Hello, my name is Felice Hightower Britt and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Certified Life Coach, and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with over 15 years of counseling experience. I received my Masters in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. I help individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma and grief. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions
Having worked with individuals from all walks of life for the past 15 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress and (c) hold you accountable for the changes you are ready to see happen your life.
I enjoy working with high achieving women dealing with stress and anxiety and feel they are stuck. Feeling overwhelmed by their life challenges and stressors, knowing there is more and want more but not sure how to go about acheiving more. They are wanting to be able to learn how to prioritize their responsibilities while still having a balanced and fulfilled life.
