I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and one of the things I value most about this work is helping people understand themselves with more compassion and less judgment. So often, we spend years believing that something is wrong with us because we feel too much, shut down, overthink, pull away, become overwhelmed, or struggle to feel safe and connected. I don’t see those experiences as evidence that you are broken. I see them as places worth becoming curious about. I believe that people make sense. Even the parts of us that confuse us. Even the reactions we wish we could change. Even the ways we cope that may no longer be helping us—or may sometimes hurt us. There is a reason we learned to respond the way we do. Sometimes the ways we cope can become painful, overwhelming, or difficult to understand. Anxiety, depression, hopelessness, grief, intense emotions, withdrawal, conflict, or other patterns may feel like something that needs to be fixed or eliminated. I believe it can be more helpful to first become curious about what these experiences are communicating and what purpose they may once have served. I don't believe therapy is about turning you into someone else. It's about helping you come home to yourself—to understand what has shaped you, recognize what is no longer serving you, reconnect with what matters, and make room for the life you actually want. You don't have to have everything figured out before you come in. You don't even have to know exactly what's wrong. I work with individuals and couples experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, hopelessness, grief, communication difficulties, relationship challenges, and difficult or confusing emotional experiences. . I am also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II).

I’m Osvaldo Santiago, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut, with over 10 years of experience supporting adults on their path toward greater clarity, healing, and self-acceptance. My work is grounded in the belief that therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely seen, safe, and empowered, especially if you’ve felt overlooked, misunderstood, or disconnected in other parts of your life. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to you. I bring a calm, nonjudgmental presence to the therapy room, and I meet you where you are- whether you’re navigating anxiety, cultural identity stress, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, life transitions, or past trauma. In sessions, I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. These approaches offer structure and flexibility, helping us identify what’s getting in the way and build tools to support your growth and well-being. That said, I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all model, I stay adaptable and responsive to what you need most in the moment. Outside of therapy, I value the same things I support my clients in cultivating: meaningful relationships, mindfulness, resilience, and space to breathe. I believe in showing up fully, both as a clinician and as a human being, and I would be honored to walk alongside you as you navigate whatever comes next.

Hi, I'm Jada, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I've worked in inpatient psychiatry, done crisis intervention, and spent years in outpatient therapy, so I've sat with people through everything from everyday stress to full-blown crises, including LGBTQ individuals navigating identity, acceptance, and the unique challenges that can come with it. If there's one thing that's taught me, it's that healing looks different for everyone. There's no single formula that works for all of us, and I recognize that minorities and marginalized folks often carry experiences and stressors that deserve to be seen and understood, not overlooked.

Art Therapy is to heal with art. A picture is worth a thousand words. In my 30 years experience as an Art Therapist iI have witnessed people heal with their art expressions. Art has a way of getting to the heart of the matter very quickly to foster self discovery, growth and healing. You do not need to be an artist to do art therapy. It's about the process not the product. It is creative and fun.

Sharing stories can create some of the greatest bonds between people. In my practice as a therapist, stories have always been the foundation: they create a relationship of empathy and understanding, acceptance and change, which is able to withstand challenges over time. By telling stories, we can pick apart patterns and figure out how to break cycles that are not serving you. Whether that be with others, or yourself. I specialize in helping people who are struggling in relationships as well as with depression and anxiety that often accompany these challenges. I believe that the therapist-client connection is not only a place to learn skills, but lays a foundation to create and maintain healthy relationships. Using a combination of mindfulness, interpersonal skills, and cognitive therapy, we can slow things down to help you better understand what is happening, and what techniques you can use to reach your goals.

I participated in an all-day training for clinicians to learn how to apply nature-based interventions and tools for individuals interested in this intervention. Evidence-based studies show how nature therapy reduces stress, heart rate, and blood pressure, and boosts positive moods. Have you tried therapy but just didn’t get anywhere? New to therapy and not sure what to look for? Have a great life but feeling unfulfilled, having trouble navigating important relationships, or experiencing strong feelings that seem to come out of nowhere? I’ve worked with clients to explore these and similar issues in the many years I’ve provided therapy. I have an uncanny ability to gently and compassionately challenge what may be happening, often leading to insight and a new found ability to make real and lasting changes so you can focus on what matters most to you: your family, your education, your career, your mental well-being. Whether you are dealing with Relationship/friendship issues, parenting challenges, workplace issues or unresolved conflicts, I listen with an understanding ear. I help people address intense anxiety, ADHD, and mild depression even when most components in life seem to be going quite well. Sometimes things aren’t working because, well, they’re not working. My clients include people from various backgrounds and situations, from intact families to those estranged or low/no contact in family status. I see clients employed as teachers, nurses, research scientists, a dentist, a CEO, an HR executive, a cheese monger, both new and seasoned “stay-at-home” care-givers and many people studying in college, graduate programs, or obtaining post-graduate degrees. Whoever you are, from whatever background, I listen intently to your story and can help bring awareness into what may be obstacles to living a peaceful, serene, healthy life. As different as people are, I have discovered that some of our patterns and dynamics are very much the same. You don’t have to carry your emotional pain all on your own. I can help.

I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change comes from a combination of insight, accountability, and consistent action. Many of my clients are navigating challenges such as emotional reactivity, impulsive behaviors, or difficulty maintaining consistency in their lives. I’m excited to get to know you better! In the meantime, here’s a little about me, and my professional experience and training. I think one of the biggest challenges, after taking that first brave step of reaching out, is to find a good therapist that you connect with. In my twenty-plus years of experience, the therapeutic relationship is the principal reason that therapy “works” or “doesn’t work.” My therapeutic style focuses on first developing a strong therapeutic alliance in which you feel emotionally safe and heard without judgment. You’ve already come to the conclusion that something in your life is not working, and my task is to help you to identify the ways in which you’d like things to be different. From there, together we can create realistic, achievable goals that support those changes and move you toward the life that you deserve. I have a large repertoire of strategies and interventions, which include cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and motivational interviewing. Producing insights, strategies, and tools that you can use immediately is the goal of every interaction. I have extensive experience in trauma, anxiety, relationship issues (adult as well as parent-child), substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. I have found that many people experiencing trauma or anxiety are helped by a combination of mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapy. This teaches them how to tolerate their intense feelings and how to reframe unhelpful thought patterns that keep them stuck. On a personal note, I have been a LMFT since 1997 and have worked with a variety of clients in many different settings. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Friday mornings. My latest appointment is 4:00PM ET When I’m not helping people, I can usually be found on the golf course. I look forward to helping you to make the changes you desire.

I have 15 years of experience providing psychotherapy in multidisciplinary practices essentially as a generalist; the primary focus of my practice is very much on establishing a solid connection with my patients, which I believe creates a supportive and safe sense of relationship with me - essential for change and ongoing definition of goals. My own personal goal for my patients is giving them a sense of what the solution might look, and feel, like.

Hi, I’m Tiffany, a licensed clinical social worker who provides individual therapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma-related stress, grief, major life transitions, emotional overwhelm, low self-confidence, relationship difficulties, and challenges with boundaries or communication. My goal is to provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel understood, and explore the experiences that have shaped how you think, feel, cope, and connect with others. I understand that many people come to therapy after spending years taking care of everyone else, pushing through difficult situations, minimizing their own needs, or trying to hold everything together. You may appear strong and capable to others while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, anxious, or unsure of what to do next. My approach is supportive, collaborative, and practical. We will make room to process difficult emotions while also identifying patterns, developing coping strategies, strengthening communication, and creating meaningful steps toward change. I believe therapy should provide more than a place to talk—it should help you understand yourself more clearly and use that understanding in your everyday life. Whether you are experiencing a recent challenge or working through patterns that have developed over many years, we will begin where you are and move at a pace that respects your needs. I currently provide individual psychotherapy for adults and am not accepting new couples or family therapy clients.

Hi there! I am Brazilian and I graduated in Psychology 20 years ago - do not do the Math! =) I have been living in the USA since 2014 and I obtained my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018. I specialized in working with LGBTQIA+ folk, more specifically transgender and non-binary (go They/Them!). Since then, I have expanded my practice and have enjoyed working with folk navigating grief, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other various mental health symptoms. I provide therapy in 3 languages: English, Portuguese and Spanish. I am a Certified Grief Informed Professional and also a Trauma specialist. *** I unfortunately do not work with couples, so if you are seeking couples counseling, I am not a good fit. *** I have a 15 minutes tardiness tolerance policy, and a fee for no show/late cancel of $150.

Deeply passionate about social justice and facilitating and guiding positive change and development in the lives of others, I am thrilled to connect with you as you begin your journey inward. Healing is truly the risk of showing up for yourself and your resistance to the temptation to go back to unsilenced needs, numbing out, disconnection, and erasure. As a Black, queer, non-binary, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Board Certified Diplomate (BCD) in Clinical Social Work, and Certified Sexuality Educator (CSE) with over 15 years of wide-ranging interdisciplinary experience in healing-centered and trauma-informed clinical practice, research, education, and servant leadership, I look forward to tailoring my approach to meet your needs and help you reach your goals.
