Elite & Professional Athletes: As a former Division I athlete, Jamaika understands the pressure, identity challenges, and performance demands athletes face. She enjoys working with athletes at all levels, whether they’re striving to stay at the top of their game or transitioning into life beyond sport.
Domestic Violence & Abuse Survivors: Jamaika provides a safe, supportive space for individuals healing from emotional, physical, mental, or sexual abuse. She helps clients reclaim their voice, rebuild confidence, and move forward in their healing process.
Substance Use & Addictions: Jamaika works with clients struggling with alcohol or drug misuse, helping them identify patterns and develop healthier coping strategies for lasting change.
Her therapeutic approach is flexible and tailored to each client’s needs. She draws from a variety of modalities, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused treatments like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). If faith and spirituality are important to a client, Jamaika is happy to incorporate Christian-based counseling upon request. Ultimately, her goal is for authentic healing for each of her clients.
