Establishing a relationship with a therapist you can trust can be one of the most important steps you can take in your healing journey. As a therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel safe to be your authentic self and make progress toward who you are becoming as you grow through life’s challenges.
If you choose to partner with me in your healing journey, you will find yourself in a collaborative relationship with a skilled and experienced therapist, who is motivated by the transformative power of compassion and empathy while delivering evidence-based care.
I'm Eugene Garmon. I work with people who may look like they have it all together but are carrying more than others realize. My work often focuses on men, athletes, and people navigating anxiety, depression, or major life changes. I understand that opening up can take time, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. I aim to make our conversations feel comfortable and honest so we can understand what's going on and find a way forward together.
Welcome! Whether you are beginning your therapeutic journey for the first time or returning to continue your progress, I am so glad you’re here. I create a relaxed atmosphere with an informal, friendly communication style, allowing you to express yourself freely. I work alongside you, guiding and supporting your journey with an approach tailored to your needs, and your feedback is invaluable for productive sessions. In our sessions, you will find a compassionate and non-judgmental space where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My goal is to support you as we work together to uncover insights, develop coping strategies, and empower you to live the life you desire.
Please note, the first session you schedule will be a 30 minute "intake" appointment. This will serve as a consultation to evaluate our fitness as client and provider. Your insurance will not be billed and you will not be charged for this as it is not considered a clinical service. Thank you!

Hi, I'm Anthony, a licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I believe therapy is most effective when you feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where you can show up as yourself and explore what matters most to you. With over three years of experience, I use a holistic, integrative approach that considers the whole person and tailors therapy to your unique needs. Together, we’ll build insight, develop practical tools, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.
For many years, I worked as a retail manager, where I gained valuable insight into human behavior, conflict resolution, and the importance of mentoring others through life's challenges. Those experiences taught me that every person has a unique story, and with the right support and perspective, they can discover the strength and wisdom they already possess. I approach each person with honesty, compassion, an open mind, and a willingness to think outside the box. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all solutions, I believe in helping people uncover the answers that align with their own journey, empowering them to recognize their strengths and make meaningful connections that foster growth and healing. My role is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's questions and challenges. Drawing from both my professional background and my own lived experiences, I strive to provide guidance, encouragement, and a safe space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with purpose.

Whether you're navigating a long-standing hurdle or a new life transition, I bring two decades of insight to help you find your footing and move forward.

Hello, I am James a Licensed Professional Counselor. I have over twenty years experience working with adults, teens and families across a range of settings, including outpatient, partial, drug and alcohol, home and schools. I enjoy working with adults and older teens struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family struggles, life transitions, or realizing something that worked before is no longer. Hi there! I'm assuming you made it to my page because life has gotten particularly difficult and you're searching for some sort of direction or confirmation that "you are not crazy for feeling that way". We are not crazy for feeling - and therapy can help assist you in understanding why some emotions are more difficult to feel than others. Recovery is about learning tolerance; not forgetting and dismissing your experiences. I am experienced in working in both outpatient offices and inpatient hospital settings where I support clients in addressing issues stemming from generational trauma, relationships, grief and loss, life adjustments, substance use / other addictions, anxiety, and serious mental illness. I view therapy as a process that requires learning about vulnerability and accountability and then applying both for results.
I believe in a holistic approach to care, applying basic principles and steps to achieve
overall wellness. Considering a person’s physical, mental, emotional, and social health
profile is my approach to help clients meet their mental and behavioral health goals
and needs. I will assist with identifying negative thought patterns, as well as with implementing
a plan which includes healthy lifestyle habits, coping skills , and practices to overcome
barriers to leading a healthy lifestyle.

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and have worked as a therapist treating adults in individual and group therapy for 4 years. I specialize in anxiety, grief, and trauma. My approach includes therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Prolonged Exposure, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Narriative Therapy, and Gestalt Therapy. I'm always looking to expand my approach to best support my clients. My experience has been with community mental heath, two CIRC programs, and providing short term grief therapy at the Medical Examiner's office. Each of these have provided me with greater understanding of the system of care of Philadelphia and the reality of navigating it especially when resources can be nonexistent for housing or other basic needs. My specialities in grief and trauma are two sides of the same coin - intense loss can be traumatic. This philosophy is central to how I approach supporting clients in their journey. Both need to be address to help the healing really start.

The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies.
When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them.

I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years. I have a real heart to walk alongside you to encourage, support, and empower you to move forward in your recovery needs. I graduated from Liberty University in 2014 with an MA in Professional Counseling and completed a Doctoral program specializing in treating trauma-related challenges. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

You might be here because life feels heavier than it should, your thoughts won’t slow down, or you’re tired of trying to hold everything together on your own. As a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania, I work with people who are navigating stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self‑doubt, and the everyday challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck.
My approach is down‑to‑earth and collaborative. I don’t believe in one‑size‑fits‑all therapy — your experiences, your pace, and your goals matter. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way, build practical tools you can use in real life, and create space for you to feel understood without judgment.
I draw from evidence‑based practices, but just as importantly, I bring compassion, curiosity, and respect for your unique story. Whether you’re working on managing emotions, improving focus, building confidence, or simply trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more capable, and more connected to the life you want to live.
Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that first step feel as comfortable as possible. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. Many of my clients are used to feeling overwhelmed, overthinking, struggling to keep up with responsibilities, or wondering why things that seem easy for others feel so much harder. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to those challenges while building practical skills that fit your life and your goals.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client's strengths, experiences, and values. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, balancing support with practical strategies that help you create meaningful and lasting change.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients feel respected and understood.
Whether you're looking to improve relationships, manage ADHD or anxiety, navigate a difficult transition, or simply gain a better understanding of yourself, you don't have to do it alone. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools you can begin using in your everyday life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being.
Hi, I'm Nick! I specialize in helping people navigate the complexities of relationships, divorce, and dating. Whether you're struggling to make a relationship work, facing the uncertainty of divorce, or trying to rebuild your confidence and find meaningful connections afterward, I'm here to help you move forward.
My approach to therapy is direct, practical, and focused on meaningful change. I believe that understanding our struggles is important, but understanding alone isn't always enough. Real progress happens when we take what we've learned about ourselves and put it into action.
Having experienced divorce and the challenges of dating myself, I understand how overwhelming these transitions can feel. I also know that it's possible to come out the other side with greater confidence, clarity, and a renewed sense of purpose.
My goal is to help you do exactly that: understand what's holding you back, identify what you truly want, and develop the confidence and skills to build a life and relationships you're proud of.
Asking for help is hard. When life gets to be overwhelming, talking about the issues can help organize your thoughts. The therapeutic relationship is the most important tool we'll use! We'll work on building trust, a sense of safety, and open communication to identify how we can improve on your already existing coping skills, supports, and knowledge. I utilize an eclectic approach to best meet your needs. I believe that being kind and compassionate with yourself is the first step to healing and creating change.
I enjoy providing therapy for women and adolescents 14 and up. I love working with women and teens on issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and relationship/family problems. I can offer compassion and a safe space to explore what's going wrong and what we can do about it.
Taking the first step is the hardest. I'd love to work with you on your journey to improved mental health.
Hi there! I’m Avia James, a Licensed Professional Counselor licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, with over 10 years of experience supporting people through anxiety, life transitions, grief, and relationship challenges. First off, I want to say how proud I am of you for making it this far. Taking that first step toward seeking support can be really tough, and if you’ve done that, you’re already moving in the right direction.
If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed by your emotions, or just not quite like yourself lately, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in your way and uncover strengths you might not even realize you have yet. My approach is flexible and tailored to your unique needs and personality, using a variety of evidence-based tools that fit you best.
What matters most to me is creating a warm, safe space where you can be honest and authentic without judgment. Therapy is a journey, and I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and practical skills you can use both in and outside of our sessions. Whether it’s learning to manage anxiety, navigating difficult transitions, or working through grief or relationship struggles, I’ll be with you every step of the way.
Thank you so much for considering me as your counselor. I truly look forward to getting to know you and being part of your self-growth journey!
