch Netflix to escape the internal and external stressors. You have tried so many different things to change your life, but nothing seems to work. You believe you are not enough and are afraid to ask for help.
I am here to help you. I believe therapy can change people's lives because therapy changed my life 30 years ago. I started working in the field of therapy 20 years ago as a Social Worker in Substance Use. I continued my work as a LPC working in a treatment center for drugs and alcohol doing therapy on the people who had addictions and the people that love someone with an addiction. Over the last 15 years I have gained experience in all the issues and Diagnosis that come with this population. I help people overcome addictions, co-dependency, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and trauma. Hello! I’m Katrina Benton, a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience supporting adolescents and young and middle-aged adults. I hold an M.Ed. in School Counseling from Texas Christian University, a Professional Counseling Credential from Texas Wesleyan University, and a B.S. in Education from Langston University.
I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space to help clients navigate depression, anxiety, self-esteem, personal empowerment, career challenges, divorce, and life transitions. My goal is to empower you with practical tools to build confidence, improve emotional well-being, and create meaningful change. I believe your past does not define your future, and it's okay not to be okay.
At 10:23 I understand the importance of cultivating resilience and fostering healthy relationships to achieve our best life. Therapy doesn’t work when clients feel talked down to, rushed, or misunderstood. Many teens and adults I work with have tried therapy before and felt it didn’t really fit.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas, I bring both clinical training and lived experience into the therapy room. This allows me to connect in a way that feels genuine, grounded, and practical—especially for teens and young adults who are skeptical of therapy or unsure where to start.

Hi, I'm Dr. Joycelyn Anderson — but most people just call me Dr. J.
I've spent over 16 years walking alongside people through the moments that reshape who they are: a big move, a new role, a strained relationship, a season of just feeling stuck. I started my career in K-12 schools and eventually opened Evolution of Life Wellness and Counseling, PLLC, because I wanted to work with people across every stage of that journey—not just one chapter of it.
A few years ago, I relocated, and it taught me something I now bring into every session: change doesn't just rearrange your circumstances; it can quietly unsettle your sense of self. I know what it's like to feel like you're starting over, and I know that healing rarely happens in a straight line.
I bring a whole-person approach to our work together—your mind, your body, your relationships, your faith, if that matters to you, and your story all belong in the room. I'll never ask you to leave parts of yourself at the door. My style is warm but direct; I'll walk with you gently, and I'll also tell you the truth when it matters.
Outside of sessions, I'm someone who still believes in slow mornings and good conversation. I host a podcast called The Evolving Mosaic, where I talk about identity, belonging, and the beautiful, messy process of becoming.
If you're considering therapy, I know that first step can feel like a lot. I hope that by the time we meet, it already feels a little less like starting with a stranger and more like continuing a conversation.
My name is Shari Wofford. I am an LCSW with 18 years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life. I really enjoy listening to people. I know and enjoy getting down to the nitty-gritty and tackling the issues you want to address.
I strive to create a safe and accepting environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, boundaries, life changes, and medical stressors. My goal is to help you find healing solutions and work to develop assertive communication & boundaries. I want to help you improve your quality of life with yourself and relationships with those around you.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.

Many of the individuals and couples I work with are at a crossroads—frustrated, sometimes burnt out, and seeking practical, workable strategies for change. Therapy offers a dedicated, supportive space to identify obstacles and map a path toward meaningful personal growth.
With over 15 years of experience across healthcare, restorative justice, and outpatient settings, I provide telehealth therapy at Grow for adults and couples. My practice focuses on:
*Chronic Pain & Complex Medical Issues
*Anxiety & Phobias
*Fertility & Family Building Support
*LGBTQ+ & Gender-Affirming Care
*Eating Disorder/Substance Use Step-Down Maintenance: Supporting ongoing recovery from substance use or eating disorders following higher levels of care.
*Couples Therapy: Improving communication and relational dynamics (clinical outpatient focus only).
Practice Boundaries & Administrative Policies
To maintain a clear focus on clinical care, please review the following scope boundaries:
*Legal & Forensic Services: I do not provide forensic evaluations, court-ordered treatment, litigation support, or expert witness testimony for legal proceedings, divorce, or custody disputes.
*Disability & Administrative Paperwork: I do not perform disability evaluations or complete short/long-term disability claims; I do not write Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters.
*Telehealth & Medical Requirements: Virtual therapy for chronic pain, ARFID, or medical distress serves strictly as a complementary psychological service. Because virtual care lacks physical monitoring:
A. Clients with ARFID or eating disorders must maintain ongoing care with an in-person physician for routine medical safety.
B. Clients seeking pain reprocessing or somatic therapy must have their pain evaluated by a physician.
******If medical or psychiatric needs exceed virtual outpatient scope, I will assist with referrals to local in-person providers**************

This year I have taken a break from in-person therapy where I specialized in EMDR to more of a person-centered approach addressing men’s issues, as well as working mainly with with First Responders, Veterans, Active Duty personnel as well as couples.
I guide the client in the direction of healing or self actualization incorporating Cognitive Processing , Jungian therapy and Attachment-Based therapy. “Jungian”refers to the psychological doctrines and analytical therapy developed by the Swiss psychiatrist Carl Jung. It helps to uncover hidden forces driving human behavior by integrating the conscious and unconscious mind, ultimately striving toward authenticity and personal wholeness. Attachment Based therapy is a form of counseling that explores how your early childhood relationships with primary caregivers shape your adult attachment style.
In addition to individual therapy I have worked with couples using the Gottman Method. It is a structured, research-based approach to couples therapy developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman. It aims to disarm conflicting verbal communication, increase intimacy and respect, and remove barriers.
If you are seeing me through an EAP or have a limited amount of therapy sessions I also do Solution Focused Brief Therapy where we don’t look at the past as much as we look towards the future and what you want to envision. With my help you can get there.
My clinical experience has been providing individual therapy services to adolescents, adults and seniors. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief and family issues.
My goal is to create a space where clients can authentically express themselves without fear of judgment or misunderstanding and to empower individuals to present their true selves confidently to the world.
I aim to help clients embrace all parts of themselves as they heal and grow.
You are the narrator of your story and I am here to guide and help support you through your journey.
