Hi, I’m Katrina! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have been practicing for over 10 years. I help people who are overwhelmed, stressed, struggling with relationships, or dealing with a life transition or change (experiencing loss, changing jobs, starting college, etc.). I have extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, but happily work with clients of all ages. My counseling style is empathic and encouraging. I believe that in most situations, everyone does the best that they can with what they have – moments that don’t go well tell us where help is needed or what skills we can build to help next time. I began my experience working on a child/adolescent psychiatric unit and with children in a residential placement program. Since that time, I have spent the last 6 years working with military members and their families. I have worked with individuals and couples with a wide range of concerns, such as: depression, anxiety, work/school stress, relationship issues, grief and loss, career challenges, past and current trauma, and abuse.

Hi! I'm Jen Tucker, a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about serving others. I'm a military veteran and a military spouse. I'm also a wife, mom, and soon-to-be grandmother. I've been through a lot in my life. Most of you have too. After all, you find yourself here looking for something. It is my firm belief that each and every one of us has tremendous potential. We all have unique talents and skills, honed and sharpened through our life experiences. These experiences, while crucial to shaping us, can also leave us hurt, confused, numb, or insecure. It is paramount that we stop along our journey to take stock, address our needs, heal, and refocus. Sometimes, we realize we may benefit from having extra support or guidance through these moments. That is where therapy can help. Throughout my counseling career, I have had the privilege of being able to walk beside clients as they process the past, learn to be comfortable in the present, and get excited for the future. I am certified in trauma and DBT, and treat clients with a wide range of concerns. Whether you feel ready to dive into therapy, or you are just contemplating the idea, I'd love to hear from you. I am currently accepting video clients for individual therapy. If you aren't ready to make contact, I have some resources available for self-reflection. Check out my blog at NotWavingButDrowning.org or my TikTok @MHMinute, where you'll find videos on a variety of mental health topics.

Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your finances, your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? My name is Blair Mead, and I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery aspect of surviving trauma. With this focus in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based approach, where clients seeking support grounded in Christianity and the Bible can feel free to express themselves. I know all too well the challenges that modern parenting presents; I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I like to focus on parental needs as much as the children's needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. In my experience, effective behavior plans that are tailored to the family's specific needs often yield good results, and as the therapist, I'm here to help parents to make sure they are being consistent by tracking their progress in measurable ways. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, and giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.

As a child, Jermain was exposed to community violence, and an unstable home because of substance use, neglect, and extreme bullying. Through God’s grace Jermain was able to overcome his emotional challenges and went on to serve in the United States Army for over 6 years. TaMara brings a wealth of experience in an unconventional way. As a former owner of a home healthcare company, that primarily provided services to the elderly, TaMara found herself assisting families, particularly adult children, who had to make tough healthcare and financial decisions for their parent(s). She helped families establish goals on how best to support their parents in maintaining dignity and independence while simultaneously identifying the next steps in the event of their parents’ passing. While families had to come to terms with the physical, mental, and/or psychological changes seen in their parents, taking on the parental role was quite emotionally challenging for adult children. TaMara supported the entire family in managing these delicate issues.

I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. I am very excited to work with clients that have been experiencing family conflict issues, along with anxiety and depression, and help tackle issues in their present day, personal and professional life’s. My style of therapy includes the importance of mind/body, physical, spiritual, and emotional health. In the years practicing as a clinician I have learned many therapeutic styles, and techniques that helps target individual problems also on the relational levels as well, working with individuals on intimacy issues and helping them increase communication skills effectively and have helped many couples and families restore healthy forms of communication. I truly love/enjoy neuroscience (overall brain health education) and have multiple trainings in this. I enjoy teaching my clients about the importance of brain health and how the body functions with the brain, and how certain mental health traits happen based on the chemistry of the brain, along with encouraging clients to practice self care, emotional regulation, and being able to think about ways of exercising healthy brain health. Your health is wealth! :)

Hello, my name is Elizabeth DeLullo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Pennsylvania. One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. You know what you want out of life and you know when you are not getting it. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life. Sometimes all it takes if for you to feel heard, understood, and feel validated. Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist and together we will focus on your strengths and help you understand your worthiness was never in question. Other times you may require more skills and techniques to learn in order to overcome your concerns and issues. My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women's issues, OCD symptoms, agoraphobia, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I also volunteered at a Hospice and did my internship there and have knowledge in grief and bereavement therapies. I have also worked with incarcerated individuals going in and out of the prison system. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Ashford University and my Masters in Science In Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have over 11 years experience working with people from age 4 to 89. I am blessed as these people taught me so much and I love the work I do. I am of the belief that the way we think directly affects the way we feel. I also use a person centered approach, meaning I follow my client's lead and the direction they wish to take. The great thing is, is that there are so many different sets of skills and interventions to utilize, we will work together to find the ones that work best for you. It all depends on each individual's specific needs and wants.

I am interested in your life story so far, how it unfolded, and how it impacts you today. Hi. My name is Anna Rose Derewicz and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I hold an advanced Master’s degree in Counseling from the University of Scranton in PA. I see each person as having their unique life story of childhood experiences, family dynamics, relationships, pivotal moments in life and unique experiences that shape what they are experiencing in the present. Unresolved feelings and emotions from various levels of trauma, unmet needs, betrayals, and a multitude of unresolved conflicts can leave a person overwhelmed and feeling stuck. As a trained counselor in trauma and anxiety and as someone who has experienced a personal medical trauma, I understand how various types of traumatic events and/or circumstances can affect every aspect of your life. A few of the issues that sometimes present in therapy are: Guilt and shame, chaotic childhood, codependency, dysfunctional family systems, boundary issues, resiliency issues, low self worth, neglect and abuse, the imposture syndrome and more. My experience as a school counselor, educator, and community counselor has given me insight into the multitude of factors that can impact a person and the trajectory of their life. I am passionate about forming a collaborative partnership with each client to help them untangle the issues, process their emotions in a healthy way, gain productive insight and transform his/her life. I have over 20 years’ experience as a counselor and educator. My specialties include trauma, family dynamics/issues, relational issues, parenting, single parenting, divorce, and career change.

Employed in the field of social and mental health services for 30 years. Working in a variety of settings has offered me the opportunity to understand human behavior and in general what makes people tick. This may sound odd to the lay person but my vast working experiences in places like foster care, drug and alcohol, mobile mental health services to children in their own home has truly prepared me to get a really good sense of how to get to the root of the problem and provide the necessary support to clients not strictly coming from an academic viewpoint. Specialized training in theoretical orientations such as Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavior Therapies have enhanced my professional skill set in a way that provides clients with specific tools in an effort to reconcile patient's presenting symptoms and allow the patient to be self-reliant and recognize the power within themselves to create the wonderful life they may not yet known for themselves that they can have if they are intentional and committed to the work of therapy.
