Hi, I’m Julisa. I am a masters level Licensed Professional Counselor, practicing remotely in Rhode Island and Pennsylvania. As a Philadelphia native and person of color, I am driven by my desire to provide healthy representation of breaking generational trauma. I aim to get rid of stigmas related to seeking professional help. I am passionate about using my 11+ years of experience to help clients feel genuinely seen, without judgement. I work with adult individuals and couples on various issues including anxiety, depression, PTSD, bi-polar disorders, relationship concerns, body positivity, LGBTQIA+ concerns, women's issues, and life transitions.
Hi, my name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
One of the best things about coming to therapy is the amount of courage it took for you to get here. There is nothing I dislike more than to see human suffering. I have gone through enough of my own and was determined to not let it ruin my life.
Therapy is a collaboration between client and therapist and together we will focus on your strengths to help you understand your worthiness was never in question. You may require more skills and techniques to learn in order to overcome your concerns and issues.
My primary focus is anxiety, depression, self esteem, phobias, fears, women's issues, OCD symptoms, agoraphobia, and finding meaning to life and answer questions like, why am I here? I also volunteered at a Hospice and did my internship there and have knowledge in grief and bereavement therapies. I have also worked with incarcerated individuals going in and out of the prison system. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Ashford University and my Masters in Science In Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University. I have over 11 years experience working with people from age 4 to 89. I am blessed as these people taught me so much and I love the work I do. I am of the belief that the way we think directly affects the way we feel. I also use a person centered approach, meaning I follow my client's lead and the direction they wish to take. The great thing is, is that there are so many different sets of skills and interventions to utilize, we will work together to find the ones that work best for you. It all depends on each individual's specific needs and wants.
I am Victoria Cruse Motter, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of issues, including family conflicts, anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, sexual abuse, substance use, chronic stress, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. My background includes providing counseling in various settings, such as schools, autism centers, pre-schools, juvenile justice programs, and residential group homes for youth in CYS custody. I earned my Master's Degree in Counseling from Pennsylvania State University.
I pride myself on being a personable counselor who easily establishes rapport with clients. I focus on being person-centered, actively listening, and genuinely caring about each individual’s journey. I encourage honesty and patience throughout the counseling process.
I am excited to begin your journey toward healing and the therapeutic process of counseling. Together, we will create a personalized treatment plan to help you navigate the tough issues in your life with grace.
I support individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and difficulty managing their moods. Moms holding families together, adult children caring for aging parents, first responders, teachers supporting everyone else’s children, and caregivers who are used to being the strong one for everyone else. I also support women navigating life transitions who may feel overwhelmed, burned out, unsure of their next steps, or simply feeling lost.
And yes, I give “homework” between sessions so growth continues outside our time together. I teach practical coping tools along with strength-focused strategies so you can stop just surviving and start thriving.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience and a certified grief counselor supporting individuals through loss, complicated grief, and major life transitions.
I accept Aetna and several other major insurance plans in Pennsylvania, as well as self-pay. Virtual sessions are available to make therapy accessible for busy schedules.
Hi, I'm Wendy.
Do you find yourself wondering if your relationship is healthy? Do you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks and have trouble remembering the last time things felt 'normal?'
Together, we'll explore the challenges that have gotten in the way of you living your best quality of life and getting the relationships with others that you deserve. I use an eclectic approach that starts with coaching and coping skills and reaches into the deeper issues that cause fear, loneliness, and frustration by combining interpersonal effectiveness, Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral methodologies with insight driven approaches such as relational therapy and trauma focused perspectives as needed.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with
Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I have worked with individuals in relational and traumatic crises for over fifteen years. I use humor, optimism, compassion, and honesty to ease the awkwardness of therapy and guide people to embrace their worth, freeing them to find what they seek in others.
I’m a therapist who believes mental health care should feel approachable, supportive, and grounded in genuine human connection. My style is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. I aim to create a space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore challenges without pressure or pretense. Therapy with me is not about “fixing” you, but about helping you better understand yourself, your experiences, and your patterns.
A balance of empathy and practicality shapes my clinical work. I integrate evidence-based techniques with authentic, real conversations. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, relationship challenges, or life transitions, we work together to build insight, coping skills, and emotional resilience.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
My work as a clinician is grounded in compassion and a deeply person-centered approach. I believe healing happens when people feel genuinely understood and accepted, so I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Compassion guides how I listen, how I respond, and how I tailor therapy to each unique child and family, ensuring that the counseling process feels gentle, respectful, and attuned to their needs.
When working with children, I primarily use mindfulness-based play therapy. Play is a natural form of communication for children, allowing them to express emotions, explore relationships, and process challenges in a developmentally appropriate way. By integrating mindfulness practices, I help children become more aware of their thoughts and feelings, regulate their bodies, and develop self-compassion. This blend helps them build emotional resilience and fosters a deeper connection with themselves.
Although most of the work occurs individually with the child, I incorporate family therapy sessions when they can meaningfully support the child’s progress. These sessions are not the main focus of treatment, but a valuable addition that strengthens communication, builds understanding, and helps families create more mindful and supportive environments at home. My goal is to guide families with compassion, helping them recognize patterns and learn ways to nurture their child’s growth.
I also draw from contextual therapy, which helps me understand each client within the larger systems and relationships that influence their daily life. Approaching these dynamics with empathy and curiosity allows me to support clients and families in healing relational wounds and building healthier, more balanced connections.
Across all modalities, compassion remains at the heart of my work. I aim to meet every person with warmth and respect, creating a healing experience that honors their story and supports meaningful, lasting change.

Hi! I'm so glad you're here. As a board certified and licensed counselor, I believe counseling is a collaborative process and I strive to empower clients by honoring their strengths, insight and lived experiences. My clinical experience has primarily been working with individuals and families across a range of life challenges. I am especially passionate about focusing my work on maternal mental health and supporting military spouses.
When we experience loss, unwanted change, or trauma it can shake our foundations and lead to pain, confusion, and heartache. While we can't prevent life from happening or undo what we've been through, my practice is based on a deeply held belief in the ability for all of us to heal and resume living with meaning and purpose. Recognizing where you're feeling blocked, stuck, or hurt will inform where we focus our efforts. Granting ourselves full permission to feel and express the depth of our feelings is instrumental to healing and growth.
My role is to bear witness to your experience while offering support and encouragement as you recognize and process your feelings. Through curiosity, presence, and attunement I seek to facilitate individual's getting back to living through effectively addressing, expelling, and moving past what has caused pain.
Owning how we feel without asking for permission, learning how to internally validate ourselves, and developing self regulation strategies will help when we experience intense challenges. We can learn to change our narratives and work towards unconditional self love and acceptance. Please trust yourself and your wisdom when doing healing work.

Managing a lifelong condition doesn’t just affect the body; it can impact your identity, relationships, and emotional well-being. This lived experience allows me to bring a deeper level of empathy, insight, and authenticity to my work with clients facing similar challenges.
In my practice, I also specialize in working with individuals and couples dealing with the complex and often painful realities of addiction, recovery, and relational distress. Hello. My name is Chris Stoudemire and I have been working in the behavioral health field over 20 years, in multiple capacities and settings. My aim is to empower individuals to overcome obstacles, both internal and external, to improve their overall quality of life via the incorporation of multiple evidenced-based interventions within a culturally sensitive and person-centered framework. I look forward to us working together!
Taking the first step to seek out therapy is courageous and at times, we do not take a moment to recognize the brave steps that we take day by day. I want my clients to feel empowered and I work hard to help my clients harness their inner strengths and also ways to build their support systems.
I believe that therapy is not a one size fits all approach because of this, I make sure to get to know my clients as individuals by taking a deeper look into family background, current relational influences and stressors. It allows me to get a bigger picture of how small changes can help impact larger systems.

I look forward to working together.

Clients who have experienced any level of trauma, can feel confident in working with me that we will process through the trauma itself and also learn how to cope with the everyday triggers and grieving process. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for both trauma related issues and for anxiety related issues. I also incorporate eclectic approaches to my treatment since every client needs something different when it comes to navigating how to cope with their struggles. I am empathetic and an attentive listener that will be your support for whatever your journey may be. My warm caring personality matched with some humor will help us to build a solid therapeutic foundation.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mood and behavioral issues. I enjoy helping people of all racial, ethnic, cultural, religious, and gender and/or sexual identity backgrounds navigate life's trials and transitions. I work with adolescents (age 13 and older) and adults who are willing to change their emotions, thinking, and behaviors that are problematic for them. I work to help my clients learn to empower themselves and acquire the coping skills necessary to not only survive their challenges, but thrive as well.
