I’m a down-to-earth therapist who believes therapy should feel like a space where you can show up as yourself—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I work with adults navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, anxiety, trauma, and the moments when life simply feels overwhelming or uncertain.
My approach is open-minded, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I want to understand not only what you’re struggling with, but also who you are, what has shaped you, and where you want your life to go. Together, we can make sense of patterns, build on your strengths, and identify practical ways to move forward.
You can expect warmth, honesty, curiosity, and a little humor when appropriate. I believe therapy can hold space for difficult emotions while still helping you recognize your own ability to create meaningful change.
Hi! My name is Mary Beth and I am happy that you have come to the Grow Therapy website. I earned a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in Grief and Trauma from Arcadia University and have been practicing for 10 years. First, I want to congratulate you on taking a big step towards improving your mental health! Maybe you are feeling sad and are crying more than you ever remember. Or perhaps you are feeling anxious and panicky and you don't understand why. Maybe you are up all night, tossing and turning and sleep just doesn't come. Do you feel stuck in a relationship that is unhealthy and can't think straight or how to express your feelings effectively? Many of us have been there before and need support. I have a proven record of helping my clients feel better and experience joy in their lives.
First I build trust in our relationship by listening in a nonjudgmental and safe way. I help you envision your goals - what you would like your life to look like? Together we will process your challenges and identify the thoughts, feelings and behaviors that are not working for you. Also, I will introduce effective coping and communication skills which we can practice together to increase your confidence. I can help you become more aware of how your thinking and emotions affect your behavior and how you can challenge unhealthy thoughts that lead to overwhelming emotions. Then together we can identify your unique strengths (everyone has them) and find ways to employ them for success. I believe strongly in the mind and body connection and increasing self-awareness. I teach mindfulness skills to improve self-control which helps people stay in the present without constantly ruminating about the difficulties of the past or their fears about the future. I am trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) which is effective for those who experience problems with emotional instability and impulsiveness. While healthy relationships are often the bedrock of a joyful life, relationships can also cause pain. Together we can identify the dynamics of these relationships and then identify effective ways to repair them or find new and more healthy ones. If this sparks your interest, please contact me. Thank you for your consideration.
Hi, I'm Malika!
Have you ever felt like you were wearing a mask around everyone else? That you are truly the one exception to the rule that everyone is deserving of love? That you are actually the one person in this world who must be perfect, the funniest, the most attractive? Or that there's just something "off" inside you or within your life?
I work collaboratively with help my clients to help them increase their self-worth, strengthen their relationships, and develop an awareness of their emotional responses by exploring the deeper "roots" behind our protective parts of self. I believe that through exploring deeply held beliefs about oneself and the world, and accepting all parts of self, that people can achieve growth and change. Together, we will use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
Therapy can be an uncomfortable and challenging process; however, it is truly a rewarding journey towards self-acceptance. As isolating as it can feel, you are not alone in these experiences. Change is possible and I would be honored to be apart of your journey towards embracing the traits and characteristics that make you uniquely you.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults through life’s challenges. My path to becoming a therapist began with my own experiences in counseling, where I discovered the power of having a safe, nonjudgmental space to heal and grow. That experience shaped my belief that therapy is not just about addressing problems, but about uncovering strengths, building resilience, and learning how to live with greater peace and purpose.
I specialize in working with individuals managing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship struggles. My therapeutic style is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I also integrate mindfulness techniques to help clients slow down, become more aware of their emotions, and respond in healthier ways.
My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you in your journey, offering tools, insight, and encouragement. Clients who work with me often notice they gain greater clarity, stronger coping strategies, and more confidence in navigating relationships, boundaries, and personal goals. My ultimate aim is to create a safe space where you feel truly heard, validated, and empowered to make lasting changes in your life.
I currently offer sessions during weekday daytime hours, which works well for clients with flexible schedules or those seeking therapy during standard business hours.

Gently, we will explore all areas of your life to identify patterns, practice a change mindset, and create manageable coping skills. We will work on identifying emotions, communication skills, and increasing vulnerability in a safe way, to bring honesty to yourself and others in your life.

I strive to create a therapy experience that feels warm, genuine, and approachable. Clients often describe me as down-to-earth, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I value authenticity, curiosity, and maintaining a nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable showing up as your true self. Having lived in different parts of the world, I appreciate the richness of diverse cultures, perspectives, and life experiences, and I believe healing is deeply influenced by the unique lens through which each person experiences the world. My approach is person-centered, holistic, and less focused on feeling overly clinical, with an emphasis on fostering a meaningful human connection. I aim to provide a supportive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to explore their experiences, cultivate resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with their values.

Hi! I’m Naomi, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I truly enjoy helping people feel heard, understood, and supported. My background in case management has helped me appreciate how different areas of our lives impact our overall well-being, which is why I believe in looking at the whole person, not just what brings them to therapy. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you can be yourself, feel free to talk openly, and know you won't be judged. Welcome! I’m glad you’re here.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don't have to navigate life's challenges alone. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or navigating a major life transition, therapy can provide a space to pause, reflect, and begin moving forward.

My approach to therapy is warm, relaxed, and person-centered. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up as your authentic self, feel heard, and know that you are accepted. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, not about having all the answers, but about understanding yourself, recognizing your strengths, and finding what works best for you.
Life can be messy and unpredictable, and you don't have to figure it all out on your own. My goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, support, and encouragement as you navigate challenges, grow, and work toward the changes you want to see in your life.

Hi, I'm Courtney! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who is passionate about helping individuals better understand themselves, navigate life's transitions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I especially enjoy working with adults who are unpacking complicated family dynamics, processing childhood experiences, or recognizing patterns from their upbringing that continue to impact their lives today. I also love supporting people navigating major life transitions, whether that's adjusting to parenthood, starting a new career, experiencing changes in relationships, or simply figuring out who they are in a new season of life.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that understanding where our patterns come from can help us create meaningful change. I integrate relational therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop greater self-awareness, strengthen boundaries, manage anxiety, and feel more confident navigating life's challenges.

All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.

Hello. I am licensed marriage and family therapist and my clinical approach is cognitive-behavioral strength-based. I focus on helping people invalidate negative thoughts and become aware of their strengths. I do so in order to help them improve their confidence so that they can overcome challenges that they previously believed were impossible to triumph over. I also help people improve their boundaries to assist them with preventing others from negatively impacting their confidence and interfering with the development of their goals. With couples and families, I use an emotionally-focused approach that helps people become more comfortable with being vulnerable with people that are important to them. Becoming vulnerable helps people focus on discussing how they are impacted by others and what they need from them instead of blaming and criticism. Taking such a stance increases the chance that listeners will remain attentive instead of becoming defensive.
I am originally from Long Island. I am a mom and a working professional. I love helping people. I love to exercise and to practice meditation. I love learning and appreciate gaining new skills to further help those I serve. I like to meet you where you are at and help you get to where you desire to be in your therapeutic journey.

I am an open-minded, flexible, and compassionate mental health professional who recognizes that every client is unique. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, so I strive to meet clients where they are and adapt my style to best support their individual needs and goals. I value authenticity, collaboration, and creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood.
My professional experience includes working as a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) therapist, where I supported individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges. I currently work as a school counselor, helping students navigate academic, social, emotional, and personal concerns.
Outside of my professional role, I enjoy reading books, watching a variety of TV shows, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new restaurants. As a self-proclaimed foodie, I love discovering new places and experiences, which helps me bring curiosity, openness, and a genuine appreciation for different perspectives into my work with clients.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
