Hello, I'm Shelia Campbell Bright
I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist. I earned my Master of Science in Professional Counseling at Mid-America Christian University in Oklahoma City, Ok.
I've been a practicing clinician for 6 years. ~( Licensed in: North Carolina, Florida, South Carolina)
You and I will uncover the underlying causes of your worries, thoughts and fears to help you relax and see your situations in a new light. Not only will I help eliminate the ruminations and anxiety attacks so you can be productive at work and sleep at night, but I will also teach you problem solving and coping skills to build your resilience to cope when new problems arise in the future.
I'm Kiara Grier, a therapist dedicated to supporting individuals through life's most challenging moments. With six years of clinical experience, I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, and self-esteem struggles. I'm passionate about helping people build stronger communication skills, discover their life purpose, and work through feelings of guilt, shame, and the desire for forgiveness.
My approach is grounded in understanding the complexities of human connection—whether that's attachment patterns, codependency, or blended family dynamics. I also specialize in supporting young adults facing questions about their purpose in life and individuals navigating major life transitions.
I am especially passionate in helping individuals desiring to integrate their Christian faith with their healing journey and finding their life's purpose and calling.

Hi there! I’m so glad you’re here. My approach to therapy is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative — think of it as real conversations with a purpose. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing you down, explore new ways of thinking, and build tools that actually work in everyday life. My goal is to help you feel lighter, more confident, and more connected to yourself and others — all while keeping the process genuine, supportive, and maybe even a little fun along the way.
Everyone needs a safe space to unpack life's heaviest moments. As a multi-state Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. I specialize in helping high-achieving professionals, women, and adults navigate overwhelming anxiety, perfectionism, and major life transitions (like career shifts, relocations, and relationship changes).
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, warm, and deeply practical. I integrate evidence-based techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you break cycles of self-doubt. Together, we will uncover your core strengths, establish healthy boundaries, and build the lasting resilience needed to live life on your own terms. I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward transformation.
You've taken your first step into healing, and I'm here to assist you through this worthwhile journey. It might have been challenging to seek help, but by doing so you are headed towards release. I'm dedicated to uplifting those experiencing low moods, feeling misunderstood, or navigating shifts in relationship dynamics. Today is your day and I look forward to walking alongside you. Thank you for trusting me!
I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with 30 years of experience in the mental health field and 14 years of experience operating my private practice. I support adults and couples experiencing anxiety, relationship distress, communication difficulties, parenting concerns, life transitions, diminished self-esteem, trauma-related concerns, and patterns that may be interfering with emotional well-being and healthier relationships.
In couples counseling, I provide a balanced and respectful environment where each partner has an opportunity to feel heard. I help couples recognize recurring patterns, improve communication, navigate conflict more constructively, rebuild emotional safety and trust, and strengthen their connection. My role is not to take sides, but to help both partners understand the relationship dynamic and take meaningful responsibility for the changes within their control.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients understand the connections among their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we identify beliefs and thinking patterns that may contribute to anxiety, depressed mood, diminished self-esteem, relationship distress, or ineffective coping.
Depending on the client’s needs, we may use guided reflection, thought records, structured exercises, role-playing, and between-session practice. With couples, CBT-informed strategies can also help partners examine assumptions, interpretations, expectations, and behavioral responses that contribute to recurring conflict. The goal is to develop greater awareness and practice healthier, more intentional responses.
My therapeutic approach integrates evidence-based practices with carefully selected holistic strategies to support insight, emotional regulation, personal growth, and sustainable behavioral change. I meet each client with compassion, curiosity, and respect, helping them identify the underlying beliefs and patterns connected to their current concerns.
If you are looking for a therapist that says more than “and how does that make you feel”- Keep reading. My approach is laid back, I work hard to help my clients gain my trust, and I believe in actively listening to my clients. However, our sessions are interactive and collaborative because we work together to achieve goals. This process isn’t about “telling all of your business to a stranger”, its about healing
If it is on your heart and mind, it matters. We are here to help you with those matters, which may include depression, anxiety, grief or trauma. We want you to find the support you need to make sustainable changes to help you live as you desire.
I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I provide individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and groups. I also use TFCBT, CBT, DBT and Family Systems Therapy. I also provide parenting coaching, clinical supervision and psycho-educational training. I specialize in working with children ages (5-18) and young adults.
If you are struggling and would like a warm, welcoming, and safe space to unlock and release the things that trouble your heart and mind, please contact us so we can help you navigate and begin a new inward journey to healing.

I believe in creating pathways for positive change. I believe “ life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, it’s about learn to dance in the rain”.
I’m a licensed therapist who supports women who have spent most of their lives being the strong one, the responsible one, and the over-functioner for everyone else. Many of the women I work with grew up emotionally neglected or learned early on that their value came from how much they could carry. I help them reconnect with themselves, feel grounded again, and build a sense of identity and worthiness that isn’t tied to performance, achievement, or constantly being “the strong one.”

With adolescents, I feel it is important to make them feel heard and have a safe space to process past or present trauma, peer-related issues, family stressors, and personal changes and emotions. For young adults, it is important for them to have a safe space to explore life transitions and the emotional and mental stressors or effects that may accompany these changes. I believe in working with each individual in a holistic way, considering all areas of their lives: emotional, physical, spiritual, familial support, personal, environmental, financial, and social. I utilize interventions based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing while incorporating play-based care, faith-based care, and Expressive Arts techniques. The counseling space is the space for individuals to feel safe, heard, and able to process any life circumstances, big or small, without judgment and with unconditional positive regard. This allows me to understand not only the emotional challenges my clients face but also the broader healthcare, workplace, and life circumstances that influence mental health.
In addition to psychotherapy, I provide professional consultation in risk management, clinical documentation, quality improvement, standards of care, and behavioral health operations for healthcare organizations and private practices.
Whether you are seeking support during a difficult transition or looking to strengthen resilience and reconnect with your values, my goal is to provide a collaborative, respectful, and affirming therapeutic environment where meaningful, lasting change can occur. I welcome the opportunity to partner with you on your journey toward growth, healing, and living a more fulfilling life.
