Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.
As a Licensed Psychotherapist serving clients in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Texas, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and reconnection. I believe that true healing is not just about the mind, but also about honoring the body and nurturing the spirit. This belief has shaped my Somatic Insight Therapeutic Approach—one that gently invites you back into relationship with yourself.
With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I have seen how powerful it can be when we slow down and begin to listen to what the body is holding. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences with curiosity and compassion. By weaving together mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help you tune into your emotions, understand your nervous system, and move through your experiences at a pace that feels right for you.
Our work together is collaborative and personalized. We may integrate reflective conversation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, build self-awareness, and find a sense of grounding and steadiness within. My intention is to support you in feeling more at home in yourself—more connected, more resourced, and more empowered in your healing.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with care and intention, as you rediscover your strength, reclaim your story, and move toward a deeper sense of balance, peace, and wholeness.
Do you need someone to talk to, and someone to listen? Are you ready to make some changes in your life? You may need help dealing with struggles and challenges of day-to-day life. If so, you have just made an important step in the change process and are on your way to improved self-awareness and growth. I am an experienced, compassionate and caring counselor who helps people live better lives. Working with the right counselor can help you change your life and your relationships. You do not have to do this alone. By working together, we decide how to achieve your personal goals, even if you don't know what they are yet.
As a licensed professional counselor with a warm and personable approach, I specialize in providing solution focused counseling, bringing over 20 years of experience working with couples, families, and individuals. I believe in the humanistic approach and treat everyone with respect and compassion. I work with clients of all ages.
It can be hard to put your trust in someone else. I strive to create a comfortable environment that supports you voicing your concerns openly and honestly. My goal is to help you achieve behavioral and emotional growth while restoring harmony and balance in your life. Feel free to call to schedule an appointment. Available: weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

For over fifteen years, I have provided therapy and psychological testing in a variety of settings from private practices to doctor's offices, college counseling centers, and community mental health. My approach is to combine the best of psychotherapy with Christian theology to help others live the abundant life that is found in Jesus. I believe the mind, body, and spirit can all have an impact on a person's functioning, and it's my approach to address those areas that are limiting one's functioning.
I have several years of experience supporting clients through life’s challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, family conflict, parenting concerns, and substance use. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space—one where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without fear of judgment. Together, we will work at your pace to explore what’s going on, build coping tools, and help you move toward the life you want.

Since moving to Houston 12 years ago, I completed my graduate degree at the University of Houston, where I practiced therapy mostly with people suffering from trauma, anxiety, and grief. I taught courses to graduate students at the University of Houston on Spirituality and Aging, Group therapy, Grief/Bereavement therapy and Research Methodology.
My deep dedication to the understanding and acceptance of the most diverse human existential experiences and challenges has led me to explore a wide array of aspects and sources of knowledge both scientific (evidence-based), but also those stemming from the creative processes of making music, literature, film, and art. My basic belief is that ultimate healing and balance comes from the inward, often unpleasant, but deeply rewarding journey into ourselves that incorporates our habits and thoughts, but also our physical existence, emotional dynamic and spiritual needs and values. My goal as a therapist is to be a reliable, trusted companion in this journey of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
Hi there! I'm Todd.
Do you feel stuck in life? Frozen with indecision? Crushed by emotions you'd rather not have?
I can help with that.
I may be a licensed expert in multiple matters of mental health, but I believe that there is no greater expert about you than you.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort. We will identify concerns that you have, figure out what hasn't worked in the past and what has, and then add additional tools to the mix to create the best possible outcome.
We will work with the mind, body, and spirit and strive to restore balance to all.
My name is Danielle McGowan, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have experience working with all age individuals in their crisis, trauma, or desire for change. I specialize in adjustment, trauma, grief, anxiety, and understanding behavior patterns that are set from childhood and family systems. Suicidal ideation, depression, life change, and chronic mental health diagnosis are also some of my expertise.
The most common practices include cognitive behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, solution-focused, trauma focused CBT, attachment, motivational interviewing, and grief work. I appreciate using psychodynamic and family systems therapies in order to help my clients understand their engrained perspective of the world around them from their past experiences.
I am comfortable working with various levels of trauma and life experiences. I am also comfortable working with first responders, health and wellness professionals, educators, veterans, students, parents, grandparents, and people handling unexpected life changes.
I provide an easy-to-engage environment that is down-to-earth and client-led. Things are discussed at a pace comfortable for the client. Telepsych sessions only, which allow for sessions to be held conveniently.
