Hi, I'm Tracey Babb-Morman, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life's most challenging seasons. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, trauma, relationship challenges, and emotional changes. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. I believe healing begins when you feel genuinely seen and understood, not judged. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop tools that help you move toward the life you want with greater clarity and confidence. I especially enjoy working with helping professionals, caregivers, women navigating perimenopause & midlife transitions, and individuals who have spent so much time caring for others that they've lost sight of themselves.

Hi, my name is Luz, my pronouns are she/her/hers, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I worked as a teacher for over 15 years before making the journey into a community mental health career. I have experience in mobile crisis response, trauma, forensic mental health concerns. To explain who I am as a therapist, I reflect back to my role as an educator. In the classroom, there was a movement for the teacher to be less of a “sage on the stage” (teacher-centered approach) and more of a “guide on the side” (student-centered). To me, therapy is a lesson plan for a learning experience. It's a guide to develop what the client needs to learn in order to cope with whatever barriers are showing up in the client's life, whether that barrier is an internal issue, such as self-image, or how to cope with work stress. My therapeutic perspective is to provide empathetic, non-judgmental, compassionate guidance and support in an atmosphere of respect and safety while allowing clients to be the experts of their lives, much like “a co-pilot, a sous chef, or an assistant manager” of a client-therapist relationship. I use solution-focused elements to help move toward desired goals, cognitive behavioral techniques to challenge unhelpful thoughts, and motivational interviewing to help gain understanding and clarity. Outside of traditional therapy, I enjoy the practices of mindfulness, guided meditation, aromatherapy, and Reiki. Finding a therapist that's the right fit can be a challenging task, but taking that first step towards a healthier you is worth it. I look forward to working with you to help break down those barriers and make progress in areas that most matter to you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and in case you’re unsure of what that is, it means I have earned a Bachelor Degree in Social Work a Master of Social Work and once I completed Graduate school I was then required to complete 3,000 hours of clinical work experience under supervision for another two years after those supervised clinical hours I had to successfully sit for ASWB Clinial Level exam. Being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker not only means that I am passionate about Mental Health, but I am also focused on your environment, meaning I look at external factors that impact your situation. When I started Graduate School, I went in with the notion of studying Psychology until I came across the Social Work Program, after doing some extensive research into the profession, I decided that is what I wanted to do. I learned I can help individuals with their Mental Health as well as take a holistic approach to address any barriers they may face while working towards their goals. I absolutely LOVE being a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and helping individuals reach goals they’ve set for themselves.

On paper, your life may look like it’s together. You show up for work, take care of the people around you, and handle your responsibilities. If you’ve spent years being “the strong one,” therapy can feel unfamiliar or even uncomfortable. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, have all the answers, or pretend you’re okay. My style is warm, conversational, and direct. I’ll meet you with compassion while also helping you recognize the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together we’ll build practical tools, increase insight, and create meaningful change that extends beyond our sessions. I enjoy working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, boundaries, dating and relationships, family dynamics, burnout, and major life transitions. My name is Amanda Chilleme, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, as well as a Master’s Certified Addiction Professional. For over 11 years, I have supported individuals in identifying what truly matters to them, navigating obstacles, and building a foundation for a more fulfilling future. My primary specialty is working with men and women struggling with substance use disorders as well as process and behavioral addictions, helping them find a pathway to a life that feels less burdened and more aligned. I also have extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorders, grief and bereavement, trauma, attachment concerns, and personality disorders. As a clinician, I take a human-focused approach. I am not here to tell you what you need to work on—you already know the what. My role is to help you understand the why, and ultimately the how: how to shift it, heal it, overcome it, or, when appropriate, let it go altogether. Your first session is best described as a two-way interview. As I listen to your story and your narrative begins to take shape, we collaboratively determine two things: Whether I am the right therapist for you, and Whether this therapeutic relationship is the right fit for both of us. If we decide to move forward together, identifying your goals becomes your first assignment. This process allows me to better understand how you think, how you interpret challenges, and how barriers such as stress, anxiety, depression, or relationship dynamics show up for you. From there, we focus on one goal at a time. I see myself as your coach, teammate, and cheerleader! Whether you are just beginning therapy or have been on this journey for some time, I invite you to plant that seed—and see just how beautifully you grow.

Hello! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) who graduated in 2009 from a small college in Pennsylvania. Currently, I live in North Carolina and I am licensed here and in Tennessee. Originally, I am from Connecticut, but I have lived all over this country and have lived overseas as well when I was in the Peace Corps. I have been working mainly with adults who are living with anxiety, depression, and trauma. My focus is to help people live their best life. I do this through the therapy process, but I also try to include humor in our sessions.

Hi, I’m Kendall Hall, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina and a Licensed Independent Social Worker – Clinical Practice in South Carolina. I hold a Master of Social Work from Winthrop University and bring over 10 years of experience supporting individuals through trauma, generational patterns, and seasons of change. I specialize in working with neurodivergent women, women navigating pregnancy and postpartum, and individuals seeking to heal from past experiences and reconnect with themselves and others. You may feel overwhelmed by the expectations placed on you, disconnected from who you are, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you. Perhaps you're exploring your neurodivergence, adjusting to motherhood, processing trauma, or beginning to recognize how past experiences have shaped your present. Whatever brings you to therapy, you deserve a space where you feel understood, supported, and accepted as you are. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, strength-based, and trauma-informed. Drawing from mindfulness, somatic approaches, solution-focused therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed work, I support you in developing self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Together, we can explore the patterns you've carried, honor your unique needs, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you move beyond simply getting through each day and toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and aligned with who you are. You don't have to navigate this alone. Healing begins with having a space where you can show up as your whole self. Heal. Live. Love.

Hi! I'm Teresa and I'm really glad you are here. Many of the people that I work with come in feeling stuck with anxiety, low mood, trouble sleeping or strain in relationships. Some are carrying the weight of past trauma or abuse. Often, they are coping in ways they know aren't healthy or sustainable. I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and addiction. I deeply understand how it feels to be unsure of your next move or to feel stuck in your current situation. I will show up for you in a calm, consistent and accepting manner so that therapy becomes a space where you feel safe to be open and honest. Therapy moves at your pace, guided by your goals and needs.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in both North Carolina and Tennessee with 10 years of counseling experience. I received my Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have spent many years working in community behavioral health. My training and my work have shaped me into a clinician that understands a person's environment is as important as their mindset. You will find me to be supportive and an advocate for your complete health.

Do you find yourself walking through a tough time, as though you are facing more than you can handle? Do you feel alone with nowhere to turn? It would be my honor to walk alongside you as you face trials, pain, change or isolation. To help you navigate through life with meaning and regain a sense of hope. To see you step into freedom from worry, unhealthy thoughts, shame, or self-doubt. Wherever you find yourself, I’d like to meet you there. I believe it is okay to be exactly where you are. However, for your sake, I do not believe it is okay to stay there. God has so much more for you and I would be honored to have the opportunity to help you discover it.
