Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Have you been feeling depressed and isolated? Are you struggling with worry and fears? Are you finally ready to take that step and talk with someone? I understand how meeting with a therapist for the first time can feel scary and overwhelming. I work very hard to provide a safe space where clients can feel free to openly talk about what they are struggling with. I have been working with clients for 22 years to help them identify their goals and figure out what they need to move forward and experience a happier, more fulfilling life.
My name is Kim Ring and I have had the opportunity to work in many different settings in the mental health field, such as outpatient, inpatient, drug and alcohol rehabs, and home-based work. Because of my vast experience I have worked with many types of clients where I have gained invaluable experience. I have worked with clients struggling with mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, life adjustment issues, grief and loss and parenting issues. I have had clients tell me they like my approach because I am genuine and direct. I believe that in order to help clients we need to put a mirror to them and be honest about what might be holding them back. Sometimes people just need support and someone to help them navigate a difficult time. I look forward to meeting you.
Hello! I'm a Pennsylvania-based Licensed Clinical Social Worker and yoga teacher who treats anxiety, depression and trauma. I combine EMDR, somatic therapy and strength based talk therapy to help clients connect with their whole selves and live their lives more authentically. As we work together, clients become more self aware, reduce the impact of old wounds, and clear space for new patterns of thought, feeling and action. This process helps them move more freely towards the future they desire.
Do you have a habit of taking care of everyone but yourself (your adorable animal companions included)? Are you having trouble creating space in your life to feel calm and find fulfillment? I help individuals looking to improve their relationships, mood, and overall life satisfaction. My approach to therapy focuses on building health, resilience, and connection – helping you move toward a life that feels vibrant and authentic. Together, we will focus on your strengths and potential for growth. I believe that healing is about more than fixing what is wrong. It’s about nurturing what’s already right! Whether you’re navigating anxiety, grief, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you.
In this process, I will provide a warm and accepting space with plenty of opportunities for you to develop the tools you need to thrive. Being in animal rescue for the past 10+ years and a photographer for the past 14+ years has given me a unique perspective on therapy. You can expect to be encouraged to use your creative skills and compassion in your journey to wellbeing. Congratulations on taking this step to be your best self, and know that I would be honored to help you move toward healing and growth.

Hi! I'm Nikki, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the Greater Pittsburgh Area that's been recognized as Marquis Who's Who Honoree Listee. I've been working in human services for 28 years starting with an Alzheimer's unit in a nursing home and intellectual disabilities in group homes to wraparound services with children that have Autism. I gained my education in psychology and counseling and began working with at risk youth in juvenile delinquency settings and now working with transition aged youth. My main approach is a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for general anxiety and depression and sometimes integrate expressive arts approaches for those that have difficulty expressing themselves. I specialize in OCD and am trained in Habit Reversal, ACT, COMB and ERP. I currently only offer online therapy and do not accept clients with severe mental illness, active suicidality or substance use.

I teach by my own SELF approach: S for searching your soul and what works for you, E for changing your environment from a toxic one to a healthy one, L for surrounding yourself with those that love and support you and learning to love yourself, and F for forgiving yourself for relapses.

I’m Dr. Amber Norwood and I'm a licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania. I’m glad you’re here. Making the decision to pursue a therapeutic relationship demonstrates an investment in your wellness and a willingness to do the work to get there.
You have many responsibilities in life and likely wear many hats, so it’s important that therapy is accessible, effective, and meaningful. I work with clients through a teletherapy-only practice, which allows you to participate in our work together from any quiet, confidential space. I strive to create an affirming and safe space for individuals from all walks of life and happily welcome clients of all income levels, abilities, gender identities, faiths, ethnicities, and sexual orientations.
In our work together, I will take the time to listen and get to know you, your history, your values, and your goals. My primary areas of clinical expertise and competence are in the treatment of adults across the lifespan with a focus on life transitions and self-compassion, anxiety, depression, anger management, health behavior change (e.g., substance use, weight, health management) and general health, such as coping with a new medical diagnosis, medical care giving, disease prevention, medical and psychiatric dual diagnoses, infertility, family planning, aging, illness anxiety, and navigating other health-related concerns.
My specific treatment approaches typically draw from acceptance-based modalities such as Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) and compassion-focused therapy (CFT). I also draw on traditional cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills where necessary. It has been my experience that therapy is most effective when the use of these specific approaches is tailored to each individual client’s goals and values. Each of these approaches is geared toward helping you to make clear, focused change toward a more connected, healthy way of living.

I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. You’re the one everyone depends on — the one who keeps showing up, pushing through, and holding everything together for everyone else. But underneath it all, you may be feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you spend so much time caring for others that your own needs have been pushed to the side. If that sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to carry it all by yourself anymore.
Welcome, I’m Sharmane Jackson, a therapist based in Pennsylvania, and I’m truly glad you’re here. I provide a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. Therapy with me is about helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered while working toward meaningful change.
I work with individuals navigating anxiety, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship stress, emotional overwhelm, and the emotional weight of constantly pouring into others while neglecting themselves. My approach is compassionate, human-centered, and culturally responsive, blending emotional support with practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally balanced in your daily life.
Together, we may explore patterns that leave you feeling stuck, strengthen coping skills and boundaries, process difficult emotions, and create more space for your own needs without guilt. I believe healing happens in spaces where people feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully themselves.
Whether you’re seeking clarity, healthier relationships, or simply a place where you no longer have to carry everything alone, therapy can be the beginning of feeling like yourself again.
Taking the first step can feel intimidating, but you’ve already started by being here. I would be honored to support you in your healing and growth.
