My passion is working with children, teenagers, young adults, couples and families to process trauma and difficult experiences so they can experience growth and healing within themselves and their relationships. Through my work with individuals and family's I have learned the deep importance of understanding "what has happened" to people rather than viewing people through the lens of "what is wrong with people". Likewise, the importance of understanding one's family of origin and how this shapes our views of people and the world and impacts how we relate with people and navigate our world. I work from a relational, psychodynamic, family-systems, trauma-informed, and neurobiological perspective. Feel free to reach out for more information!

I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree.
I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.

I work with adults from all walks of life and offer a compassionate, culturally sensitive approach that honors your unique story.

Whether you're struggling with panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, grief, or just feeling stuck, I’m here to support your journey toward clarity and healing.
I also bring a strong spiritual awareness into sessions if that’s important to you. Many of my clients appreciate integrating their faith and values into therapy, and I’m honored to support that part of your life as well.
Together, we’ll create a path that supports your goals, your pace, and your voice. You're not alone—and your healing matters.
Welcome!

Hi, I’m Erica, a therapist in the Philadelphia area who believes healing is rarely neat, linear, or Instagram-perfect. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an honest appreciation for how complicated, funny, painful, and beautiful being human can be.
My approach combines evidence based tools with curiosity, compassion, humor, and a genuine interest in understanding what makes you, well, you. I work with people who want to understand themselves better, break patterns that are no longer serving them, work through difficult experiences, or simply feel a little more comfortable in their own lives.
I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest. You don’t have to have the right words, know exactly what you need, or come in with everything figured out. You can show up messy, overwhelmed, frustrated, guarded, or completely unsure of where to start. We can figure it out together.
As someone who lives with a disability, I also know that resilience is a word that gets thrown around pretty casually. I understand what it means to build a life around limitations you didn’t choose while still wanting a life that feels full, meaningful, and genuinely yours. I bring that lived experience into my work, not because I think it means I understand everyone’s experience, but because I know what it feels like to keep going when things are heavy.
At the end of the day, I’m a therapist, but I’m also a real person. I won’t pretend to have all the answers or expect you to have yours. My job is to meet you where you are, help you understand what’s happening underneath the surface, and give you some tools to make things feel a little more manageable.
I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Seeking therapy can feel like a big step, and my goal is to make that first step feel as comfortable as possible. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted without judgment.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, and emotional regulation difficulties. Together, we'll work to better understand what's contributing to those challenges while building practical skills that fit your life and your goals.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is personalized. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client's strengths, experiences, and values. My style is compassionate, direct, and collaborative, balancing support with practical strategies that help you create meaningful and lasting change.
As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and welcome clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. I value creating an inclusive, affirming environment where clients feel respected and understood.

My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling supported, empowered, and equipped with tools you can begin using in your everyday life. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater well-being.
Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.
I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD and Autism.
Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

Welcome!
Pull up a chair, grab a cup of coffee, and make yourself comfortable. Healing begins when you feel safe enough to be yourself, and my goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.
With more than 20 years of experience in behavioral health, I help adults navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, eating disorders, substance use, process addictions, relationship challenges, and life's unexpected transitions. I also specialize in working with healthcare professionals, first responders, veterans, active-duty military, and military families, recognizing the unique stressors these roles often carry.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I believe therapy isn't about "fixing" you it's about helping you understand your story, recognize your strengths, and build the confidence and skills to move forward. Every treatment plan is personalized using evidence-based approaches, including EMDR (EMDRIA Certified), CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, to meet your individual needs and goals.
Whether you're healing from trauma, working toward recovery, navigating burnout, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll create a path toward greater resilience, healthier relationships, renewed purpose, and a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
I'm honored to be part of your journey, and I look forward to meeting you.
Are you a teenager, college kid, grad student, or young adult who is interested in therapy? Great, that's my thing! I work exclusively with young adults, from high schoolers to 20-somethings. Working with this specific age group is more than a job to me; it is both a calling and my greatest honor. I'm immensely proud to be considered a safe & supportive adult for many young people during this exciting (but sometimes stressful, lonely, or scary) time in their lives.
Life rarely comes with a roadmap, and lately, just getting through your daily checklist might feel like an uphill battle. Maybe you are constantly doubting yourself, feeling hijacked by anxiety, or realizing that the way you’ve been coping with stress or anger just isn't working anymore.
If you are a teenager, college student, adult, or an exhausted parent trying to handle a massive life transition by trial and error, I want you to know two things: your feelings make complete sense, and you do not have to figure this out by yourself.

I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it.
In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. I am a Doctor of Psychology and have worked more than 10 years in Drug and Alcohol, with families and children and Mental Health. Before transitioning into clinical practice, I worked within organizations helping employees navigate workplace stress and the broader life issues that often accompany it. My own life transition during that time deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to seek support, and I now draw on those transferable skills alongside my academic and work experiences as a master's in social work and doctorate in organizational behavior professional. I bring a compassionate, integrative, and culturally responsive approach that meets each client where they are, helping you build meaningful coping skills, deepen self-understanding, and move toward sustainable change.
Hi, I'm Coreen!
Are you struggling to manage stress? Are your relationships suffering? Do you feel disconnected from yourself?
I will help you explore your core identity and values as you work toward building the life you want. Together we will determine what is and is not working for you - mind, body, and spirit. We will also work on building new skills along the way.
I practice with a humanistic, relational lens, working to build trust in an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment and support you in setting individualized goals to meet your needs. I believe in the importance of self-compassion in fueling personal growth and will work hard to assist you in embodying your true self.
I am the mother to 2 grown children and a grandmother. I was married for over 40 years prior to my husband passing, I now share my house with a Golden Retriever.
I went back to school later in life, and like to encourage others to do the same if possible.
My first experience in this field came when I got a job at a county mental health/developmental services program as a receptionist. I was motivated by all the great work that the caseworkers were doing to improve their clients lives. I went back to school to finish my Bachelors and finally received a Masters in Social work. I retired from the county program as a Casework Supervisor, I felt that my position was becoming more administrative, and I was missing the connections I had made with my clients.
At that time I felt it was time to work on what my original goal was which was to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I did work for 5 years with children with behavioral issues in school and in their homes.
My previous position was in a small practice in rural PA, where I learned the importance of being eclectic in my treatment approach because every clent and their situation is different , and they deserve to have a treatment plan specifically targeted to their situation
Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it!
I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.

Hi!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW),based in NJ and have been practicing therapy for the past six years. I believe therapy is a space where your voice deserves to be heard, honored, and understood. My approach is warm, culturally aware, and grounded in genuine curiosity about who you are and what has shaped your story.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy learning about different cultures, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding with a great show—things that help me stay grounded and connected. I bring that same openness and presence into my work with clients.
Hello! I received a Master of Science of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University in 2017. Hi! I am Jaclyn. I have an extensive history working with individuals of all ages, functioning levels, and settings. I received my bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University where I studied Psychology. I then received my Master’s degree from Chestnut Hill College where I studied Clinical and Counseling Psychology. Since graduating, I have worked alongside my clients to address past traumas and symptoms of unresolved experiences.
Welcome. Taking the step to seek support is not always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.
As a licensed counselor, I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma and navigate the challenges of depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Additionally, I am well versed in helping others establish healthy relationships. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to your unique experiences and goals.
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you better understand and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, creating space for more balanced and empowering perspectives. At the same time, I incorporate principles like radical acceptance to support you in making peace with what cannot be changed, while still moving forward in meaningful ways.
Because trauma is not only something we think about—but something we carry—I also integrate body-based (psychosomatic) approaches. These techniques help you reconnect with your body, process stored stress or trauma, and build a greater sense of safety and regulation from within.
My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and develop practical tools for lasting change. You don’t have to do this alone—healing is possible, and I’m here to walk alongside you.
I really enjoy talking about life in general and I hope to bring that to the therapy. I look at sessions like a conversation about psychology while providing structure to achieve goals. I hope that makes it interesting while remaining focused on you as an individual. I think life is very much about learning new things. This philosophy supports being a person who needs to learn and grow.
