I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma, depression, anxiety, life transition, attachment, and grief. I began working as a counselor because of my own past traumas and hardships. Through my darkest days of depression and suicidal ideations, I found Jesus. With God's grace and other professional support, I learned the tools and skills to walk a life of freedom. Living a life full of hope and peace is my desire for everyone I work with.

My approach is rooted in creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to help them uncover unhelpful patterns, explore their emotions, and build the skills needed to make lasting changes in their lives.
The impact of my work can be seen in the progress made by students overcoming behavioral challenges, parents finding relief from stress, and families strengthening their relationships. Hi there, I'm Alisha.
Do you feel that you have not discovered your purpose in life? Do you feel that life has handed you some obstacles that are unmanageable? Do you struggle with setting boundaries and self-care?
I believe therapy should be a safe place where you can be completely transparent, not feel judged, or feel uncomfortable when unpacking trauma or dealing with internal conflict. Most individuals benefit from working with a qualified and experienced therapist to assist with identifying their problem areas and finding effective solutions to resolve personal issues.
I follow the basic principles of the “golden rule,” which is to always treat others the way we would like to be treated. Life can definitely be a challenge and it is important to receive unconditional positive regard and support from an experienced counselor. So, whether you need assistance with a breakthrough or just need someone to talk with in a safe and therapeutic environment, I am the right fit for you!

Dealing with life struggles can be overwhelming and at times it can be exhausting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or emotionally exhausted, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself. You may know you need support but feel unsure of what to say or where to begin. That’s okay. Therapy is a place where you can start exactly where you are.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgment. Healing doesn’t require perfection—it requires honesty, patience, and compassion.
People and their stories have always deeply mattered to me. From an early age, I felt drawn to listening and understanding others, which naturally led me into this work. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural backgrounds. I strongly believe that progress is still progress, no matter how small, and every step forward deserves to be acknowledged.

My primary therapeutic approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which focuses on identifying unhelpful patterns, building coping skills, and creating meaningful change. Therapy is a collaborative process, and together we will work toward clarity, healing, and growth.
As C.S. Lewis said, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Your experiences are valid, your feelings matter, and your story deserves care. I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.l

Meeting clients where they are
It's important for therapists to be, first and foremost, real human beings in relation to clients. I know how to be a therapist. You know how to be you. I try to bring understanding and, when appropriate, humor into my work with people. Therapy is where you can try on different parts of yourself in a non-judgemental environment. What happens in session can reflect what you experience in your everday life. This provides you with perspective to live a more fufilling life. I work remotely, but find that this is not a barrier to real connection.
Hi, I'm Brittney Campos, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Texas and Oregon.
I work with individuals of all ages- offering support through the many challenges life can bring. I believe that during difficult times, we all can benefit from extra support—and while our experiences may have similarities, how we process and heal is unique to each person.
My approach is rooted in the belief that therapy should be tailored to fit you. I’m trained in a variety of therapeutic methods and understand that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you, providing guidance and support that align with your individual needs and strengths.
Together, we’ll explore what’s most important to you and collaboratively create goals that feel meaningful and achievable as we move through the therapeutic process.
I am me. I am resilient. I am organized. I am responsible. I am mature. I am a mother. I am a daughter. I am a sister. I am a cousin. I am a niece. I am dependable. I am a social worker. I am empathetic. I am patient. I am kind. I am calm. I am a doer. I am a way maker. I am me.
My background covers a wide range of experience working with individuals and groups of all ages, diverse backgrounds and circumstances, and in various professional settings and roles. The professional settings I have experience in range from non-profits, child/family services, crisis intervention, child/youth shelters, psychiatric hospitals, schools, and private counseling. I have worked in many roles as well, including case management, social worker, counselor, teacher, supervisor, director and administrator.
The most important thing to know about me is my belief that in all of my experience, the people involved who need help and support are much more capable of handling the issues in their life than they may feel like they are at the time they come to my office. I have worked with children, families, adolescents, and adults and this has always been true. Whatever circumstance or issue causes someone to seek help, my role is to assist that person in finding ways they can handle it and with better results for them and their life. I frequently remind clients that there is one thing that every low point in their life has in common: the low points change, they pass, and things are not always like that. Our job is to move that change in a direction that benefits you and will support you in a brighter future.

Since 2012, I’ve walked alongside clients in the U.S. and India as they’ve navigated life's turning points—moments of doubt, discovery, and deep transformation. I believe life unfolds in many shades. It’s not always fair or predictable, but with understanding and acceptance, we can find meaning and joy in even the most unexpected colors.
My experience spans working with children, young adults, college students, couples, individuals, and families across culturally diverse backgrounds. Whether it’s helping a teenager find their voice, guiding a couple through conflict, or supporting someone through personal growth, I create a safe, nonjudgmental space that nurtures insight and healing.
I hold onto the truth that obstacles often carry the seeds of growth. My role isn't to erase life’s challenges, but to support people in understanding them, responding with courage, and growing stronger in the process.
Nobody comes to therapy because they need someone to tell them to “think positive.” They come because they’re exhausted. Tired of anxiety or trauma calling the shots. Tired of burnout, addiction, or chaotic relationship patterns running the show. Tired of just surviving on autopilot. If you're looking for someone to hand you generic platitudes or passively nod while you vent, I am not your therapist. I work with people who are ready to actually change things.
Life is complicated enough; getting real help shouldn’t be. As a dual-licensed therapist (LPC & LCDC), I specialize in complex trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and mood disorders. My approach is straightforward, down-to-earth, and entirely BS-free. We’ll uncover the "why" behind what’s keeping you stuck, but we heavily focus on the "what now" with practical tools you can actually use in real life. I offer direct feedback, honest accountability, and zero clinical fluff. We won't just talk in circles about your past; we’ll untangle the chaos and build concrete strategies so your progress doesn't stay trapped in our sessions. Therapy isn't a quick checkbox or a single-session magic wand. It takes commitment. If you are ready to be called out on the patterns keeping you stuck, roll up your sleeves, and build a life that actually feels like yours, you’ll feel right at home here.

With over 25 years of experience as a counselor, mentor, and coach, I’ve had the privilege of empowering clients from all walks of life. From supporting traumatized child soldiers in Liberia to helping newlyweds in the United States rebuild connection, each person I’ve worked with has shaped me into the clinician I am today.
I work with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and family conflict. I believe therapy should create real change, not just conversation. You can expect a collaborative, active process — one where you’re supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow. I often provide homework between session assignments so you can continue making progress outside the therapy room. No one wants to stay stuck longer than they have to.

Hello, I'm M.L.
I believe as humans we all want something similar, to feel normal. We want, desire, and try our best to feel like everyone else. Yet, simultaneously we desire to be unique, special, and individualistic. I believe it is necessary to think of humans as puzzle pieces in order to fulfill both. While the pieces share the same geographical space as well as have the same manufacturer, they are unique and serve varying purposes. Do you belong at the top but are content being a side piece? Are you on the bottom when you were meant to be at the center of it all? Let's collaborate and find out where you belong. You may discover the only thing wrong was where you (as a puzzle piece) tried to fit in.
In therapy, I collaborate with the expert on the client (you), identify obstacles, and come up with strategies for working toward your goals. I do this by first remaining curious about you as a client as well as your perspective of the issue. I serve to remind clients that everything in life does not have to feel good in order to end with good results.
You can't fix something that you don’t see. In a world of selfies no one is willing to look at any angle that doesn’t compliment their cuteness. What if you could see your truest self? The natural, emotional, relational, and spiritual you through a 3-way full body mirror. Imagine what would be possible. Good therapy, is a mirror into your soul.
Hi! I am a PsyD and LPC based in Texas. As an LPC, I am your ally on a transformative journey. Together, we navigate the complexities of anxiety, spirituality, self-esteem, and life transitions fostering resilience and self-love. Whether we're untangling the threads of anxiety, exploring the depths of spirituality, or cultivating a positive sense of self, my role is to provide unwavering support.
I am a Louisiana native and a Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing in Texas and Georgia. I bring over a decade of honorable military service and more than six years of clinical experience across partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient (IOP) programs, mental health group facilitation, and private practice.
I've been practicing since 2020. I completed an Associate of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Master of Science in Clinical Counseling Psychology, and am currently working towards a Doctorate in Psychology at Keiser University. She is certified in Anger Management. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor adventures, good television, arts and crafts, spending time with my family, and concerts, operas, and plays.
I built my practice on a simple belief: people deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and understood. My work in clinical psychology is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s story. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, healing from trauma, or simply trying to make sense of a difficult season in life, I aim to create an environment where they can breathe, settle, and begin the work of growth.
Clients often describe me as steady, approachable, and easy to talk to. I value clear communication, gentle guidance, and a collaborative approach that honors each person’s strengths. My practice is designed to feel welcoming from the very first interaction — from the intake process to ongoing sessions — because I know how vulnerable it can be to reach out for help.
I’m drawn to evidencebased care that still leaves room for humanity. I enjoy learning new therapeutic tools, refining clinical systems, and creating a practice that feels both professional and deeply personal. My goal is always the same: to help people feel safe enough to explore, supported enough to heal, and empowered enough to move forward.
Outside of session, I stay curious about the human experience — reading, learning, and exploring ideas in psychology, wellness, and personal growth. At the heart of my work is a genuine belief in people: their resilience, their capacity to change, and the meaningful transformations that happen when they feel truly supported.

I have nearly a decade of experience working with adults, teenagers, children, and couples facing depression, anxiety, and life changes.
Hello there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in August 2008 and a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling in 2015, both from Sam Houston State University. For the last 10 years, I have served victims of crime in their country of origin, refugees, and immigrants in a humanitarian crisis. I offer mental health services to patients with stress disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma and abuse-related disorders, self-esteem and confidence disorders, & personality disorders.
I’m passionate about walking with people as they navigate healing, growth, and self-discovery—especially those in communities that have often been overlooked or underserved. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a variety of roles: school teacher, parole officer, child protective services investigator, state benefits worker, and therapy aide for individuals with brain injuries. Each experience deepened my understanding of resilience, empathy, and the importance of community connection.
In our work together, no concern is “too small.” This is your space to feel seen, heard, and supported as you sort through the things that matter most to you. I see therapy as a collaborative process—we’ll work together to explore your strengths, challenges, and goals, at a pace that feels right for you.
My counseling style is flexible and eclectic, pulling from different therapeutic approaches to fit your needs. Whether we’re focusing on reflection, problem-solving, or new ways of coping, the goal is to create a plan that feels authentic and useful to you. I consider it an honor to be part of your journey and look forward to supporting you along the way.
