Hi — Hola. I’m Andrea Gonzalez, I’m really glad you’re here!
I’ve spent over eight years supporting both youth and adults. And because trauma has impacted my life as well, I deeply understand how it can shape the nervous system—fueling overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and that persistent feeling of “never good enough.” I share this simply to let you know you’re not alone—I truly understand, and I’ve been in a similar place.
My approach is warm, trauma informed and bilingual (Spanish/English). We’ll work with your story and your nervous system using attachment-focused work, inner-child exploration, mindfulness, mind-body connection work, narrative therapy, and trauma informed care. I take a holistic view—mind, body, and heart—and, if it resonates, we can integrate spirituality and energy-based practices to deepen healing and self-trust.
Together, we’ll create a steady, supportive space where you can set down what feels heavy, calm your nervous system, and build practical tools you can actually use—boundaries you can maintain, a gentler inner voice, and healthier relationship patterns. We’ll move at your pace, while still doing meaningful work that creates real change—so you can feel more clear, more grounded, and more like yourself.
Hi there, I'm Tonya.
Do you feel like you need someone to talk to but feel like no one understands you?
Carl Rogers said, “We think we listen, but very rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy.
I am committed to creating a space where the client feels seen and heard.
I have a unique counseling style that allows clients to quickly engage in the therapeutic process. Helping clients find a deeper understanding of themselves is my focus. I guide the client through their journey of self-awareness with cognitive restructuring combined with a person-centered approach.
Do you feel overwhelmed and mentally depleted? Our thoughts, emotions, and behavior are guided by our internal compass. Sometimes we need to check our compass and make sure we are going in the right direction. This internal compass is the lens through which we see ourselves, and the world and influences our decisions.
A shift in the thought process opens the door for healing and clarity of thought. I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can gain the self-awareness you need to work through your struggles and move forward with your life. Let's work together!
Hey there! I'm Paige, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in the sunny state of Florida. My passion lies in empowering individuals who are prepared to embark on a transformative journey toward a brighter future. With a wealth of experience spanning various demographics and challenges, I specialize in supporting those navigating neurodiversity (such as Autism and ADHD), trauma (including survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence), substance abuse, and the complexities of anxiety and depression.
I am a licensed therapist helping individuals navigate anxiety, relationships, and life transitions with clarity and confidence. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard, and I combine evidence-based practices with real-world understanding to support meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're feeling stuck or simply want to grow, I’m here to help you move forward. My path to becoming a therapist began with a deep curiosity about human behavior and a strong desire to help others feel seen, understood, and empowered. Through my own life experiences and academic journey, I witnessed the profound impact that compassionate, skilled support can have on a person’s healing and growth. I pursued formal training in Social Work, earning my degree from The University of Alabama, and completed extensive clinical experience in diverse settings—from community mental health to private practice. Along the way, I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based practices and a deep appreciation for the unique stories each client brings into the room. Becoming a provider has been both a personal and professional calling. It’s a privilege to walk alongside clients on their journey, helping them navigate challenges, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more fulfilling and authentic life.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 13 years of experience providing compassionate care in Texas. My academic journey began at Texas State University, where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, followed by a Master's degree from Our Lady of the Lake University, focusing on Services to Families.
Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including as a therapist for children and families, at a substance abuse treatment facility, and within community organizations. These diverse experiences have enriched my understanding and equipped me to address the complex challenges clients face.
My practice is deeply rooted in empathy and a strong commitment to healing. I support children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, substance abuse, and life stressors. I also assist clients in navigating grief, life transitions, and complex relationship dynamics. Having grown up in a military family, I possess unique insights into the challenges faced by military families, enabling me to offer specialized support and empathy to those navigating the complexities of military life.
I utilize evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to help clients overcome struggles and achieve positive outcomes.
Life's challenges can feel like a relentless storm, leaving us feeling adrift and overwhelmed. In these moments, we may feel lost, with no clear direction or sense of safety. However, even the most powerful storms have an end. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore your feelings and find your way through the storm. You don't have to face these challenges alone; I am here to walk with you every step of the way. Together, we will navigate these turbulent waters, uncovering your strength and resilience.
Treat others the way you want to be treated is the motto I live by. I want to be treated kindly, I want to be heard and I want to feel I matter. This is how I will treat you, without strings or hesitation.
I have a story just as you do. I have been lucky to choose a career that has enabled me to know when I need to talk to someone, enabled me to learn and use coping skills that work and has also enabled me to see the beauty through the broken pieces.
Growing up I was a nosey child, I always wanted to know the "why", I still do! This personality trait led me on a path where I have been able to meet people from all walks of life, people who seemingly burned every bridge walked over, people with no hope as well as people who just were going through a rough patch. All these individuals have helped me become the person and the therapist I am today.
I am truly excited to hear people’s story, restore faith and be the constant in people’s lives. Give me a chance to hear your story, you are not alone!

Hello, I’m Mia, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Fort Worth, Texas. I’ve been in practice for the past four years and hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Tarleton State University and a master’s degree in professional counseling from Texas Wesleyan University.
I’m a therapist who deeply values self-awareness, empathy, honesty, and accountability—both in my sessions and in my own life. I truly appreciate those small, genuine moments when a client and I can resonate and realize we’ve shared similar experiences—because, let’s be honest, most of us have been there a time or two. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where clients can share their stories, feel heard and validated, and be met with understanding rather than judgment or shame. Above all else, I want clients to feel seen and supported as human beings.
I’ve always been the person others naturally open up to, often hearing, “You just seem like someone I can talk to.” It turns out, they were right—and I feel grateful to now do this work professionally.
If you’ve been feeling stuck or struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or low self-worth due to life’s stressors, transitions, or past trauma, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Together, we can explore ways to reduce those symptoms and create a path forward.
Many people tell me, “I just want to go back to who I was before everything changed.” The truth is, there’s no going back—only growth, healing, and learning new ways to move forward toward peace and fulfillment.
I enjoy working with women of all ages—whether navigating early adulthood, career transitions, divorce, or rebuilding after trauma—to help them reconnect with themselves and rediscover their strength.

I received my license to practice marriage and family therapy in Texas in 1995. Over the years I've had the opportunity to work successfully with many different types of clients.
I am experienced with mood disorders including depression and bipolar disorder. Anxiety, and adjustment disorders are quite common. We are all products of our family and culture so these issues are discussed in individual and couples counseling sessions.
Because my specialty is marriage and family counseling, I sometimes work with couples or with several family members in the counseling session. If you are seeking marital therapy, then you are already aware of how complex it is to resolve problems to satisfy both of you. I want you to know that it is possible to unravel the issues and resolve them. All that is required is honesty – primarily with yourself – and a bit of work. We have seen many couples return to a peaceful and satisfying marriage.
My counseling style is relaxed, but very direct. I prefer for clients to come to counseling weary of how things are going and prepared to begin changing their life.
I practice solution-oriented and CBT counseling techniques which means that we work hard to ensure you come to as few sessions as possible. Many clients report 6 to 10 sessions are sufficient to provide mastery over the symptoms that brought them to therapy.
Integrity, honesty and decency are keys to success and it is my commitment to bring these characteristics to each session.

I work to listen deeply to both your words and your nervous system responses, paying attention to patterns and emotions that may be shaped by past experiences. Please note: While I have extensive experience supporting adults with ADD, ADHD, and autism, I do not provide formal diagnoses or prescribe medication. Additionally, I am not able to provide Emotional Support Animal letters, as this is outside my scope of clinical practice.

I am a practical, and down-to-earth individual. As a clinician, I help families, young adults, couples, and individuals by providing a safe and non-judgmental space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach to therapy is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on their unique needs and goals.
