I’m here to support you in navigating life’s ups and downs with care, curiosity, and compassion. I hold a PhD and am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). I believe therapy should feel like a safe, welcoming space where you can be yourself, explore what’s on your mind, and discover new ways forward. Hi there! Many of us struggle in silence to overcome the challenges we face, but you no longer have to face that battle alone. From someone who has had their own personal struggles with mental health, I want you to know that you are not alone. I strive to create a space for you to feel seen, heard, and safe. As someone who has been to therapy, I understand how difficult it can be to take that next step. Finding the right therapist can be hard. Finding someone to support you, challenge you, and hold space for the things most people in our life have no idea we are facing. I would be honored to be that space for you. I hope we can work together to help you reach your goals. While the first step is acknowledging the change you need, it takes courage to recognize you need some guidance. It takes even more courage to initiate those first steps towards improving your life.
Hello, my name is William. I have been in the field for 10 years now. I have worked in a variety of positions from Hospital settings to inpatient, to group/couples work, and the standard individual sessions. I am a sex-positive therapist who works with a wide range of issues.

Perhaps this is your first-time trying therapy or you are well versed in the process. No matter the reason or experience level I would like to offer you a safe space to let those feelings out and share them in a nonjudgmental space.

I am an older adult who has spent my life in service to others, and have now gained the education, licensing, and experience to continue my life of caring as a therapist. I am a mother and grandmother and share my living space with my cat, Chai. I have worked in Family & Children services, Emergency services, and in Addiction Treatment centers. I have extensive training and experience in helping people recover from trauma, both one-time events and complex events over time. I am familiar with and knowledgeable about cults and manipulative relationships that use undue influence and gas-lighting. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, and I see myself as an advocate to help you navigate your life.
Do you feel at times your distressing emotions are a non-stop express train in that it seems impossible to stop the train? Are there times you feel overwhelmed by your negative thoughts? Is it a challenge for you to manage your emotions? As an LMHC, I help individuals develop healthy ways to cope with stress, regulate their emotions, and learn to identify/change unhelpful thought patterns that negatively influence their behavior and emotions.
Hi, I’m Gretchen Raring, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW: NJ, FL, AZ & ND; LICSW: MA) with 20+ years of experience in behavioral health. I work with teens through older adults and support clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My practice is grounded in the belief that therapy should feel supportive and purposeful. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative, and I see therapy as a team effort. I want you to feel comfortable being honest while supported and challenged toward change.
My approach is structured but flexible. We’ll have a sense of direction while making room for what matters most. I use an eclectic approach based on your needs and goals. I don’t believe therapy should feel one-size-fits-all.
One of my strengths is being highly attuned and building the trust that allows deeper work. Together, we’ll connect the dots between your experiences, emotions, relationships, thoughts, and behaviors. We’ll identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical strategies for everyday life.
My background includes work across mental health, addiction, trauma, homelessness, the criminal justice system, and community-based behavioral health. I’ve worked with people during difficult times in their lives. Those experiences shape how I practice and reinforce my belief that there is always more to someone’s story than what you see on the surface.
I believe progress is about the direction of our work, not the speed. Change often happens through small steps. I believe in celebrating every win because those wins build confidence and momentum.
Above all, I want therapy to be a place for honest conversations, deeper understanding, practical tools, and meaningful change-at a pace that works for you.
At this time, I am accepting individual clients only and am not accepting new couples. I will update my profile when couples availability reopens.

I’m a seasoned therapist with extensive experience supporting children, teens, and parents across school, community mental health, and addiction treatment settings. My approach is grounded in years of helping individuals, families, and groups navigate life’s challenges with compassion and evidence-based care.
I specialize in helping young people (ages 10–21) better understand themselves, identify their needs, and build practical skills that support emotional well-being, confidence, and resilience. My work emphasizes addiction prevention and empowering youth to navigate life’s challenges with greater self-awareness and balance.
Many of the young people I work with have been diagnosed with ADHD, anxiety, or depression, and may struggle with self-esteem, peer relationships, or challenges at school and home. Together, we set meaningful treatment goals and work toward creating lasting, positive change in their daily lives.
While much of my work focuses on youth, I also work with parents navigating the transitions of parenthood, supporting children with mental health or neurodevelopmental diagnoses (such as ADHD), and addressing the impact of trauma or substance use within the family system.
Hi, I’m Brooke, a licensed therapist who helps adults find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate the transitions that life inevitably brings. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative . I want you to feel comfortable, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I primarily draw from CBT, ACT, and EMDR, but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I get to know you as a person so that we can tailor therapy to what works best for you. Clients often describe me as “calming,” and I think that reflects the kind of space I try to create : one where you can let your guard down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to move toward real change.
I became a therapist because I know what it’s like to suffer and I believe that no one should have to stay stuck in pain or face it alone.
Hi, I’m Colleen. I’m a licensed therapist who believes therapy should be a space where you can show up as yourself without feeling judged or like you have to have everything figured out. My approach is warm, supportive, down-to-earth, and collaborative. I want my clients to feel comfortable talking openly about what they’re experiencing, even when it feels difficult to put into words.
I work with individuals who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, struggling with confidence, navigating life changes, or simply wanting to better understand themselves and the patterns that may be affecting their lives. Together, we’ll identify what matters most to you and work toward goals that feel meaningful and realistic.
I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all. I meet each client where they are and incorporate practical tools, honest conversations, encouragement, and even humor when appropriate. Most importantly, I want you to feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself throughout the process.
Thank you for reaching out! I have been in the field for almost 20 years.
