I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging struggles. My areas of specialty include substance use disorders, process addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. I also have a strong background working with first responders, military service members, and their families, understanding the unique stressors, cultural dynamics, and mental health challenges.
I approach therapy with a client-centered and individualized perspective. I understand that no two journeys are the same, and I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space. My goal is to help you identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain insight into the underlying factors that may be influencing your behaviors and emotional responses.
In my work with substance use and process addictions, I focus on helping clients build resilience, identify triggers, and strengthen tools for relapse prevention. When supporting clients with eating disorders, I combine compassionate support with evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. I also specialize in trauma-focused care, helping individuals process painful experiences in a safe and structured way, reducing emotional distress, and building emotional regulation skills.
Working with first responders and military clients, I understand the high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and unique cultural factors that can impact mental health. I provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to support emotional well-being while honoring the unique identity and experiences of each client.
Whether you are seeking to process trauma, heal from addiction, manage anxiety or depression, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, fosters personal growth, and empowers you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. You are not alone in this journey, and change is possible.
I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Hi, I'm Adam.
Do you feel your past or present are holding you back from experiencing happiness, joy, and peace? Do you believe that there is no light at the end of the tunnel for what you are going through? If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, I am here to tell you that you can find those feelings again and there is a light at the end of the tunnel because everything you need is already within you. I am just here to help you find those tools and remove all the clutter. I am here to help you face the difficult challenges that life is throwing at you and face them with confidence and better understanding of what you can do to live your life the way you want to.
I’ve been working with individuals for nearly 20 years, and if there’s one thing I know for sure, it’s this: none of us are meant to do this alone.
Sitting one-on-one with someone as they untangle their story is work I don’t take lightly. It’s an honor. Over the years, I’ve supported people through burnout, transitions, grief, relationship shifts, identity questions, and those quieter seasons where you just know something needs to change, even if you can’t name it yet.
I also have advanced training in trauma and ADHD, which means I understand how deeply our nervous systems, past experiences, and unique wiring shape the way we move through the world. Whether you’re navigating the impact of trauma or trying to make sense of an ADHD brain in a world that doesn’t always accommodate it, we’ll approach your work with both compassion and practical insight.
Individual therapy is powerful. There is something sacred about having a space that is entirely yours — where you don’t have to perform, hold it together, or take care of anyone else. I also believe people need people and that is why I lead women's groups and retreats as well.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we’re all just trying to get home — home to ourselves. Home to steadiness, clarity, belonging, and alignment. My role is to walk alongside you as you reconnect with that place inside you that already knows the way.

Hello! I am from the state of Michigan but I also have licenses in Utah and Pennsylvania. I have been in practice for 6 years. I work with people 16 and up, both online and in person. I have a passion for helping people who are struggling whether that be trying to navigate a big life change or just being the best version of yourself for you, not everyone around you.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have been in the field, helping people make positive changes in their lives for 11 years; 7 as a Case Manager and 5 as a Clinician. I have experience working with population suffering from: substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, abuse, Domestic Violence, codependency issues, relationship struggles, self- esteem issues, communication, parenting, and open to working with anyone wanting to work with me.
Hello, I’m Dr. J, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a PhD in Social Work and specialized training in mental health education and complex trauma. I bring both clinical expertise and a deep personal understanding of how chronic stress, identity shifts, and emotional overwhelm impact daily life and relationships. I am a wife, mother to two young adults, and grandmother so I understand how you feel.
I specialize in working with women who often appear capable, organized, and “on top of things” on the outside, while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and emotionally exhausted. Many of the women I work with are balancing the demands of parenting, work, and relationships while quietly struggling with burnout, identity loss, and the mental load of motherhood.
In our work together, I help you slow down and make sense of what is happening beneath the surface. Many women come to therapy feeling like they are constantly “on” mental overloaded, or unable to rest even when they have the space to do so. Together, we explore how chronic stress is showing up in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and nervous system.
A central focus of my work is helping you reconnect with yourself. Many women describe feeling disconnected from their identity outside of caregiving roles. Therapy becomes a space to explore who you are now, what you need, and how to create a life that feels more balanced.
I also support women in navigating relationship changes that often occur during motherhood, including communication challenges, emotional disconnect, and shifting roles within partnerships. As you begin to understand your emotional patterns, you may notice meaningful changes in how you show up in your daily life.
Therapy with me is a supportive space where you do not have to hold everything together on your own. I'm here for you.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty.
Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s
Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused
on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care
deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the
healing power of being truly witnessed.
In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic,
narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship
itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning,
connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.

I believe that we are essentially equipped with insight on who we are and passion to learn more about ourselves in order for use to lead healthy lives. But sometimes the picture is unclear or hidden under other things in our lives. In order to unveil and begin the journey of leading healthier lives, it is important for me to create a space that is open-minded, non-judgmental and a unconditional positive experience when someone shares their personal story or experiences with me. Our relationship with our self and others has worth and is useful to explore in counseling.
My broad spectrum of specialties includes addressing and treating Trauma, utilizing EMDR and trauma focused therapies.
I also have extensive experience in Addiction treatment, Anxiety and Panic Attacks, Depression, Sleep Hygiene, and Understanding the Mind and Body Connection. She also has experience in treating eating disorders and women's issues in mid-life surrounding perimenopause and menopause.

I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life.
Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share. I enjoy working together with clients to help the find peace in their lives. We all encounter struggles throughout our lives and sometimes we need to process our situations with a trusted individual so we can recover and experience the fullness of our lives. Let us start your path to healing.
Hi, I'm Michelle. Are you feeling overwhelmed by the pressures and stress of life? Do you have life changes and/or transitions that have increased your worry and affected your moods? Taking the first step to begin therapy may feel intimidating. However, it may be the journey that brings you the peace and insight you need to begin living life in a positive direction.
I have over 10 years' experience in working with children, adolescents and adults. There are many reasons people seek therapy. Whether life transitions, grief, anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles together we will explore how this impacts you and your daily life.
Maybe you are struggling to manage and understand your child’s moods and behaviors? Is your child feeling anxious, depressed, or lacking self-confidence? Are your child's behaviors impacting your family? Parenting is hard! It can be even more challenging if your child struggles with emotional and/or behavioral problems. As a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor, I will work with you to ensure you and your child have the support and skills to be successful.
